I order fetal doppler last April3,2017, I already paid it through paypal. The standard delivery stated April 19-24,2017, I just want to know if my order is soon going to be process since it's very important to me. And I read a lot of bad comments / reviews, I just need some peace of mind.
I've initiated my third return today. Lazada, you should empower the buyers to not just return but also report scammy sellers. And you should do something about it, since it's your reputation on the line here.

I ordered item on February, but haven't received any update until the end of May. And guess what they send me: "Your order has been canceled, Reason: incorrect delivery address. But I received many items on this address. After this they refunded only item price on Lazada Wallet. So I paid delivery fee and didn't get the item. Impossible to contact customers support, as they have chat bot on their website, what a joke.
The item has been packed by the seller for days! DAYS! And Lex PH, which is the in-house delivery service for Lazada, hasn't picked up the shipment yet. Total incompetence!
Delivery can be done in a matter of hours nowadays, why is it that picking up the shipment from the sellers take a long time?

This is what lazada is all about, you waited, you were promised delivery, you were promised action, eventually all you get is this. Closed because Lazada is really good at advertising but really bad at everything else. This will be my last order from Lazada. Thank you for reminding what a shopping website should NOT be like.

Hi Lazada! I would like to know the specific status of my orders #******* & #*******. The expected delivery is on September 20-22,2016. Order tracking for #******* says it was already shipped but I haven't received any notification from Lazada. Order tracking for #******* says it's still Processing. I placed the order last September 15,2016. One item for order #******* should be delivered September 20-22,2016 but I can't understand why the status is still Processing as of today. Ordered a drawing tablet last Dec. 13 but no shipment to date (Jan. 3,2017). It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. They said to give feedback in 48 hours but none for the past 7 days. I have asked for a refund but all the more no feedback. Sorry, but this will be my last. Really disappointed.

I ordered 3 items from Lazada under 1 order number. Although 2 arrived on 2 different dates within the week, I was still waiting on the delivering of item #3. I checked the status and it states delivery is in 2 more months. That is insane-where is it coming from anyway?
I requested that the item be cancelled and the response was "Please be advised that cancellation of imported items is restricted. Please be guided that the standard delivery time frame for imported items will take 21-25 business days."
I never thought that was imported, I could have gotten it locally. I would stay away from LAZADA. No more business from me nor recommendations.

I ordered a $500 product with a Live Up account and was promised a 10% rebate. It said that the rebate would automatically apply when the item status is changed to delivered. Item took 2 days to change to delivered status (which required an email and call from me to get changed). When rebate came, it was only $0.70 and I had to give them another call asking to rectify this issue. Was promised vouchers to cover up for the missing rebate but have yet to hear from them yet. This is absolutely ridiculous, issue after issue and I am still nowhere closer to getting my money back. DO NOT USE LAZADA.

I placed an order and payed by debit card made on 01 Dec. In 8 different retails at the same time, all was delivered on time but unfortunate only one retail name SRS retail not been fulfill but i been notified by email that Shipment is already fulfilled. So on my surprise and keep waiting nothing came. So I send a lot of follows up daily but no one response to my quires. I ordered from Lazada #******* and i returned it for a replacement last Oct 16 or so. I can't remember because its been so long already. They told me several times on customer services calls that my order will be inspected within 24-48 hours by their team, they said that the first time i called, and they said that the last time i called. How many 24-48 hours do you guys actually need? I've lost count of the times I called your customer service. I was hoping to get a replacement on my item since it had incomplete parts, but now I just want a freaking refund because of how ludicrous the service is. Even now i Have to continuously call them just to give me my money back. I ordered last OCTOBER, its almost DECEMBER. They keep telling me theyll update me when my refund is cleared but i always have to keep calling lazada for an update. This just sucks.
Update it was another three weeks After this post that i got my refund, spent more on phone bills than what i got back from my refund

Disappointed on your customer service! You don't know how to even please your customers with just simple refund it took a month to claim it. The worst thing is they offer solutions which is not really a solution. All in all, very disgusting customer service they offered.

I have used their service several times with no problems. However, the last time i used it i placed my order, 13jul for (3 products) and till now i have not received my orders! Whenever i contact their cx support, they keep on insisting on the one that was cancelled but keeps mum on the rest of my order--which i was inquiring about. The stress and frustration is not worth it, might just as well go to the mall
I have already purchased many items from lazada.com.ph and posted respective reviews of the product. From my experience, only my high rating (4 or 5 stars) reviews gets published. All my reviews with low product ratings (1 or 2 stars) are never published because I write very specific details on why I dislike a product. If I write a low rating review with vague reasons, it sometimes get published. Lazada is censoring customer's review to protect their sellers. The purpose of a review is to help other customer in deciding whether to buy the product or not. I dont write low rating reviews anymore because it is just a waste of time. I just return the item immediately (within 7 day)

I ordered an item for my sons birthday, we had enough time for delivery as per lazada, They then change the expected time to 1 day later this is still ok as it will be deliverd by his birthday, today is his birthday and lazada has not delivered. He is 6 years old and crying his eyes out thanks lazada. I call to customer care and they answer my call all they can tell me is its still in the warehouse i know this as i can see the tracker lazada then drop my call and when i call back they leave it ringing i stayed on for 20 mins still no answer as you can understand one of the hardest things to do is to calm down a very upset 6 year old on his birthday. Once again thanks lazada i will remember this for many years to come.

I return my incomplete order (missing parts? But lazada nit return my payment or replacement. I ordered 4 units of items but they delivered 2 units only. Send a complain by email and by chat, until now no feedback from them. Lazada has no quality check of services of their sellers they just recieving money only. Will find another online stores
Ordered 5 items, they charged my credit card and 4 were unfulfilled by Lazada starting vendor delays. No other option. I talked to one of their vendors and they told me they can ship the items but Lazada did not provide them my delivery address.
I am still waiting for the 5th item order delivery.
Contacted Lazada Customer Service and basically they told me to contact their vendor. Now why would I do their job and why would I order from them if they cannot manage their suppliers?
Don't waste your effort on this Lazada, they cannot manage their Customer Service, let alone the sub-vendors.

I have a total of 6 items bought from Lazada a week and a half ago. 3 of them are out of stock but was told it will arrive next week. I bought 3 more items yesterday and was told ETA within a week. The courier is friendly and accommodating. I was not home during the first attempt to deliver my items. I asked the courier to come back on the same day after an hour and he did. So far I like Lazada.
Answer: Katherine, since you already placed your order, there's nothing you can do but wait - so don't worry! (Be happy!) When it arrives and it's not up to your expectations, then you can return it (hopefully you shouldn't have a problem with the return). So just relax!

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
