Didn't receive parcel but order status said Delivered to sender's name Wakai City but at my address! We were at home whole day, there's no Pos Laju came to our house. I contacted lazada customer service through chat they said "will coordinate with relevant department for investigation."
A week later still no news, I emailed they said "will coordinate with team for refund process."
Another week later still nothing, I emailed they said "still coordinating to relevant department for further assistance".
I emailed to ask how long take to refund they said 3-5 working days just to initiate the refund, and another 3-5 working days to get the refund.
After 10 working days passed, I emailed again, no reply.
2 days later I emailed again, no reply.
Finally I managed to get their phone number. The girl I spoke to won't tell me if the refund has been initiated or not. She told me she already sent my case to refund team so wait 2-3 days and will get refund. But she emailed me just another generic email "thank you for calling... your concern is being escalated to the relevant department," never mention the refund at all.
It's been over 1 month already I still didn't get my refund. Lazada seriously sucks! Do not buy from them, they have turned into lying cheating platform. Also beware of Wakai City scam seller.
