WE PURCHASED A 39" ACE SLIM FLAT SMART TV FROM LAZADA BUT DUE TO DEFECTIVE SOUND WE RETURNED THE ITEM TO THEM ON AUGUST 2,2016. RETURN ORDER NO IS *******. UNFORTUNATELY UNTIL NOW THEY DID NOT TAKE ACTION TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. IT IS ALMOST MORE THAN TWO MONTHS ALREADY. THE CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST TOLD ME THAT IF WITHIN TWO MONTHS THEY CANNOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY BUT THEY DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY. I ALWAYS FOLLOW UP WITH THEM BUT THE EXPLANATION THAT I AM ALWAYS RECEIVING FROM THEM IS "WE APOLOGIZE AND THEY ARE NOW TAKING ACTION TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. UNTIL NOW WE ARE STILL HANGING ON THE ACTUAL STATUS OF OUR RETURN ORDER.MY FAMILY IS A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF LAZADA BUT ON THE BAD EXPERIENCE THAT WE ENCOUNTERED FROM THEM WE DON'T HAVE PLAN OF PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN.
