Terrible shopping

I got refund lazada wallet while seller didn't send out product with 9 days. The refund can't directly purchase other stuff via lazada wallet, it state please contact customer service. The customer service is robotic answer. I force to refund to bank for first time, it 3 days later it return into lazada wallet without any cautious or info. This is my second time request refund, almost 3 weeks DO NOTHING!

Bad service
September 6, 2019

I buy a computer with the guarantee back for no reason. Once received, the computer is really very very very slow, to open a word page, it takes 5 min. I contact the seller, he told me to bring him back to his shop for him to control, in the shop, nobody wants to control him, he tells me, we have to pay 400myr and we will make it faster! So I decide to return it. Two weeks after Lazada sends me an email, your return has been refused, without explanation... incredible. I find myself with a really bad computer, for a very high price! Total scam. In addition, I can not put an opinion on my order, negative reviews are blocked! So run away from this site, waste of time and money.

Lazada 2 weeks delay
December 13, 2016

After the incident of delay Lazada has cancelled my order and i have gotten my refund.
They have sent me an apology letter and have gave me a voucher. I have reordered the same item and i did receive it within the next 3 days, the following few weeks i did ordered a few different items and i also did get a few good deals as with Bosh Cordless drill which was cheaper than market price by RM60. We'll what i'm trying to say is that their service is good, and their offers are solid, but no body's perfect and sometimes mistakes do happen.

I bought laptop lenovo yoga pro 2 from the website. They sent me the laptop with wrong warranty and no sleeve bag for the laptop. I rang the customer service, they say that I have to return the whole set and wait for a new set. Its just time consuming... I hope I will receive the correct order this time. Will update when I hear back from them.

There is poor internal management issue of lazada Malaysia. I delivered the parcel to customer last month on time and sent the new tracking number to lazada on time. Lazada updated it as 'shipped' immediately, but few days ago, they cancelled the order and refunded the money to customer whom already received my parcel. That means I won't get paid from lazada. The actual problem is lazada should immediately check delivery status after order was shipped, but they didn't check and just marked "order cancelled" and told me that they couldn't pay me once they cancelled the order. So I believe many customers and merchants are facing the internal problems of lazada. Why do we need to be victim of their poor management practice? It is very unfair and we need to be respected! They couldn't just take our money whenever they want!

I buy on line as I like the convenience. I'm never in a rush so I dunt mind even if there is a delay receiving the items. So far I wanted to buy two items on Lazada, after reading one review, I stopped myself, as it was more expensive, it was a 300 percent mark up d seller! The other Ikea item unfortunately I already ordered, later only to find out on Ikea website I could hv saved almost RM40 had I gone to Ikea and picked up d item myself. So always write reviews, read others review, so we know which items are not a good deal to buy on Lazada!

Lazada allows sellers to manipulate reviews

When sellers themselves know that they have messed with the orders, looks like they have option to disable a particular customer from writing a review. When contacting the Lazada customer care, they give official confirmation through email as well. I have attached the screenshot along with case number.
Funny part is that I wanted to give a good review saying the product quality is good although the delivery took very very long time but apparently seller thought that I might leave a bad review due to very late delivery and disabled my option to write a review.

Lazada also allows partial cancellation of orders (that include multiple items) by Sellers without even discussing with Customer. For eg. When I ordered two wall kitchen cabinets(expecting it to be uniform in my kitchen), seller just sent out 1 cabinet and the status was initially showing another cabinet will be sent out separately due to logisitcs reasons. But after 10 days it was just cancelled and when you have assembled your first cabinet, it is hard to return as well. Seller didn't even discuss and just disabled the review option.

I never knew some stuff could be so cheap! I bought a couple of shoe trees and they fit well. Price was decent enough. Have bought wooden hangers, a Fossil watch and a phone from here as well. Decent prices, quick shipping and friendly customer service representatives.

False advertisements

I ordered Fitbit charge 2 from Lazada and as a Maxis one club customer, I am eligible for 15% discount on the purchase price. I was told by their help line that the discount will be credited to my credit card within 24 hours of delivery of the item to me.
Three weeks later and after many complaints and online chat with Lazada, they have not given me the discount. I feel cheated. I am going to take legal action.

However; they have terrible customer support team. This platform is good if everything is in order. God bless you if you get a simple problem there. No one can help you from their customer service.

