Received 2 email and 2 SMS messages at 12 noon. Went home to meet with delivery and they never delivered the product. Delivery called at 6:30pm to tell me they had too many items to deliver that day and they would deliver the following day. I call Lazada hotline that evening and no one answered the phone.
The following day I called support to speak with management. Same lies every time saying they were engaged on a call. BULL$#*! they are scared to speak to customers. Untrained cowards...
I called the deliver service and now they said they could not deliver today because they were on the other side of town. Unbeleivable. This country really is 3rd world.
Here's hoping Lazada Philippines goes bankrupt. Put them out of their misery.
Update: I see a lot of canned responses about "we're sorry" and "contact us" on a lot of other negative reviews. Do you really think that changes anything #lazadaph? Your minions of robots that have no training in customer relations doesn't help.
