I wanted to return a non-operational SSD drive purchased [Lazada allows scam vendors & customers not protected], but went through the trouble of finding a drop off centre in Shah Alam that would accept my return item. The Lazada system recommends some Ninja van centres like Post Centre Sunway Kayangan & Bkt Jelutong. But, when I went there, the centre told me that they are no longer licensed to accept the return for several months already. Even the J&T Express centre at Subang Perdana informed me that they do not accept returns. It's frustrating when Lazada system does not update its inactive centres. These centres had to been active for months.
Is a customer supposed to visit All the centres to find an active centre? Why is Lazada so inefficient in updating inactive centres? Please look into this before it becomes a big mess.
My order: ************** for KF94 face mask made on 27 May 21 was NEVER received by recipient till todate, 9/7/21. Another order: ************** of same product from same Seller made on 3 June 21, has not been received till todate! Made official complaint via email & Lazada's page and case no. Given. Even with case no. I had to follow-up almost every 2 days on my refund. I messaged Seller on my items, they said Lazada cancelled. It is back to square one! Very bad service!
All the brainless people's are in lazada customer service. Like they are Brainwashd to say same things Again and Again even if that is not related to what customer ask. Same thing repeat 1000 times also they Won't get what is actually customer asking
I ordered 400rm of product, and it didn't apply my coupon. I told them about it, and they said that it's just too bad because they can't apply the coupon from their side. Why would you do that to a big customer? Stupid Malaysians.
Recently the thing i order all will be cancel and the reason is exceed quality limit. But my friend help me buy and ship to me in 3 days. Both using same way order and lazada always give me the reason no stock. The last time i buy also same, order will cancel and no answer me why. Really bad.
I just wanna say that shopping at Lazada was the best. I ordered an item that evening, and got the item the next day in the morning. And it was 9 something a.m. That was my third time. The first time shopped there, well, was terrible. Like, I ordered at Sunday and got the items on the second Monday. The second time was like the third one, delivered on the early morning the next day. All for all, till now, I have no problem shopping with them. I just think that you guys need to be positive about Lazada. Especially for the ones who never shop there. Or the ones who wanted to buy there. Not all people gonna get the same bad experience. And one more thing, if you use their app to buy stuff, they won't require delivery fees. Even if you buy an RM 8 item.
Worst online shopping experience with Lazada, truly frustrated and disappointed with their handling of Return /Refund. After my order on 20 June 2023, saw seller has shipped out 22June, few times tracking in "posstore" Lazada shipping partner, no updates in shipment from 23 june till 8 July and finally requested for cancellation & refund and reordered from other seller. Out of sudden the things were delivered on 11 July (21 days to receive my order!) and i only realised seller has rejected my cancellation/return request on 8July. Tried many attempts to return this order due to delayed shipment without tracking updates. Advised from customer service to raise Return request, after seller rejection I sent in dispute order and explained to customer service through calls and chats agent that i selected the return reason "Expired items" out of no other option to choose from. However, few attempts later to dispute but same rejection with same replies I received, there's no "human" effort to really look at the main cause of delay.
All kind of standard system procedures to follow through but ended up rejection again and again. Wasting of my time with their services provided. I will STOP shopping in Lazada.
I just uninstalled my Lazada app due to the terrible delivery service. The delivery people are rude and will only shout that you must be home all day for delivery. Leaving items in PopBox, giving approximate delivery hours or being polite (or using common sense) does not seem to be part of this company's DNA. How I miss the amazing customer service of Amazon.
I received a fake April skin magic snow cream product, the smell of the product was totally different from the original, it just like a hand cream and totally no whitening effect, i am so disappointed about this.
On Lazada Malaysia I purchased two items on 20/7/ for quite a large amount but on same day I changed my mind and requested for a refund. The refund was send to the lazada e- wallet and I then transferred to my bank account. It was a simple bank transfer yet from that day till 2/8/19, the refund is still pending in lazada e wallet! I haven't gotten my refund of my own money after almost a week and I didn't even receive my items as I cancelled it on the same day of order!
Strangely other smaller amount of refunds there wasn't any issue and was quite promptly refund into my bank account!
I have been dealing with Lazada customer service daily and there is no updates at all about my matter.
My case no ************** and I am being to be suspicious of lazada in the is there anyone really working there!
I am getting fed up and will now start legal action against lazada!

