Is Lazada.com.my a scam or a legit company?

If got problems with scam seller didn't send parcel, Lazada won't refund you your money! Lazada is also very dishonest and just keep reply robot email "we are coordinating with relevant team" then after that didn't reply anymore. Liars!

Scam! I won't sell in lazada again! It is their mistake by treating merchant poorly!
