My order #******* should arrived on Oct. 1-4,2016. On Oct. 10,2016 I send email to Lazada to check why my order has yet to arrived and received a generic reply that they are checking my concern with ticket no. On Oct. 13,2016, I called Lazada and I was inform that my order was yet to received by lex delivery and will check with their warehouse and will provide with an update thru email. After a minute I received same generic email with same content as previous. Lazada should extend more customer service than this. Very bad customer service.