Bought some items from flagship store but the quality is really bad. It's worse than pasar malam quality. Ordered small size but it looks like L size! Ordered some promotional item from Lazada during 9th September and waited two weeks only to know that my order was cancelled! It's unfair as we bought the item on promotional and now we can't get back the price! How can Lazada allow this to happen? And their customer service is very useless as well!
Terrible customer service and supply
Currently, on an online chat with Lazada. I have been online with them for over an hour about a problem completing their online Wrong Item return form. I am consistently being put on with ~ five-minute waits between each message. The person on the online chat is not capable of resolving the issue, nor are they willing to transfer me to someone who is. I am really disappointed with the customer service experience.
The initial parcel was also late however I have put in five orders over the last 12 months with Lazada and each order has been late so I wasn't surprised there. They canceled an order four times when trying to order a chair for my last order however this is the first time they have shipped the incorrect item.
Bought the item but cancelled after the promotion period.
The reason is pricing issue but this is totally unacceptable for me.
If pricing issue, they should inform us immediately to avoid us to miss out the promotion for making other order.
This makes me feel that Lazada doesn't want to take any responsibility about this issue.
I feel so bad that Lazada just refund money to solve this issue but in customer side we loss too much. I had missed the promotion period and other rare offer such as credit card and etc which hardly meet again.
Why Monday only cancelled but not immediately let me know. Ordered on Friday 7:19a.m. Morning till Monday only cancelled?

Don't buy Lazada voucher, you won't get refunded when seller/Lazada cancelled your order. It's a trick or gimmick Lazada is trying to cheat money from consumer. Lazada simply cancelled your order if it's using voucher and you don't get the refund neither voucher value
I ordered 6 pcs of light bulb from supplier. Supplier send me 6 in one box. Unfortunately wrong items. They accept return But Lazada request to send back 6 pcs in 6 separarte airwaybill. I did not aware and put it in one airway with exactly the supplier send me in a box. But system shows that I only returned one pcs not 6 pcs since I did not use out the returned airwaybill generated by Lazada. It is so stupid process I never saw it. I need to call up to request correction. Whole process consume me a lot of time without get right goods as well as handling their stupid returned process. It makes no sense for me to buy again from Lazada.
They will push all the wrong to the seller if no send out the product. Keep on doing the cheap price or promotion but the end the product not send out and all customer service like robot repeat the same answer even talk with live agent or in Facebook. They do cheap to attract you use the voucher and download the apps but they seller not send out the product and they just refund the amount you pay! Customer want buy the product not the refund and waste the time for waiting! Stupid apps. No need to wait for offer in this apps. You will waste your time even you success to pay. After a week your Acct get refund and money in lazada wallets. You will lost your deal and waste your time. They will not contact seller to clarify anything for customer

Because their courier service off saturday and sunday end my parcel live in their "luxury werehouse since 4 days ago. $#*!ing $#*! company and lousy customer service. On 11/11/2015, I bought an earphone for a price of RM6.99. There is a sale and discount on that time (real price around RM50++), I waited over 2 weeks for an earphone. Which thankfully not even rm10. So I just thought that even if they failed to delivered it to me. That's okay. Apparently, i did received it, but in worse condition, with one of it malfunction, the voice not so clear. Well what do I expect from a cheap item. This will be my 1st and last time buying from lazada. Thanks but no thanks
Guys, please take note, the refund process is absurd, and its almost impossible for you to get your refund. I just got cheated with a product which is not as advertised. Horrible experience, and too much hussle to go through this refund process. Also there is no real person you can chat, email or talk to. It's a chatbot which barely undrstand what you want. Please think twice whether you want to take the risk, if your purchase goes wrong, then be prepared to experience the hell from lazada
Answer: If got problems with scam seller didn't send parcel, Lazada won't refund you your money! Lazada is also very dishonest and just keep reply robot email "we are coordinating with relevant team" then after that didn't reply anymore. Liars!
