I ordered an item as a gift to a colleague. The device was delivered ahead of schedule. I thought this will be my first order and was thinking to get other items. But they sent a defective item which in the end I had to return. Return process was smooth. LBC helped me, then I waited for the refund and I requested for a bank transfer but they sent it through LBC remittance. The name on the remittance is incorrect so I called, asked them to drop my nickname and they asked for identification which I fulfilled as requested and was adv to wait 24-48 hours. I waited patiently and checked LBC after 48 hours but they voided the remittance and I had to call them back. Asked them to have it reprocessed and another 48 hours, after waiting for the new tracking number, its the wrong name again. So, again I called them, talked with a supervisor RAQUEL who promised to call back and personally will look unto this and said to wait 24-48 hours and will have payments team sent it to my bank account instead. Again I waited and on the 3rd day i thought the money is sent to the bank but still no money is sent back. I called them again already pissed off and was able to talk to CARLA who told me it takes 4-5 business days for a money transfer to happen through bank. Gosh, its not the year 1960, bank transfers happen in minutes. So still kept my patience and advised them I'll give them the chance to correct this, but still after the 6th day... no money was transfered. I called them and was able to talk to a JAIME, who is arrogant to challenge a pissed off customer to go ahead and have this company sued since they have done their job... well if the job is right then why do you have to redo a refund 3 times and you were not doing your job right MR. Because if you did, i wont be calling back. Then he said the refund was processed as an LBC remittance so they couldnt change it to bank transfer. And because I was at work, I had to hang up and wait for the tracking number. I waited for another 3 days and still no tracking number. So its been 4 weeks now, still no refund so I called them again, courteous Irish, again im giving them the chance, but I have already filed a complaint with SEC and DTI and waiting for a lawyer to handle this case since there are others who are being mistreated and is being given a run around. If you want to keep the money, keep the change too. I will make sure that the people in Germany and Singapore will get this message.

Pagkabili ko ng product ko hindi siya nag kasya una sinukat ko sa sarili ko na alam ko sakto yung size ko pangalawa pagkadeliver sakin ng shoes hindi sakto at saka pinagkumpara kung product na nadeliver sakin sa current shoes ko, size sila. Ngayun napagisipisipan ko na ipabalik nalang at papalitan yung size ng product pero bago yan kinausap ko yung customer service nila at sinabi ko yung sitwasyon ngayun sinabi nila di na pwede po palitan yan lalo na abroad yung item and sinabi niya refund nalang po gagawin NAMIN diyan so inaaccept ko nalang so nagstart nako ng process sa pagreturn after a syempre ang tagal ko hinintay maya't maya nalang biglang naf email sakin na reject po yung item niyo redeliver nalang po namin wait nalng po dun ako nainis pota nakaka urat na sa na sinabi nalang nila sakin sa umpisa palang na di na pwede nakakagago sinabi ko din sa customer service nila sa umpisa palang na sure na po ba yan eh baka mareject din po tulad ng previous item ko and sinabi nila sorry po sa nangyari ganun tangina anyare mga gago ayusin niyo trabaho niyo nakakagago!
My first experience was when I ordered and paid via bancnet. It's a asus digitizer. It took them 1 month to deliver (which is supposed to be 15-20 days). Then when I received the product, it's DAMAGED! So I end up returning it and refunding my money. They mailed me that it will take 1-2 days. But it end up 1 month again!
Well, everyone deserve a second chance, so I ordered again. This time, its from local and cash on delivery. Guess what? It was supposed to be delivered at 22, but again, got delayed. Then, today, I checked the status. Guess what? It says DELIVERED. Either they gave my product to someone else who pretended to be me! WHAT'S THE POINT OF FILLING UP THE IDENTIFICATION FORM?! WHY CAN'T YOU ASK FOR THE ID FIRST BEFORE GIVING MY PRODUCT! WORTHLESS EVER.
For those of you who would want to order via lazada, think again. Yes, they have discounts, but if you'll add those shipping fee and the stress it cause, it's more than the real price. Also, on some product, it's really overprice!
UPDATE! They sent me a attachment with my "supposedly" signiture which is clearly not mine. Even the spelling is not correct. So I sent an attachment via gmail with my ID and signature. Worst online shop ever

