We all ordered matching bridesmaids dresses from Lulus in blush. Wedding day comes and I do not match the other bridesmaids. They send me dusty lavendar instead of blush. When I reached out to Lulus they claimed it was likely just a difference in dye lot. We all ordered our dresses within two weeks of each other and every other dress was identical. Additionally, my dress was not slightly off-tone, it was a different color. Their first offer to make it right was a 15% discount - their customer service regarding this has been a complete slap in my face.

I have been very happy with my dress purchases from Lulu's. I like that I can ask them to alert me when an item I wanted is back in stock. The dresses are priced fairly and are made well. I returned one item and was given a prompt refund. The only complaint I have is that the dresses are so very long. They seem to be made for extremely tall women.
I bought two size small maxi summer dresses and they are both exactly same as the picture. They both needed minor alterations and the fabric is thin.

My experience was simple and quick, I received my clothes before the expected time so I was super excited! The website is easy to navigate and you can always catch a good sale. I love the selection and all the variety.
The quality is great, sizing consistent, and I love being able to find dresses that are unique online and not have to worry that they will fall apart. Returns are pretty streamlined and I've always had a good experience with them.
I have been shopping with Lulu's for over two years! I finally found a store that carries clothes that fit me! I am a 4'10", 95 lb. woman. Even though I am 78 yrs. Old, I always find styles that I like. I constantly receive compliments on what I'm wearing! They're Customer Service is outstanding! When you buy $50 worth of merchandise, there is no shipping charge. If you have to return something, there is no return shipping charge and returning an item is so easy, no hassle like other online outlets. Every piece of information about the item you are interested in purchasing is there, the complete description of the item, what the item is made of, if it fits true to size or if there is a little stretch, the size and measurements of the model in the picture wearing the item and the size of the item she is wearing. I would advise other online shopping outlets to take a look at how Lulu's treats their customers, making shopping on their website very user-friendly. They take suggestions when given and implement them if needed. I thoroughly enjoy shopping with Lulu's and they are my #1 choice for all my clothing needs. Thank you, Lulu's for making my life much easier and more interesting by making current and stylish looking clothing. I may be an elderly woman, but I am not going to look "frumpy" and thanks to Lulu's, I don't have to!
I got a dress that had a snag when it shipped to me but I didn't find the snag until the day of the event and had to wear the dress. I made sure to be extra carful in it. I let them know the situation and they sent me a replacement right away and they were so nice and helpful about it.

Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
