Well, it was something! I think over 10 back and fourth e-mails. Several times i was forwarded shipping dates, which weren't true. No shipping conformation, all of a sudden, they came.

I used lensabl for my Stoggles eye protection to get prescription lenses and they are PERFECT. Fast shipping and beautiful, clear, anti fogging lenses (which actually is working). Love the packaging as well. Will definitely use lensabl again!
I waited for two weeks for my BOSE TENOR FRAMES to be returned with my new prescription and all I received was a pair of used lenses, no frames just a pair of used lens. I want my Bose Tenor frames returned.
PLEASE REMEDY THIS ASAP.

The process was fast and easy, the product is performing great (anti-fog works amazing with a mask on). I missed the packing slip when I shipped my glasses in and the customer service team was quick to reply letting me know not to worry. They even sent the extra mile ensuring to let me know that the package had been received.
Thank you for delivering the new Bose frames with prescription lenses. Whilst the quality of the lenses are good, the color is nothing what I expected or ordered online. The images on the website proposed an almost mirror blue these are an extremely light blue, offering almost no sun block out. So much so that I literally can't wear them as they currently are. I spoke directly to Bose and they are unable to help as Lensabl installed the lenses.
Please may I return them to get normal black prescription lenses installed instead. I'm sorry for this but I hope you can understand my frustration? Please let me know my options going forward.

I received my order, but all three lenses were made without the anti-reflective coating. I contacted your company and have been waiting for two days for a solution to the problem. I still have not received my polarized sunglasses.

So on 12/4/20 I sent a frame to lensables however about a week later I got an email they could not read the prescription, I resent it. They had questions on prisms and other issues. I had to go back to the eye doctor to get another prescription which took two weeks and I just got my glasses back on 1/19/21 which were not in the frame I sent them
Not really thrilled. Prices are good but service is not great. They say it takes between 4-5 days but that is not true. My glasses arrived to Lensabl on 12/28/20 and finally got them back today 1/20/21 (3 weeks) and I payed for overnight shipment. Next time I will much rather pay a little more but not use Lensabl again. There is no phone number to speak to anyone and all communication is by email only. They don't respond the same day it takes about 2 days for them to get back to you. Would not recommend it to anyone.
Using the Lensabl app for iPhone, I uploaded my vision prescription and initiated my order by requesting that a shipping box be sent to me for my frames. This took a few days and I was wondering if it would arrive but it did (suggesting that there is a text update or something similar so that customers know their order is being processed and the status of it). I then sent my frames back to Lensabl and a few weeks later (again, I was wondering the status) I received my frames with new prescription lenses. They are perfect and wonderful and I will definitely be using this service again. Since I've been collecting new Prada frames for a few years, I have quite a few additional orders I will be placing. I'm so happy there is a service such as this (finally) available.
Took a little longer than expected, but arrived in good condition
Ordered December 2, got my glasses January 19. And I ordered dark lenses, and got regular ones. The customer service people are very responsive, but the product sucks.
Pleased with the experience so far. Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I purchased lens replacement, and my frames were returned with the new lenses in perfect condition. Prescription seems accurate. I'll be happy to update this review after having the glasses for a few weeks to see how they stand up in the short-term.
Experience was generally good and lenses were great but took over 4 weeks.
I was happy with my current frames, but was looking to swap the lenses out with my new prescription. Lensabl provided a quick, easy and cost-effective way to do it. I actually ordered two pair of lenses (2 frames) for less than the cost of new lenses and frames for one pair at a large optical store. I would definitely use Lensabl again.

Protection and anti-fog all works as expected. The blue tooth connection was very easy to set-up and the sound from music and the phone sounds good (it's Bose so I fully expected great sound). My only complaint is the glasses are sorta thick and a little bulky. The size of the frame is the only reason I gave these glasses a rating of 4 stars as compared to 5 stars.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
