After waiting over a month (I ordered my dress Jan 20, finally got it March 10) I was very disappointed. The dress is so small. It has to be size extra small which I'm not. IDK if they did this on accident or on purpose. But even on the receipt that showed on the front of the package said a totally different size. And my confirmation email showed the size I asked for. Ugh!. So after the long wait I can't even wear it(wanted it for Disneyland) also IDK if it was $20 the damn thing wasn't even finished. Like seriously there's no sewing job at the bottom of the dress. There strings hanging everywhere inside of it and if no one noticed why is there no how wash tag on it? Also no size label anywhere. I got the tale as old as time dress and the color looks very faded :( image was too stretched out. Definitely different then what the pic shows on their site/facebook page. IDK I think with the long wait and the quality it could have been made better. You can get better clothes at Walmart and pay less. Unfortunately Walmart doesn't have cute printed dresses like this site does but I feel like I can't trust lulutops. Such a disappointment. I'm sure it worked out for some but not me I guess.

Absolute bloody con artists.

A breakdown:
Ordered Feb-21. They apparently shipped Mar-03. I was then sent emails asking me to review the items on Mar-26, Mar-31, and Apr-05. I hadn't even received the bloody items they wanted me to review! It's now Apr-06, and I have nothing to show for the £50 I spent and the company are disinterested in helping me. What a joke.

I have sent FB messages, filled in an online form, sent emails, and commented on their posts. I have asked for help, timescales, just a response, and now a refund, and they ignored all of it.

They are preoccupied with the illusion of good customer service rather than actually delivering good customer service, so what do they do when someone comments a query about their goods not turning up? Do they contact that dissatisfied customer like a reputable company? Haha no! Course not. They delete the comments and pretend they never happened.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are deliberately evasive and I'm now taking action against them with the Visa disputes dept. I will pursue them for the fraudsters they are if I have to. Their practices are abhorrent. If enough people claim money back for goods or services not received through their banks, LuluTops actually lose the ability to trade as merchants through the card companies. I genuinely want to tear these people down for catching me at such a bad time and conning me. Care to join me? :)

I wish I could rate this company with a 0. Or even less. The dresses were cute, and admittedly, I was sucked in. I ordered awhile ago and after over a month of waiting (they say it will arrive within 5-25 days) I received a very pretty dress that was a little snug, but doable. Other than that, no complaints. Because of this, I assumed this site was legitimate and maybe there was just an error that caused shipping to be so slow. So, months later, I order 5 more. After placing my order I saw that I had accidentally ordered one dress a size smaller that I wanted, so I immediately contacted them via email asking if I can change the size before the order is processed. They say they respond within 24 hours, but 3 days later I had no response. So I contacted them via Facebook message. Again, they say they respond within a few hours but it took about two days, and their response didn't even answer my question. It literally didn't make sense. They responded with "Ok" and an emoji. So I send a few more emails. Still no response. A month and a half later I receive my VERY late order, every single dress is in the wrong size even though they are labeled with the correct size that I ordered, and on top of that, they STILL hadn't responded to my emails I sent a month and a half prior! They made the refund process incredibly inconvenient, and it doesn't matter anyway because they won't respond to you if you ask for a returning address. The address on the packaging is from China which costs about $120 to ship to via UPS. Not even worth it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not shop here! They do not care about their customers. They want your money for ridiculously overpriced clothing. Yes the dresses are cute, but not worth it! $#*!ing scammers!

I had ordered this dress back in the end of January and it is now March. They say it takes 5-25 DAYS to get your item after it has been shipped. They never say business days, they say DAYS. I have contacted them several times on facebook and they take usually a day or two to answer you. When they do answer you- they find some way to let you know that you're not providing enough information to find the order. I asked for a tracking number and all they sent me was an email saying that they shipped my order (ONE DRESS) 23 days ago. I don't want to go out and say that they're scamming because I have seen SOME people say that they've received their orders. If I do not receive the dress in the next week or two, I will officially call them scammers and will fight the charge with my bank.
Just a heads up- it will take FOREVER for you to get your items. Do you really want to spend money with a company that isn't going to value it's customer's requests? Do you really want to spend your money on something that will probably never come?

I ordered from Lulutops six weeks ago with the knowledge that they were pretty sketchy. They were having a big sale and I was able to get something I wanted for just $17, so I thought I'd take the risk. Here's my detailed experience.