I purchased one item that didn't satisfy me for the poor building quality. Once i received I clicked on "received" and try to understand how to return the item.
I didn't find any button to start the return process, so I contacted the Customer center. They said that by clicking on "received" means I will accept the item, I am fully satisfied and I renounce to the 7 days of return policy. This is clearly a CHEAT!
DEAR LAZADA:
BY CLICKING "RECEIVED" MEANS THAT I RECEIVED THE ITEMS, IF YOU WANT ONE CONFIRMATION ABOUT THE ACCEPTANCE, YOU SHOULD CLEARLY SHOW ONE BUTTON "I ACCEPT THE ITEM" AND SPECIFY THAT AFTER ACCEPTED, THE ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED. YOUR RETURN POLICY IT IS NOT CLEAR. IT CANNOT BE THAT BY SIMPLY CLICKING "ITEM RECEIVED" MEANS I CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM. THIS MEANS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS!

DO NOT BUY FROM LAZADA unless you are absolutely sure about the shipping services offered. If they use a reliable shipping service then it will be fast but if they are sending the goods by LEX (Lazada express), do not buy! Their sorting process takes ages to go through and an order that is actually located 30 minutes away, in the end, takes 1 week to arrive. Their facebook also does not allow you to leave a review because many reviews are negative using their services. The customer service they provide is mediocre but call them instead of contact them on social media. Social media representatives completely ignore you and are unhelpful. My advice, only buy if there is a massive promotion or just buy from the sellers off the website.

CS Lazada is a badly managed team, they represent their bosses and one can easily deduct that management is just lazy, non participative in actual customer complaints, CS team is just there to make money either for the BPO that somehow is related to management i.e corruption in plain sight. If there is an actual check and balance the idiots at CS Lazada would not behave like that. My case in particular is that my Lazada wallet can't pay seller. Why? Because CS team themselves have blocked that transaction! The reason being I have done it before and so many times and never faced this abuse, it all happened because their CS sophia( which is a made-up name by Lazada itself) was angry that I pointed out to her she was giving wrong information. This triggered this twat and the whole fiasco started and has gone into day 3. All that time of live chat with me, 3 call's I made to them and Lazada CS specialist(special my foot more like $#*!'s) there was not a single complain no given, why? I only received one call yesterday after 2 day's. Long story short Lazada Management need to be investigated for 1) corruption 2) bullying customers 3) Mismanagement. The Malaysian Lazada No1 need's to be fired, a useless piece of $hit. My email ID is the same ID used for Lazada.

I made purchase and they cancelled the order. I sent all the payment slip as well as bank transaction slip which shows the payment went through. They promised on refund but it has been a month and I received nothing. And now they called to inform that they couldn't make the refund saying it's not their responsibility.

First, the delivery guy delivered my big parcel into my small mail box instead of directly hand to hand with no papers to sign. I haven't received my refund for a mispmaced parcel until now (2 months already- in process apparently). Customer service is $#*!iest ever. I don't even understand why this company still makes profit, I hope one day someone will seek action against them because of their $#*!ed up lazy mindset. I really hope you will fall. Money maker, scammers and lazy people.

I ordered a long side table from Taobao Collection on Lazada. TC cancelled my order 5 days later and increased the price. I went to Lazada Help Centre & clicked Cleo Live Chat wanting to make a complaint. Apparently I couldn't. I sent an email to *******@Lazada.com.my but my email was rejected. I dailed their KL office nos 03-******* & 03-******* but my calls couldn't get through. It seems impossible for me to warn other buyers about this seller. My conclusion is that Lazada prefers to take care of sellers. So I've decided that I won't be shopping on Lazada any more.

Refurbish battery
November 14, 2017

Bought lithium-ion batteries on lazada from local supplier. Came within 3 days, packed in bubble wrap only, no box, inside the lazada shipping envelope. Was shocked to find that all the batteries had spot weld marks on the terminals. Most probably this came from laptop battery pack, definitely not new and no marking on the body indicating this is a cheap no brand li-ion. I could have bought similar batteries from pasar malam seller, at least it is new and unused and can get cheaper too. Yeah could complain and ask for return and go thru the hassle of repack and posting back to lazada, but that is not why I shop online. Just don't buy electicals, IT, shirt, shoes from lazada, go to the shop much easier.

I have few bitter experiences purchasing with Lazada Malaysia and all end up with no delivery at all. No compensation from Lazada for the payment made and time spent. There is no customer service contact in Malaysia. Therefore, try to avoid shopping with Lazada Malaysia if possible.

Keep dragging and delaying the case of an invalid code for a purchased RM200 voucher. Requested for a manager callback to settle the issue.

But asked a supervisor lied as a manager to call which can't make decisions and solve issue.

Worse is calling from very bad continuous breaking line, with dogs barking from background and talk with a frustration tone. Refused to pass to an actual manager or his superior after numerous calls and chats. The agents kept closing my case. Blar**e Stu**d.

I wonder how LAZADA employ employees. The agents are blur and untrained. Keep repeating and requesting stuff like a robot.

2 month can't solved an issue of RM200?

Absurd and Ridiculous. The CEO should know how unprofessional and ridiculous his employees are.

I'm serious stepping up my viral of this.
