Lazada informed me after my follow up that the helmet that I ordered from it ( per ORDER NUMBER ******* dated Feb. 20,2018) was not delivered after a month of waiting, because of the following reasons, ALL OF THEM UNTRUE:

". Our couriers tried to contact you because your address cannot be located but were not able to reach you."
". You and/or any authorized representative were not available to receive the order."
". Consignee was unknown at the delivery address."
". Your payment was not ready upon delivery."
". You were not able to pick-up your order at the SM Collection Point for five (5) days."
". Your delivery was cancelled at your request,"

I informed Lazada that previous to this, I was able to received the orders from them so it is either it is lying to me or its couriers.

TOO LONG TO SHIP ITEM
January 8, 2019

I've order a tripod on Dec 19,2018 Order # ************** for me to use it during the holidays, nothing came. I tracked the package and only to find out that it was "Delivery Failed" indicated there that it was return to sender due to multiple attempts, no one came, but still it was tag as multiple attempts. Anyway I've reorder the same tripod but from different seller Order # ************** hoping this time I can get my package, but it taken too long to process, still haven't gotten my package. What now lazada?

This company is supposed to be one of the top online computer stores in the Philippines. However, I would not recommend them. Lazada is primarily a platform for selling from various small entities, primarily from China. I was recently was trying to purchase computers for my business. I went through their platform and used a small Manila company called Choice Gadgets and put an order for 2 gaming notebook computers. The process was a total fraud and scam. I reported the fraudulent activity to Lazada and they did nothing.

I recommend that if you are looking to supply your business, DO NOT USE LAZADA.

I am so disappointed with my recent purchase because I haven't had a bad experience with Lazada - UNTIL NOW. Within a month, I placed 4 orders and 3 out of them turned out okay.

But on my 4th transaction, I ordered a set of makeup brushes and it was stated in the website that the set includes 32 brushes, but when I opened the package, it was missing 2 brushes (1 blush brush and 1 pointy brush)! I was contemplating to have it replaced or just return it but seeing how returns and replacements are handled by Lazada, I'd rather not because it would be too much of a hassle! Poor customer service and poor product inspection! I bet they don't really check the quality (and the quantity) of products.

What a shame! Never buying from this website AGAIN.

What a shame

I saw a 5 star rate. Good for you.
However, it's not all " if you know what you are buying and do a little research first you would be satisfied" I do all research, read product reviews before placing order. Their items were just not handled well. Maybe from their merchants or courier? I received a broken blinds(upper and lower metal cut to half) and a defective nebulizer- no mist or whatsoever coming out. I mean, does that need a research and all?

And reading from these reviews, returning the package is not a guarantee you'd get a refund or a replacement. So, why waste my fuel and money? Already wasted money buying broken stuff.

I recommend buying appliances, devices and breakable products at LAZADA to NO ONE!

I received goods that looked nothing like the item advertised on the sellers page.
I have received items that are clearly fake copies of high class brands like MAC
Lazada customer service insists they will follow up. But did I ever get any follow up contact from lazada... NO!
Worse is these sellers are still selling on the lazada site

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and just wanted to get the correct one. The same day I made the wrong order, I called. To make the story short, the 1st rep fed me all wrong info on how to go about getting a replacement or a refund since she said they do not have my size. When I called again tp start the refund process bec I already received the item, the second rep told me no refunds can be made because it was already received! An absolutely WTF moment! I have been a frequent and loyal buyer but they treated me like this! Don't buy from these people! Consider yourself warned!

Anyways, you may still return the item to us via LBC for FREE. Just put the reason "Does Not Fit / Wrong Size" on the online return. 2. Go to "My Orders" and click "Return";
3. Fill out the return form;
4. Print the return form;
5. Pack the items and attach the return label; and

Happy with first order

I ordered a google chromecast and it came on time with no hiccups. No shipping cost so that was a bonus. It was not much less than what I could have gotten in Makati but wanted to give it a try to get a feel of their process.

How come when I tracked the status of the item, it was declined? When I can see that my card is already charged? Also I can not track anymore because the tracking window vanishes right after the order number is written? Order number is *******. And stimated delivery is June 20-21. I really hope that this is only a small error and will turn out good because I have a long list to purchase in Lazada. I will not recommend you until Things are cleared.

We're sorry to hear about what happened, Maria. As per checking, the transaction got invalid, reason for it to be cancelled. There maybe some mismatch with the order vs card details. Please be informed that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

Unreliable

I ordered two items for the 1st time. A guitar for my friend (I was shipped to her. The handle almost disconnected to the body) and a bluetooth speaker (that takes forever to connect). We shipped it back and filed for replacement. But they refunded it. The thing is my friend doean't have valid id and she can't claim the money to lbc. Been sending emails and messages to lazada but their customer service takes a long time to respond. Don't waste time calling their hotline, they can't help you.
When they finally responded and said they will replace it into store credit within 48 hours, but when I checked it they still haven't sent me the voucher code and 3 days already passed. I really regret doing transactions with them.

I order 2 separate items in Lazada. The other one is printer. When I checked this how come that my order was declined?! Can someone explain to me what's happening?! This is already deducted to my card! And if this will not process I want my money back!

My purchase arrived more than 15 days after buying and paying online.
The perfume I got was fake. I still have an original bottle that I bought from duty free. The scent is so different. The one from lazada stays for a minute then nothing. No scent. There were minute detail differences on the bottle and box from the one I got from duty free and the one from lazada.
This experience has really been disappointing, frustrating and a total waste.

Totally disappointed!

I ordered a Coffee Machine end of last month and Completed the order process on their website and gave me my order number. To make sure that my order really went through, i checked it using the order number but it shows me no order has been made. So i Contacted their chat Support and i was advised that they have my order and it will be delivered between Oct 2-5 so we waited and no one showed up but we've been receiving sms from them that the item will be delivered. I decided to get in Touch with them and chatted to their chat support and again i was advised that the item will be delivered but this the delivery date has been moved latest Oct 10. I've been patiently waiting until i got frustrated. My ordered has not delivered up to now and no email updates received from them. Their service is too bad!

Lazada has the worst customer service. I have one experience where the customer service staff left our conversation abruptly. I am happy to decide never to buy any product from Lazada Philippines again.

Inquiry for Lazada

Hi Lazada, I have ordered a bag from your website. However, I was shocked with the shipping fee, it's Php 800.00 for a Longchamp medium-sized bag. I am not familiar with the shipping fee mechanics, but I think 800 pesos is too big and considering that I am right here in Manila area, why should it be 800 pesos, I am totally near.
