Total Scam

This is freaking ridiculous! I ordered on 2/4 and haven't received my items. I've sent multiple emails requesting a tracking number and still no response to any. But I get a $#*! ton of advertisement emails from them? Don't shop from sites that don't provide a secondary way to contact customer service.

I bought the galaxy skater dress. I have no idea why these other people had such issues.
Shipping was ok, it didn't take forever. It's obviously not a scam as I have my dress on my body as i'm typing this lol.
The material is basically swimsuit /legging material.
My only gripe would be. The bottom of the skirt isn't finished. There's no stitching. It's just cut.

Other than that it's a great dress for the price.
Fits well, the price was right and I get a lot of compliments.

I am still awaiting a response from the website regarding the whereabouts of my order and have now been blocked from messaging them on Facebook! When I left a review on their page saying I had not received my item it was deleted. Also, in the automated responses I was given through Facebook it went from 5-25 days for delivery, an additional 7-10 because of a factory explosion then up to 35 working days. Not holding my breath for my order anytime soon.

First of all, I have ordered from this company twice. Their stuff is very cute and runs small (which is good for me, I have a hard time finding clothes since I'm very small). Both times, the items took FAR longer than expected to arive, but they eventually did. Quality is what you would expect for the price, not great, but it'll do the job.

HOWEVER! Doing some digging, you can find their stock for MUCH CHEAPER ON AMAZON! Plus their customer service is horrid, I had to email them 8 times before someone contacted me through facebook and by then it was too late to cancel my order.

I ordered from Lulutops six weeks ago with the knowledge that they were pretty sketchy. They were having a big sale and I was able to get something I wanted for just $17, so I thought I'd take the risk. Here's my detailed experience.

I ordered on Feb 18th. I received my shipping notification on March 3rd. The shipping notification had no tracking number. I decided to wait the "5-25" days that they say it can take for shipping before I checked in.

At business day 26 days I wrote requesting information on the whereabouts of my package, but didn't hear back. Then, surprise surprise! I received it the next day! The package was directly from China, hence the delay.

Afterward I read the company's Shipping FAQ, which I believe was an addition they wrote after I ordered in February. They are now pretty clear that their shipping comes straight from their Chinese manufacturer.

Quality of product: Honestly, the material was pretty 'meh' quality. It's something I don't mind owning for $17 and I can find some fun uses for, but definitely NEVER buy their stuff at full price. $80 (the list price) for the dress I purchased is absolutely insane.

I probably wouldn't order from them again, but I don't necessarily regret this because I had very low expectations.

Ordered a size larger than I normally wear, checked the sizing chart and everything, yet the dresses were easily 3 to 4 sizes too small. The website says I can return within 14 days, but to contact them for the return address. I have emailed them a week ago and no response. They ignore my messages on facebook and delete my comments on their post, yet I can see them responding to questions and positive comments. They also censor any negative reviews they have control over on facebook and their website. The shipping took way longer than quoted, and the quality is very poor. Images are grainy, fabric is very thin but I guess you get what you pay for since the price was good.

Continue to give me invalid tracking numbers - can take up to 25 business days to process and an additional 25 business days to shop- ordered my dress in January and still hasn't arrived as of 2/28/16. Not worth the wait go to hot topic they have Disney dressed there.

Wish I could give a 0! Do not order from this retailer! I ordered a dress over a month ago. The last communication I received was an email asking me to review my purchase and that I would see it posted within a few minutes. Gave a terrible review (about not reviewing a product I never received) and what a shocker, it was not posted. The only ones on their website are 4/5 stars. Something wrong there! They are not responding to communication, but took my money with no problem and obviously have someone sitting around monitoring their reviews or just posting fake ones. I would just not waste my time with them. This site needs to be shut down!

Wish I would of saw these reviews sooner. Saw pictures of girls in their new dresses on Facebook so it seemed like a legitimate shop. After browsing through the comments unfortunately after I placed my order I see "these must be the girls that actually received the items they paid for" decided to do more research and stumble across this site where my situation is similar to most on here. No valid ups tracking numbers, I asked for a refund 3 times with my request being ignored, by asking for my patience, it takes 5-7 business days after you receive the tracking number for it to show up (since when?), that due to a high volume orders and a fire at their factory in China there has been some back shipments... Yet nothing advising people of that on Facebook or their website. I'm working on disputing the charges with my credit card company and have reported them the the BBB. Please don't waste your money, you will not receive anything you pay for.

