I keep on seeing buyers complaining about their products not delivered within the ETA? I mean, that's why it's Estimated, it may or may not arrive within that set date. A lot of factors can also affect the speed of delivery and why blame lazada? They're just a bridge that connects you to the person/company you are buying from, if you know the product's not trustworthy then wag kayo bumili dun. Simple as that

I ordered an expensive product from overseas on sept. 29... got an email that the package was with the partner courier last oct 5. A nd that the package would be delivered somewhere between oct 15-20... and then that was it! No update! They gave me a tracking number that didn't work... they reply to my emails with templates and that's it... i waht to cancel my order and demand a refund. If i don't I'll have to consult a lwayer friend for this crappy piece of online company giving me a hard time.
FYI i have been a loyal customer of Lazada for the last two years. And i think they don't really care about that. What a crappy company with template driven customer service!

Ang kasu mali ung email na nalagay ko nung gnawa ku ung account. Anyways as a customer i do see lazada as a very good online shop where you can buy stuff online. So far all of my orders have came as expected though ofcourse the other orders are on the way too. But its not lazadas fault cause theyre not the ones delivering the items themselves. Anyways my concern at the moment is i cant seem to check out. Yesterday around midnight i was assisted 2 times in order to check out my items but last night i no one was replying to my emails. I even opened 3 tickets. Is the site down? WE PURCHASED A 39" ACE SLIM FLAT SMART TV FROM LAZADA BUT DUE TO DEFECTIVE SOUND WE RETURNED THE ITEM TO THEM ON AUGUST 2,2016. RETURN ORDER NO IS *******. My order #******* should arrived on Oct. 1-4,2016. On Oct. 10,2016 I send email to Lazada to check why my order has yet to arrived and received a generic reply that they are checking my concern with ticket no. On Oct. 13,2016, I called Lazada and I was inform that my order was yet to received by lex delivery and will check with their warehouse and will provide with an update thru email. After a minute I received same generic email with same content as previous. Lazada should extend more customer service than this. Very bad customer service.

Im here in Australia and i made an order in Lazada for my son in Philippines. I Ordered the mini electric scooter bike for my son. #******* and LAZADA declined it. The payment i used is my Visa Debit Card and i called my bank and they said LAZADA deducted it. I emailed LAZADA and they said my money is in FLOATING SYSTEM... Now, i checked again my account but still the money they took still not on my account. IT'S BEEN TWO DAYS NOW! When you will return my money? You're trying to ripped off the money of your customer...! Very BAD SERVICE!
We're sorry to hear about what happened, Jannine. Please be informed that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

Fraud itong company na to. I purchased an item order # ******* using my credit card last sept 18, and the scheduled delivery date is sept 21-22 but up until now di ko pa natanggap yung item. Been calling and emailing them several times pero wala silang maibigay na reason why delivery was delayed, and no solution was provided. They even gave me fake tracking number from their crappy courier called ximex delivery express na pag track mo sa website nilang dead end hihingan ka ng username and password. They dont even have the item daw nung tumawag ako earlier. Im so upset with lazada

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
