It's been nearly a month since lensabl received my frames and I still don't have them. I was never contacted about any kind of delay. I received an automated email with a tracking number for my completed order but it was incorrect. It showed delivery back to me on a date that was before I even ordered the lenses. I emailed support and they told me they would check the lab to see where my glasses were. After 3 days of not hearing back, I emailed again. This time I was told the lenses didn't pass quality check and it would be another 2-4 days before they would be ready. That was over a week ago. I still have not received my glasses and still no word back on an update. This has not been a very positive experience. Some proactive communication would be nice.
While I understand that ordering my new glasses just before Christmas could (and probably did) impact turnaround times, the lack of updates on the status of the glasses was very frustrating. A few days after I sent my frames in I received an email saying that they'd been received. Excellent! For the next two weeks I there was no communication. The graphic on the web site showed no updates. After the first week I sent an emails to customer service asking about the status with no response. The second week after no updates on the status I was worried that my glasses had been misplaced and sent more emails. It was frustrating and worrisome that the web site didn't track or reflect where the glasses were in the process.
Eventually I did receive two emails that addressed my concerns. I suggest that either the web site not have an interface that purports to show the progress of the glasses thru the process or that it actually tracks the process accurately.
They are well made, worked great with my frames. Not much more to add.
I next day aired both pairs of my glasses FOUR WEEKS ago for clear plastic lenses to go into frames that Lensabl confirmed they could handle. I confirmed the glasses were delivered and have yet to receive anything.
I've reached out several times and have had to wait 2-3 days to receive a response that pretty much just says my glasses are not done yet, and they don't actually know when they will be.
Aside from. That, there has been no communication other than this request for a review.

I was thrilled to receive my lenses. However, the order status was not updated on my account. After the ETA noted had passed, I had to contact customer support. Then I had to follow up with them. After that, I was told my order was completed and I received within a day. Had the account been updated properly, it would have saved some frustration and I would have no complaints. The lenses turned out perfectly.
The end product was outstanding! However, it took over month for my frames to get to Lesabl... PLEASE DO NOT USE THE USPS! THEY ARE HORRIBLY INEFFICIENT.
I've used Lensabl for lens replacement for at least 7 pairs of frames. They make the process so easy and convenient. Furthermore, the end product is exceptional as is the customer service.
Ordered replacement lenses, but hekl off sending frames in till after Xmas to avoid any USPS issues. Had some special orders with glasses my local vision companies would not touch. Lensabl returned the eyeglasses exactly to order and I am ecstatic with the result!

I reached out to Lensabl customer contact on many many times throughout this order process to make sure the shipping address was correct. Even though the customer rep always confirms it in the email, I had my doubts because it never got updated in the system order page. It took multiple emails for fix the shipment address for the blank box to arrive at the correct address. After sending my glasses in, I followed up on two more times to ensure the system address is correct and that the completed glasses will be shipped to the correct address.
Today, I checked the USPS tracking and realized the glasses has been shipped and delivered at the wrong address, in a completely different state.
Hope this helps you decide! Being laid off, I called and asked if Lensabl had a better coupon than the one on their site. TWICE, a rep said "sure, I'll get someone to email or call you!" Great! But they didn't... Finally, I had it with waiting, so went to order - BAM! Out of Stock. Called Support, got the promise of an email when it's back in... cool! But... they didn't. Finally, I saw it was back in stock, and ordered. All good? No, not yet. They delayed the 1/7/21 order without any notification, and I'm still waiting on 1/22 - WTH? When I put in yet another ticket, explaining what a bad 1st order this has been, and suggesting that maybe they cut down their profit on this one, and refund me at least a partial, they turned me down flat, and said that they had no record of any of this. Well, Lensabl, if you didn't that's a training issue with your reps, and if you did, I'm unconvinced you'd do anything different anyways. This is the exact opposite of Zappo's. Zero Stars and never again!
FOLLOWUP: finally got glasses but they screwed up the prescription and I cannot for the life of me get support to answer back - probably only recourse is to chargeback my credit card. Horrible.
Very happy with purchase. Lens quality and color were as described. Very responsive customer service. The lens took longer than estimated and the frame was a bit loose but overall very happy with the quality and color (I was worried it would be too transparent but very happy to see that it's not)
I ordered lenses with blue light blocking in lenses. The prescription looks right but not seeing the blue light feature. Contacted them and there reply seems to be that's how it supposed to be?

Lensabl has really changed the game. I had so many frames with old prescriptions that I missed wearing, and the lenses I have now replaced with Lensabl are perfect. Highly recommend!
It was not a pleasant experience. Upon my original purchase it state what once all necessary documentation (prescription and pupil measurements) were received shipment would take place in 6 business days. It took over 24 business days (I didn't include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day) before I received my product. That also included 3 follow up emails because your online tracking system didn't work. I would not trust Lensable replacing the lens in my daily eyeglasses, epically if it takes 4 weeks to replace lens. Love my glasses, hated the hassle.
I had a good experience. The hardest part was waiting, but it actually took less time to get these than it did my target glasses (they messed up a few times). And the price was way cheaper, even with my benefit plan.
I'm happy to have a different option to keep old frames I love. And the bonus cleaning kit was unexpected!
I stumbled on this site from Bose and I was happy to see that I could get replacement lenses for my frames in different colors. Not needing a prescription lenses the price was a bit steep for me but I definitely think they are worth it if you need RX lenses. I would of went with the Polarized Mirror lenses if the price wasn't so high for them so I had to settle for the solid color this time. But great customer service and the lenses came with a nice case plus cleaning kit which was an added bonus because when I ordered my frames from Bose they didn't even come with a cleaning cloth which is a must since the lenses have to be popped out with your fingers which leaves prints all over them.
There was a mix up in our original order but we got a real person to help us work through the issues. The personal touch was much appreciated
I was pretty nervous to order these, since I have a VERY strong prescription (-9 in one eye, - 5 in the other) and I've had a lot of bad experiences with ordering glasses online (spending $200+, choosing the thinnest lens option, but still getting glasses that are coke bottle thick and unusable). That's not the case here! They're perfect! You can't even tell that these aren't the original lenses, and this was so much cheaper than buying a whole new pair. The photo shows the lens thickness, I chose the 1.74 and it's totally worth it for high prescriptions. I was a bit worried at one point because my order status didn't update for a while, but when I contacted support, they responded quickly, were super nice, and gave me an update. 100% happy with my purchase! My package was mail without proper label address! My name and address number is missing from the label, only my street name is on the label and the carrier delivered my glasses 3 blocks down!
I had to make a ECC complaint with the postal office to try and retrieve my package! I can't find a number for this company to call customer service about my missing glasses!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
