We ordered 2units of air humidifier with order#******* which was delivered last Sept. 23 but to our dismay we paid for 2units but only received 1. I made an order Sept 15 for 2 watches in Lazada. Commited date was Sept 19-22. It's already past my birthday but I havent received the items. It was Sept 25 when I received just 1 item. Much to my dismay, the watch I received got full of scratches and the bracelet is also defective. I visited their FB page requesting for refund. A person named Jeniefer advised me how to return the item to LBC Branch. No apology, no customer service at all. I ordered 3 items from lazada since they had really big discounts and i dont have alot of money being a student and all to my surprise, 2 out of 3 of them are defective! I had to return them (just yesterday) I hope they get replaced by non defective products. Whew! Truely disappointing, I was really excited to use them but they were defective, I ordered an action camera but when I turned it on it only had white screen and doesnt turn off I had to remove the battery, then as for the other item a bluetooth earpiece, it charges when plugged in but it doesnt turn on when its full after you unplug it. I HOPE MY ITEMS REACH THEM AND THEY REPLACE IT.
ADVICE TO ANYONE PURCHASING AT LAZADA: ITEMS WITH HUGE DISCOUNTS TEND TO BE DEFECTIVE BECAREFUL. I would change my mind if they replaced my items with non defective ones but for now im really disappointed.

Lazada! I just received my Sony extra bass headset yesterday and when I used it the sound was so horrible and it was not balanced, the right side of the headset was louder and the left side was the opposite. Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