-i've sent this to lazada "i'm sorry, I've deleted it due to frustrations. The last information lazada sent to me is that I have to order the product again because someone already took it who also forged my signature. They sent me a copy of supposedly my signature when they delivered my item. I sent them my Passport ID with my signature and my voter's ID to prove them that it's not me. Hence, I sent them my last message saying that this will be the last transaction i'll ever made at lazada.".
With that being said, they told me to reorder the product which by the way, added more to my frustrations. They could've resolve it with a assurance that they will require their courier to look for the ID of the person they were about to deliver.

I bought a G-SHOCK watch from Lazada ON 27/03/2019. I have been informed that the order will reach me on 05/04/2019 to 07/04/2019. But till today (15/04/2019), I still have not received it. It has been more than 2 weeks since I paid the full amount by credit card. What the hell is going on?
The delivery company: Ninjavan claimed that they came over and failed to deliver. I have a full time maid at home all the time and my other family members are at home too. How can it be? Then why never bother to call if can't find or deliver. The thing is my place is just 5th floor of the condominium at very convenient location near the junction of River Valley Road and Mohammad Sultan Road. The Ninjavan sms me to inform they can't deliver and Lazada emailed to inform me to reschedule a time for delivery. I replied immediately to reschedule a delivery time and I personally waited at home for them for 3 days but they didn't show up at all. They emailed me the time and date as promised but they just never deliver.
I am staying just right along the main road and there is no way one could possibly miss my building. No calls at all to inform and apparently they didn't deliver or come over, and they just lied they did.
I emailed Lazada 3 times to inform but received "ZERO" REPLY from them - they just completely ignored all my emails. How can a hopeless company be allowed to do such thing in Singapore, a country that is believed to strict laws. LAZADA is really hopeless and I would cancel my order after 2 weeks of waiting, Should they fail to refund, they would expect to receive my letter of demand.

Further to my lawyer's advice, the best way as a start to deal with it professionallybefore anything else is to write an official complaint email to "COMPETITIVE AND CONSUMER COMMISSION OF SINGAPORE" at *******@cccs.gov.sg about our encounters. Please must indicate title as "COMPLAINT". All of us should seek authority's intervention so our consumer's right would be legally protected.

LAZADA kindly cancel ORDER # ******* because I mistakenly clicked the order twice and I only want the other one
This is my 4th and 5th transaction with them, the first 3 was smooth everything was great and I would give them 5/5 for the 1st 3 transactions. Now here comes the nightmarish 4th and 5th.
I was on a market for a tablet when I saw the Samsung Galaxy Tab S at a very good price. Its coming from HK so I knew there was no warranty etc and I knew all the risks of a grey market tablet, but for the price difference from a local offline store I thought it was worth the risk. So I did ordered it using my credit card and all is well...
But then I had a change of heart, the Mi Pad came along and I thought it was a good bargain and I wanted that instead. So I had that Samsung cancelled. I had done both email and phone call and they assured me it was CANCELLED. I even told them that the reason I want to cancel the order is I am going to buy the Mi Pad instead and I needed their assurance it was CANCELLED so I don't end up buying 2 tablets when I only needed 1.
I bought the Mi Pad and it arrived in 2 days, super satisfied with their service thus far...
Guess what? The Samsung order coming from HK was NOT CANCELLED and I received an email 2 days later that the items is already SHIPPED and is on its way to me. I viewed my credit card balance online and indeed I was already charged for the Samsung.
I raised it to them and even used the email that mentioned it was clearly CANCELLED to them and they could do nothing and just apologized. They told me I should just refuse the delivery and they would just reverse my credit card. I know that would be such a hassle and its going to be a nightmare dealing with Lazada for a reversal (they can't even competently cancel a transaction much less reverse a credit card transaction). So now I am holding 2 tablets and my best recourse is to just sell the other one at a loss. Who would buy from me tablet for brand new price even if its sealed when they could just buy from a store themselves?
After this incident I am now going to be very picky on what I would buy from Lazada, I would only buy things that I can't find offline. Sayang naman...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
