Everything went pretty smoothly, and I got what I ordered in the expected time. One minor nitpick is I could see some shavings on the edges of my lenses. Overall, it was I positive experience.
My lenses arrived deformed... with an obvious bulge in the lens and unusable. I'm communicating with support now, and expect it will be resolved, but am honestly surprised they didn't just agree to have me ship them back to be redone. There is no way these are right.

I bought a pair of Stoggles and had them prescriptioned with Lensabl. The whole process was really easy. I got them back in about a week. I did notice that there was a little emblem on the lenses which I though was a defect so I emailed them. They got back to me in less than an hour telling me that because they're Z87 safety glasses they're required to have it. They don't impede your vision at all so it's totally fine.
It's been nearly a month since lensabl received my frames and I still don't have them. I was never contacted about any kind of delay. I received an automated email with a tracking number for my completed order but it was incorrect. It showed delivery back to me on a date that was before I even ordered the lenses. I emailed support and they told me they would check the lab to see where my glasses were. After 3 days of not hearing back, I emailed again. This time I was told the lenses didn't pass quality check and it would be another 2-4 days before they would be ready. That was over a week ago. I still have not received my glasses and still no word back on an update. This has not been a very positive experience. Some proactive communication would be nice.
While I understand that ordering my new glasses just before Christmas could (and probably did) impact turnaround times, the lack of updates on the status of the glasses was very frustrating. A few days after I sent my frames in I received an email saying that they'd been received. Excellent! For the next two weeks I there was no communication. The graphic on the web site showed no updates. After the first week I sent an emails to customer service asking about the status with no response. The second week after no updates on the status I was worried that my glasses had been misplaced and sent more emails. It was frustrating and worrisome that the web site didn't track or reflect where the glasses were in the process.
Eventually I did receive two emails that addressed my concerns. I suggest that either the web site not have an interface that purports to show the progress of the glasses thru the process or that it actually tracks the process accurately.
I had a good experience. The hardest part was waiting, but it actually took less time to get these than it did my target glasses (they messed up a few times). And the price was way cheaper, even with my benefit plan.
I'm happy to have a different option to keep old frames I love. And the bonus cleaning kit was unexpected!
I stumbled on this site from Bose and I was happy to see that I could get replacement lenses for my frames in different colors. Not needing a prescription lenses the price was a bit steep for me but I definitely think they are worth it if you need RX lenses. I would of went with the Polarized Mirror lenses if the price wasn't so high for them so I had to settle for the solid color this time. But great customer service and the lenses came with a nice case plus cleaning kit which was an added bonus because when I ordered my frames from Bose they didn't even come with a cleaning cloth which is a must since the lenses have to be popped out with your fingers which leaves prints all over them.
There was a mix up in our original order but we got a real person to help us work through the issues. The personal touch was much appreciated

My package was mail without proper label address! My name and address number is missing from the label, only my street name is on the label and the carrier delivered my glasses 3 blocks down!
I had to make a ECC complaint with the postal office to try and retrieve my package! I can't find a number for this company to call customer service about my missing glasses!

The process was fast and easy, the product is performing great (anti-fog works amazing with a mask on). I missed the packing slip when I shipped my glasses in and the customer service team was quick to reply letting me know not to worry. They even sent the extra mile ensuring to let me know that the package had been received.
Using the Lensabl app for iPhone, I uploaded my vision prescription and initiated my order by requesting that a shipping box be sent to me for my frames. This took a few days and I was wondering if it would arrive but it did (suggesting that there is a text update or something similar so that customers know their order is being processed and the status of it). I then sent my frames back to Lensabl and a few weeks later (again, I was wondering the status) I received my frames with new prescription lenses. They are perfect and wonderful and I will definitely be using this service again. Since I've been collecting new Prada frames for a few years, I have quite a few additional orders I will be placing. I'm so happy there is a service such as this (finally) available.
Took a little longer than expected, but arrived in good condition
Ordered December 2, got my glasses January 19. And I ordered dark lenses, and got regular ones. The customer service people are very responsive, but the product sucks.
Unfortunately, I'm dispappointed with the lens I received (2 reading glasses, order #*******). When I was placing the order on Lensabl, I saw 2 types of reading glass orders - (A) the type of reading glasses seen in stores (basically, as I understand it, it is mostly for close-up reading), and (B) as I understand it, a reading glasses that is more versatile (eg, can also be used when viewing a desktop computer or laptop). #B is the type of both of the reading glasses that I sent you for this order, as this is what I wanted. I appear to have received the #A type of reading glasses. I'm having difficulty using the new glasses/lens as I type this message to you. Please clarify my understanding as appropriate and let me know if any questions. Thank you.
I am very pleased with my replacement lens. Definitely cheaper than buying a whole set of glasses or going to the dr office for glasses. Especially since I wear contacts most of the time but still need a pair of glasses.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
