I bought a body mirror from AC Saulog Furniture. It has a manufacturing damage so I called them for replacement twice, twice they said the'd call me back but they never called me. AC Saulog Furnitures has the worst customer service. I posted it on lazada website but it didn't came up, I suppose lazada filters negative feedbacks.
Another item I bought is from CWL General Mdse, an AB Rocket Twister that DO NOT Twist. The picture and description they had on lazada website is misleading. I suppose they sent me a fake or cheaper version, why is lazada letting these suppliers get on with their bad business practice?

Received 2 email and 2 SMS messages at 12 noon. Went home to meet with delivery and they never delivered the product. Delivery called at 6:30pm to tell me they had too many items to deliver that day and they would deliver the following day. I call Lazada hotline that evening and no one answered the phone.
The following day I called support to speak with management. Same lies every time saying they were engaged on a call. BULL$#*! they are scared to speak to customers. Untrained cowards...
I called the deliver service and now they said they could not deliver today because they were on the other side of town. Unbeleivable. This country really is 3rd world.
Here's hoping Lazada Philippines goes bankrupt. Put them out of their misery.
Update: I see a lot of canned responses about "we're sorry" and "contact us" on a lot of other negative reviews. Do you really think that changes anything #lazadaph? Your minions of robots that have no training in customer relations doesn't help.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and just wanted to get the correct one. The same day I made the wrong order, I called. To make the story short, the 1st rep fed me all wrong info on how to go about getting a replacement or a refund since she said they do not have my size. When I called again tp start the refund process bec I already received the item, the second rep told me no refunds can be made because it was already received! An absolutely WTF moment! I have been a frequent and loyal buyer but they treated me like this! Don't buy from these people! Consider yourself warned!

Don't ever order from Lazada. It's just a crappy company. They just want the money, they don't absolutey care about their costumers. The Delivery Time Frame is not accurate, the customer service is full of lies. Sometimes they delivered the "wrong" item that it's shown from the picture which realyl reallly irritates me and happened a lot of times. Tracking Order system is a $#*!ing mess. It's says my item is "Delivered" with a check mark on it but i haven't received it yet so i call the costumer service and the lady says the word "Delivered" means the item is ready to be delivered anytime to me. I waited for days, weeks, months and it still haven't arrived. I keep calling to follow up my order and they always say this bullsh*t to me, again and again and again. LAZADA IS A $#*!ING JOKE.

DO NOT BUY FROM LAZADA unless you are absolutely sure about the shipping services offered. If they use a reliable shipping service then it will be fast but if they are sending the goods by LEX (Lazada express), do not buy! Their sorting process takes ages to go through and an order that is actually located 30 minutes away, in the end, takes 1 week to arrive. Their facebook also does not allow you to leave a review because many reviews are negative using their services. The customer service they provide is mediocre but call them instead of contact them on social media. Social media representatives completely ignore you and are unhelpful. My advice, only buy if there is a massive promotion or just buy from the sellers off the website.

First of all, the products arrive late. Their partner LBC is not that good. They got lots of shipment so they're now really slow compared to JRS and other couriers. I hope they provide an option for what brand of courier service. The LBC employees especially in provinces are really impatient. They would update their LBC website as "return order" even if they only tried to deliver it once (which is supposed to be three delivery attempts).
Second, full of misleading and missing information especially on individual sellers, those that are not by Lazada.
Very slow communication. I would not rely on toll-frees because it's not actually toll free. Email support is really slow, takes you almost a decade.

All the reviews here are negative... im a long time customer and i never encountered problem with any of my order. On some point i received the product earlier than expected. One time i received a defective product and returned. My card received the charge back after 24 hours. I hope people with good experience with this company take time to give their rating. I understand the frustration of the people who experience problems with the delivery but im sure its on the part of the shipper not on lazadas.

I ordered three items in Lazada with two different order number. My first order ******* is a cellphone and was ordered last September 19,2016. In the website it should be delivered between sept 22-24,2016. I was waiting for it, until September 29 but nothing came. My second order has two items on it. The second item came as promised. Now I asked a tracking number of my first order and then the customer service provided me one but unfortunately I can't track it because the courier (greenstar) doesn't have online tracking system. Now I look for contacts of GreenStar. I called Greenstar Luzon and they give me number of greenstar Davao, and then Green star Davao gave me a contact of GreenStar-Lazada operations in CDO. Now I called the Green Star CDO for it. Then replied naman immediately in response to my query. Now, sadly they said that they cannot deliver it because my shipping address in not cover with the scope of their shipping areas. Then the Greenstar told me that because of the problem they have returned the item in Lazada CDO warehouse and I was told to reorder. So I called again Lazada Customer Service for it and they told me that they will coordinate with Green star with it. Then after a day, I receive an email from lazada asking me to give a new consignee for my order *******, so I give my sister's name and address as well as her number. Then after that I receive an email saying that my order ******* will be delivered on or before October 6,2016. Now I was relieve naman October 6,2016 passed but no item came. After that, I receive an email again saying that my order ******* is now being cancelled because the courier cannot deliver it and now in transit to Lazada Warehouse. What? How come that they have given my order to a courier that cannot deliver it? Now they say that it will arrive a day after the transit and they will process the refund after they receive it. Now, I emailed Lazada again about it and I receive again an email that its still in transit going to their warehouse. It's been almost 4 weeks and it is still on transit? When can I get my refund? Its almost a month now since I ordered that item.
Ask lang po kung ano na update sa order ko #******* ano na po sattus ineexpect ko ngayon yung delivery pero wala padin po. Stationary bike po yung order ko. Thanks!

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