Cheap Chinese Crap

Bought a couple Disney print dresses because they seemed so cute right? Three months later, no dresses and no response to my emails. They flat out ignored me on Facebook messaging too. Since I wasn't getting a reply, I opened a disputed with my credit card company. Two weeks later, suddenly the dresses arrived?
I opened the tiny flat package, labeled with Chinese shipping. I wish they'd never arrived. The graphics on the dress were obviously cut and paste from google images. Some of the pattern images were a terrible pixel blur while others even had a white outline still. Save yourself the money and don't buy this cheaply manufactured imitation crap. Had I known they were made from China, I'd of never bought. Learned my lesson buying Chinese clothes off eBay before, this is no different.

Do NOT use this company! I don't care how cute their stuff is! They are major scammers. It takes them over a month to send your item(s) and when you do receive them the size is WAY OFF. I asked for an extra large and received items that were WAY TOO SMALL. Their response's to your emails? HAHAHAHAHA. Good luck on getting ANY response from them. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

This company has THE WORST customer service. First, I had to email them to even get a tracking number from them, then they only sent me half of my order. After emailing them 27 times over the past two months I still have not heard anything back. Much easier to just not deal with this sort of company.

Pretty tough fabric

I bought 2 pairs of leggings from Lulu. I find the designs cool for workout and practice. All I can say is it stays in place and the fabric doesn't rip easily. We'll see if it stands the test of time. Great quality for its price.

I placed my order on Jan 25 and I'm still waiting for my item. It's been over a month since I received shipping confirmation. I emailed them twice and sent a facebook message to ask what's the hell is going on because I got another email and it was asking me to review my item! How can I review befor I get it! Today they finally replied me with tracking number via facebook! But the biggest surprise was my item seems like still in China and they actually just shipped it out yesterday!

Never received my order!

I order a dress from this company and never received it. I tried contacting them through email several times but there was no response. I finally took to Facebook (where I found them) and left many comments on their page warning others about this company. I found that many others had similar stories about ordering and not receiving their merchandise. The company decided to not respond to me and help resolve my issue or any of the other issues... they instead deleted all of my comments and blocked me from their page.

Beware of this website or any site that does not accept PayPal for that matter. I doubt I will ever get my dress or my money returned.

I ordered something almost months ago and have yet to receive it. They definitely took my money but never sent my product. I have reached out to the company 5 times now and they continue to ignore me. Do not order anything from here because all they will do is steal your money and ignore you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. The clothes, IF you get them, are terrible quality. I ordered three skirts and only received one over a month later.

They do not post negative reviews of items on their site, so it looks like every item has a 5 star rating.

They do not reply to emails, either direct or via the form on their website.

They block you on facebook if you give an honest review.

The one skirt I received - the hem is uneven, the seams are misaligned, and the elastic in the waist band is not the same width.

This company should be shut down!

I order from LuluTops back in January. I received 1 of the 2 items I ordered about a month/6 weeks later. I figured they may have shipped separately so I waited a little before contacting costumer service via Facebook since that is where I saw they actively respond to people. Everytime I contacted them I would receive an auto response and then eventually someone would respond and ask for the shipping label. At this point and time it had been a month since I received 1 of 2 items and I had thrown the packing it had come with away. Upon telling them this and offering them an order number they stopped responding. I continued contacting them asking for my item to be resent or a refund for the missing item. I told them that the amount of time it was taking to resolve a simple issue was ridiculous and unprofessional. Again I received another auto response and then again someone asking for the packing slip. Again I explained what I had already told prior only to be ignored and eventually blocked.

Also the one item I did receive was terrible quality. It looked like they just cut the hem with a scissors and left the edge unfinished.

Absolutely Horrible

Never received my orde. RMy mother ordered me a dress and a skirt from this website back in FEBRUARY for my birthday (it is now September in case you can't see the date) and we have contacted them several times (per email). They have no actual phone number, and have never gotten back to us. We asked that the items be shipped to me or that we get a refund and nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
