1st order ( last October) was excellent. This 2nd order took more than a month. I know one of frame was broken when you replaced lens which I understand due to the age. I am still waiting a return frame.
Finally received my replacement prescription sunglasses. The world looks much better now. I placed my order and requested that Lensabl send me a shipping box during the height of COVID Christmas shipping. I placed my order in mid-NOV2019, received the shipping box just before Christmas and didn't receive my glasses until 20JAN2021. The timing was poor but the sunglasses are exactly right in spite of all the shipping delays.
Overall, the lenses I received are great and they were fit into my frames very well. However, I think the prescription is slightly off on the lenses (and I will be contacting someone about it shortly). The process of taking correct pictures online for the measurements is very difficult. I feel like my pictures might be why my lenses are slightly off.
My glasses broke while I was temporarily living away from my home. I got a repair and the advice to get new glasses asap but there wasn't time to do that at an optical shop. I thought of Lensabl since I was a previous customer. I could order new glasses easily. I used the tool to try on frames. My prescription was on file.The glasses were waiting for me when I arrived home and my repaired glasses limped through til then. New glasses felt great when I put them on; they look good and give me perfect vision.
I'm not a first time customer with Lensabl. I'd recommend them over any brick and mortar eyeglass place.

I order new lenses for my sunglasses on Nov 27th and I still don't have my glasses. It's Jan 15th. Totally unacceptable.
My lenses got scratched up badly. So all I wanted to do was send them back and have identical new lenses installed. As it turned out this was ridiculously easy. All the information was there, click-click-boom! A prepaid shipping label and now they are back in my hands and I can see again. Ordering shoes on Amazon is like having a root canal compared to ordering prescription eyeglasses on Lensable.
The process took a long time to complete and finally once I got my glasses I couldn't see through them. It was a complicated prescription that would have really needed to be done in person because the measurements were wrong, and since they were progressive I couldn't see through them. I had to go to LensCrafters to measure them and to know they didn't fit. No one called me before they were made to explain anything, ask questions or even advise this is not as easy as it sounds for this type of prescription. When I told them that they simply said they'll remake them and are these the right measurements now from Lenscrafters. If I have to go elsewhere to do measurements and go back and forth after not having seeing glasses for a month, it's not something they can fix. They said there are no refunds and even though I had bought contacts for $150 from them already and they could have at least offered credit towards contacts they just said no refunds, we'll remake them. After I emailed them that it won't work because I'm not there in person and I can't see through them without the proper in person measurements and I felt I pretty much had to "eat it" I didn't even get a response. So now I'm out of $227 for glasses I can't see through, it's taken a month already and I still have to pay Lenscrafters to get them done right. So unless you're a professional and do this for a living, don't waste your money. Service was awful on top of everything.
I always have such a great experience with Lensabl. I send them vintage frames that I find in thrift stores along with my prescription and they always do such a great job replacing the lenses. I've also had some technical support issues while navigating their site, and their support team was fantastic in helping me get it figured out. 10/10 would recommend!
Great. I can see. Thank you for the lensabl case and cleaning kit, however upon closer inspection of my glasses, I see two circular markings on the top outer corners of each lens that cannot be wiped off. Bummer.

The glasses that I ordered were not made correctly. I sent my 4th email tonight requesting to have someone to contact me by phone to get help resolving the problem. I had someone to call me to take my order but cannot get them to call me to resolve my problem. Still waiting and not happy!

The process was so easy and I love that you can see what stage your order is in. I was surprised with how fast the shipping was and that it came with glass cleaner! Nice touch. Highly recommend
This was not the experience or quality I hoped for. The description was that this would take a couple days. I paid for the overnight shipping each way to minimize the shipping time. I shipped my frames in the overnight package provided. My frames didn't ship back to me for 16 days. And when they did they were shipped normal USPS and took another 6 days to arrive. All told it took 25 days from the date of my order to get a set of readers that were promised in just over a week, and that's with an up-charge for overnight shipping to make it quick. Upon arrival the lenses are low quality and will be little use to me. They are much thicker and heavier than the lenses in my other glasses even though I paid the up-charge for the supposedly thinner and lighter weight lenses. And these are just readers. I shudder to think what prescription lenses would be like. I will not be using lensabl again.
Bad, bad. Your communications are real bad. First, at the time one place an order you do NOT say that you do NOT send emails or phone calls or texts if there is an issue with the order, I found the hard way, after I placed the order it was placed on hold for lack of information but I only found about it 10 dasy after i placed the order by login in to the web page. Then you made my lenses WRONG, both pairs! Return one pair. Since it was your mistake I asked if you could expedite fabrication and shrten fabrication and delivery time. I was told THAT was not possible... Decided to check status online about 3 or 4 days later to find out the order was again on hold due to lack of information... since you NEVER answer the phone, it takes at least two days to get an answer... then I was told that the order was NOT on hold, the information posted on your web page was wrong, no problem with the order, I was told. Why the wrong information? Just to upset even more an already upset customer? It seems you DONNOT CARE your customer cannot see well because your bad performance?
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