I ordered on Feb 18th. I received my shipping notification on March 3rd. The shipping notification had no tracking number. I decided to wait the "5-25" days that they say it can take for shipping before I checked in.

At business day 26 days I wrote requesting information on the whereabouts of my package, but didn't hear back. Then, surprise surprise! I received it the next day! The package was directly from China, hence the delay.

Afterward I read the company's Shipping FAQ, which I believe was an addition they wrote after I ordered in February. They are now pretty clear that their shipping comes straight from their Chinese manufacturer.

Quality of product: Honestly, the material was pretty 'meh' quality. It's something I don't mind owning for $17 and I can find some fun uses for, but definitely NEVER buy their stuff at full price. $80 (the list price) for the dress I purchased is absolutely insane.

I probably wouldn't order from them again, but I don't necessarily regret this because I had very low expectations.

Ugh. As many have written here, I have not received my items that I ordered on 2/24. I was given a fake tracking number and no way to call. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be disputing the charges with my bank on Monday. Word of warning. Avoid any fashion website that pops up in your facebook feed. The clothes seem cute and the prices seem good, but they are almost always SCAMS! If you do ever receive you order - the clothes come from China and are too small it seems no matter how much bigger you order than your normal size. Most likely - they will take your money and send you nothing. I never receieved my order. Huge hassle. Honestly, I prefer to shop in person for clothes so I can try them on, but I have set a new rule for myself - if it isn't amazon or another well known and trused company such as JC Penny - don't order clothing online. Fashion Mia is another one of these sites. You think the prices are too good to be true because they are - with Fashion Mia I did actually receive my item about a month after I ordered it - is was super low quality. I ordered an extra large which fit my sister who normally wears a small-medium - I couldn't even put it on!

I have an update to this - I did finally recieve my items on 3/26. They are actually quite cute. Not super high quality - but then each dress was only about $20. Do order at least one size up (I did that and unless I miraculously lose weight I will probably go up two sizes if I order again) and be prepared to wait a very long time for your order.

I ordered a couple of dresses on 1/20/16, it is now 2/25/16 and I have received NOTHING. I have sent the company several messages & emails (at least 7 now, and through a few different methods) and they refuse to even respond to me. I tried logging on their site to see if I could track the package at all, and it 'doesn't recognize my email' even though I got a confirmation email from them at that email address previously. Then they have the nerve to send an email on 2/23/16 asking for a review, stating 23 days ago we fulfilled your order and that they wanted feedback about the items. I replied to that email as well, AGAIN stating I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS! And I did make sure to give them a review on the website on top of it. It said after the page refreshed my review would appear. Surprise surprise, it did not. I even looked at reviews prior to purchasing from them, and saw basically all positive reviews. DONT FALL FOR IT. I wish I would have seen the reviews on this site instead, clearly they have a poor track record. At this point Im just furious. DO NOT purchase from this company, its a joke. By far the worst customer service I have experienced. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well and will dispute the charge with my bank. One way or another, they will be giving me my money back.

I can't fathom why it takes 5-25 DAYS TO RECEIVE ITEMS! I placed my order on Jan. 26th, they didn't process it until Feb 3rd! I still don't have my pants I ordered! Took them DAYS to respond to my questions! When they did, they only provided my with BS answers. Not ACTUALLY helping. NOW THEY BLOCKED MY FROM THEIR PAGE AND ARE IGNORING MY COMPLAINTS AND QUESTIONS! I'M TAKING THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY! AND REPORTING THEM TO BBB.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a dress and leggings for the upcoming Chicago comic con (March 18-20th) we are leaving for the con on the 17th and I placed my ordered on January 27th. I received my shipping confirmation without a tracking number on February 4th. The tracking number wasn't given to me until February 23rd and it didn't start working until March 9th. I ordered this almost two months before the con but when I contacted them, which is only possible through an email system that they are slow to respond to, they would only give me the same tracking number and tell me that they appreciated my patience and cooperation. They finally told me that had experienced a fire at one of their facilities weeks later when the professional thing to do would have been to contact any and all customers that would have been effected by the delay. On separate occasions when I have ordered from professional companies and their has been a delay on their end they would compensate me with some kind of coupon code or give me free expedited shipping so that the delay would be shortened. Save yourself the money, time, and stress and find another place to order from.
