Wrong items delivered

What's the use of reviewing my order and placing it but i get the wrong item upon delivery. My 2 recent orders we're wrong items. I ordered Bath and Bodywork s Morocco Orchid body lotion but was sent body mist. I ordered Nike Fission deo spray but was sent Nike gold edition deo spray. It also had no cap! I get the impression that it is being done on purpose kasi it happened more than once. Why don't you double check items before delivery?

Nitong taon lang ako nagsimula bumili sa lazada. Apat na beses na ako nagshoshop dito and so far wala pa akong problema. Lahat smooth ang process, on time dumadating yung item. A lot of 1-star reviews here are just unfair. Lazada may have some downsides to people but this is a personal review, so i am not disappointed with lazada. Thank you lazada! You may not be perfect but here's a 5-star!

Hi Lazada, I was unable to claim my refund for order number ******* because i was abroad during that time (Sep 10,2016). I just arrived back to Philippines last week for a short vacation. I went to LBC yesterday to claim the refund, but tracking number appears to be inactive already as said by the LBC personnel. May I please request your good office to process my claim. Note: I will be back overseas this 27th of November. Thank you & regards.

Im just curious about the delivery services. I understand that they were busy delivering the other items on board, I have called them 3 times to conform where they are for me to meet them and yet they were not answering my calls! This is actually disappointing since the delivery was already delayed yet I also made an effort to communicate properly! Please improve on your delivery services! And to the person who delivered my order, in your sms it was obvious that you were pissed!

Poor service
November 4, 2016

The first time I ordered from them was great. So i was excited to get another products again. The orders weren't cash on delivery so i had to go to nearest hellopay center which is 7/11 last october 20. The expected delivery date was nov16-21 which was a total bummer. But i digress. The products came way earlier than expected which was defenitely awesome. To my surprise, they delivered wrong item. So i had to call their customer service right away to take action on this. I had to call twice which costs me 200 pesos in order for them to fix it. In the end this 35weeks pregnant mother had to go to the nearest lbc branch to return the product then i have to wait for their call so i can refund the money which they couldnt tell me when or where. The thing is, im giving birth within the next few weeks so i need to complete my baby's stuffs before delivery but due to their pooooooor coordination, i have to go to the other town to get what i needed. I ended up Deleting the app and will never ever order again!
They called just now (nov5) to inform me that they will investigate the issue and need more time to process this. So I asked the lady if there's any guarantee that I could get my money back since it's obviously not my fault, but she couldn't give me any information about that instead she just told me to wait for more days. Please to those people who pay beforehand, I warn you not to.

No way to know current shipping status aside from the one in the app. It has been stuck in shipping for almost 1month. Careful because they sell china phones/counterfeit items. It has happened twice now. Will no longer order from lazada.

Nakakago po ang shop na ito! Matagal ng cancelled itong order ko na ito tapos may nagcliclaim ng 2go from lazada daw at tinatanong ang address ko? Sabi pa di pa bayad yung item "COD nga diba yan"?! Wala na akong ipapambayad kasi sa inconvenience at tagal ng delivery kaya sa shopee na ko bumili same item na inorder ko dito!

By the way, a s checked, the reversal has been completed as of November 3 and we can also provide you the reference number you can use if you want to follow it up to your issuing bank. Can you please confirm if your PayPal account was linked to your credit or debit account? If so, the time frame given to use from your issuing bank is within 15 banking days for credit card and up to 45 banking if debit card. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been their customer for 3 years now. And all I can say is that they don't know how to value their loyal clients. I ordered a TV channel box from them. Upon checking my order the next day, I found out that my order has been doubled, meaning two same items with two different order number. In short I'v been charged twice on my credit card. I called them immediately upon finding out, to double check if my order has been really doubled and they said yes. So i requested them to cancel the other one as they haven't shipped it yet but to my surprise their response was that they can no longer cancel the other order as it's been processed already and the product is on its way to the courier. According to their cancellation policy, for as long as the item hasn't been shipped just yet, the client can easily cancel the order by calling their customer service. But they are of no help at all. The only way I can receive a reversal on my credit card is after 3 failed attempts of the courier to deliver the item and that it would take up to 15 banking days before a refund can be made. And that I need to follow it up with my bank every once in a while. So for the mean time I have to pay the amount with my credit and just wait for a reversal. Can you imagine the hassle it caused me considering that it wasn't my fault that there's a system error at your end when i purchased the above mentioned item. You lost my trust Lazada. This will be the last time I will order from your company. I will delete my Lazada account once everything's settled. Beware of this company!

I have posted a one-star review about my bad experience on using Paypal for Lazada transactions. Again, order was automatically cancelled (Oct. 23,2016) but balance was deducted. Promised of 1-3 business days reversal of Paypal balance (P 2,498.00). After three days, no refund yet.

UPDATE:
I sent multiple email after five working days. Decided to file an open case with Paypal (after 3 days, but did not get any response from Lazada). I gave enough time and patience to wait for the reversal. I then decided to shoot ANOTHER message on Paypal Resolution Center and Lazada today Nov. 3,2016. Half an hour later (or maybe less), I got a reply from a Lazada rep recognizing my dispute case on Paypal. She confirmed that it has been resolved now. Went to my Paypal account and YES my money is back!

It took 7 business days and multiple emails to Lazada and a dispute case to Paypal for my refund to be processed. I was promised of 1-3 business days when I first called.
I would say I am RELIEVED (that my money is back) but not satisfied.
