When sellers themselves know that they have messed with the orders, looks like they have option to disable a particular customer from writing a review. When contacting the Lazada customer care, they give official confirmation through email as well. I have attached the screenshot along with case number.
Funny part is that I wanted to give a good review saying the product quality is good although the delivery took very very long time but apparently seller thought that I might leave a bad review due to very late delivery and disabled my option to write a review.
Lazada also allows partial cancellation of orders (that include multiple items) by Sellers without even discussing with Customer. For eg. When I ordered two wall kitchen cabinets(expecting it to be uniform in my kitchen), seller just sent out 1 cabinet and the status was initially showing another cabinet will be sent out separately due to logisitcs reasons. But after 10 days it was just cancelled and when you have assembled your first cabinet, it is hard to return as well. Seller didn't even discuss and just disabled the review option.
