The status page kept saying "Six days until shipping" day after day for two weeks. I emailed customer support and got an unrelated reply that looked like a form letter they send customers to buy time ("we identified a need to take the lenses back a few steps to be corrected" etc), but it was not an answer to my particular question. Then I got busy and stopped checking the status, and suddenly my glasses arrived within about three weeks. I'm happy with the glasses and with the price, but I'm not sure I would go through that anxiety again.

Ordered lens replacement for existing frames. They sent a package to send my frames in (good, convenient). Cost was middle / okay. Frames sat at their labs for months. Every time I checked the status of my order it says "6 days away from shipping".
Contacted support. A week later they sent some reply that looks to be run through a language translator stating my mail had gone to their junk folder, thus the late reply. They said not to worry, my package has already shipped.
No glasses for a few days after. Tried to use their online chat service, but it always says they aren't available (1pm PST on a wednesday? 12pm on a thursday? Not sure when they will be open). More emails sent asking for updates.
Still no glasses. This is starting to feel like an elaborate scam.

Even on delivery day the website still showed 6 days to completion checked with customer service 2-3 times but information did not help much

Sorry to say that my experience with Lensabl was not good.
The bottom line is that it took a very long time (a month) to get my lenses produced. Customer Service was absolutely terrible. The lenses were very poorly made and had to be sent back a second time.
With all that, any other company would offer some kind of compensation. Lensabl offered 5% off. :(,
All in all it took 2 month (!) for me to get my final glasses.

I've been trying to get my daughter to wear her glasses for years. But while the optometrist had a solid variety of frames, they did not speak to my 13 year old. That's where Lensabl came in! With their help I was able to match their lenses with my daughter's favorite sunglasses frames. After a bit of struggling to get the lenses to pop in, she hasn't meaningfully taken her glasses off since!

I placed my original order with Lensble on 07/20/2023. After sending in my frame, I received my frames back on 08/19/2023. Upon inspection of my frame, I discovered, the lenses were not made according to my prescription and did not have the transition feature for me to read up close. I contacted the company, an they asked to resend the frames back to them or a redo. This was on 08/29/2023. I received the frames back the second time on on 09/28/2023. The lenses were done correctly according to my prescription, this time. However, they were installed crooked on the frames and the frames sit crooked ad uneven on my face preventing me from seeing and reading properly. One side sits higher than the other side on my face and I constantly have to tilt or adjust my head to be able to read. Further, i paid fo Transition lenses, an glare reduction on my lenses. The lenses I have received don't have those extra features. I am in law school and in desperate need for my glasses to be able to read. I have paid close to $500 for these lenses and after 3 months of going back and forth, I still don't have a satisfactory pair of glasses I can rely on. The customer care never provided any update on when i could expect my frames to be delivered, the second time around, even when I reached out to them by email. This whole process has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their services.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
