The seller is trying their luck cheating consumer as when. Asked question and it seems that the seller trying his or her luck given you different answer which was not related to. Yiur question, when asked their products t whether it original or fake but the dishonest seller didn't answer the question and kept.on saying the ptlroduct is directly from the factory if u r the consumer what do u understand of the answer from the seller? The seller mentioned the product directly.from.the factory meaning to say that is from.the factory of the genuine product company but sad to said that when kept.om asking further questions the seller scolded "damn", what the $#*! of the seller tried his or her bloody luck to cheat consumer. The seller is so $#*!ing rude and liar, lazada should band this kind of con seller! I have taken the picture of the seller name however the review unable to attached the picture from.my phone the shop me.of the seller is DINORESHAMART in Malaysia. The said seller selling HERBALIFE bottle. I have even kept all the conversation with the seller as a proof.

You won't get refund! DON'T BUY FROM LAZADA

Didn't receive parcel but order status said Delivered to sender's name Wakai City but at my address! We were at home whole day, there's no Pos Laju came to our house. I contacted lazada customer service through chat they said "will coordinate with relevant department for investigation."
A week later still no news, I emailed they said "will coordinate with team for refund process."
Another week later still nothing, I emailed they said "still coordinating to relevant department for further assistance".
I emailed to ask how long take to refund they said 3-5 working days just to initiate the refund, and another 3-5 working days to get the refund.
After 10 working days passed, I emailed again, no reply.
2 days later I emailed again, no reply.
Finally I managed to get their phone number. The girl I spoke to won't tell me if the refund has been initiated or not. She told me she already sent my case to refund team so wait 2-3 days and will get refund. But she emailed me just another generic email "thank you for calling... your concern is being escalated to the relevant department," never mention the refund at all.
It's been over 1 month already I still didn't get my refund. Lazada seriously sucks! Do not buy from them, they have turned into lying cheating platform. Also beware of Wakai City scam seller.

I bought a faulty ceiling fan and wanted to return it to seller. The return parcel size is the same as it was received. The blades of the fan are slightly longer hence required to send through Poslaju bulk service, just like the service the seller used to deliver the product to me.

It looks simple enough, especially when they have this notice all over their website that states - Package weight and dimension must be under PosLaju condition. You would've thought that they already had standard solution for it and would send Poslaju bulk service to pickup the parcel, but unfortunately that was not the case.

They seem unwilling to process the return and keep on delaying it and asking me to wait patiently for a pickup arrangement. Even after a month back and forth emailing and multiple tickets opened and closed, they still asking me to wait. It goes round and round in circle as if they are doing it intentionally as a mean to deter customers from returning product back to seller.

The free return service is Lazada's strength. It's the reason why people shop at Lazada and willing to pay a little extra for the same product other e-retailers are selling at cheaper price. Without the return service, there simply no way people would shop at Lazada as their products are more expensive.

Lazada customer service used to be good and speedy but unfortunately now they are getting worst and worst. It looks like the kampung style (clueless, stingy,"once broken you need to buy") customer disservice has taken root in Lazada.

Case no#**************(lazada Malaysia).
The Donny boy keep closing tickets before they even got resolved. Sad! He doesn't know how ticketing system works.

It used to be good place to shop until recently after Alibaba take over Lazada. They are selling counterfeit or factory rejected item or damage item from China. Its like they sell all the good stuff on their main website alibaba.com and aliexpress.com and they use lazada as a dumping ground to sell all those unwanted product at slightly lower price.

Recently I bought 3 item on 11. 11. 16 sales period and I have to return all 3 items because 1 is counterfeit, 1 is damage and 1 product doesn't match description. They think we Malaysian is stupid because of how our government have cheated us as citizen and we still keep quite. So they bring in more scammer from China to scam more of our money. They think I will blindly accept those rejected product and just let it be.

To make it worst, they will delay the refund process. Their system is so mess up that when you return 2 different product from 1 order they will mess up saying they already refund but they actually only refunded 1 item. I have to call their hotline over and over and they keep making report about the item refund until just now I call and ask they said they already make 3 reports about this refund and he said he is going to make another report so I ask him if anyone will ever see this report and escalate my refund process and he's just like donno what to say.

Sometimes their customer rep is $#*! up. I call the hotline and the voice command say press 3 for return and refund but when I press 3 they keep saying its not return department and 1 $#*! even give me a phone number say its for the return department but I call the number its a freaking travel agency number. I'm speechless.

Congratulation Lazada. Worst nightmarish shopping experience I have ever had. Never again. R. I. P.

Don't do what they said
November 4, 2020

I had bought a lot of goods through Lazada. How Lazada deals with return of goods was not tested until lately I refused to accept a few items at door step. The rejected items were returned to sellers. One seller disputed my return for refund. His reason is the returned items were damaged. I did exactly what Lazada had told buyers that is "if you do not want the order, reject the items at the door step. Items will be brought back and you will receive a full refund". The buyers should not be responsible for thd safety of the returned items during transit as it is not their responsibility. After rejecting the items, the buyers are helpless until the returned items have received by the sellers. Only then the buyers can submit a Form to claim refund. But the tricky Form contains few preset reasons for return for buyers to choose. Buyers have to choose one otherwise the Form can't be submitted. Buyers can't have a reason of their own. There is no reason like Change of mind or don't want the items". To submit the Form, the buyers must accept one of the preset answers none of which is the answer that you may want. Then the buyers will have to take an answer just for the sale of submitting the Form. Then you are tricked and lose your claim for refund because you don't have evidence to support the fictitious answer you chose from the preset reasons. So virtually the buyers can't return purchased items for refund though Lazada advertised a 14 days return for full refund. In fact buyers can sue Lazada for breach of contract. But who will spend few thousands ringgit to engage a lawyer to fight a case of few hundred dollars. So only buy from Lazada if you have made up your mind. Don't be induced by its 14 days return gimmick.

I had on Lazada Malaysia my worst internet experience in 15 years buying on the web! I placed an order of 3 products, and the last product didn't reach after 10 days. I called the customer service department (pretty hard to reach) several times. The first time, a customer service agent told me that the delivery was delayed to 4 more days. I waited and then called again as the product didn't reach. Another CS agent told me there was a technical problem in the tracking and to wait a bit longer. I waited and called again at least 3 times to speak to different staffs and collect different versions, and still no product. After 3 weeks I asked for a refund on the phone to an agent who called me (Fatimah). She told me they would give me a refund. Then, on paypal, they tried to cancel the refund I required and to keep my money; but the Paypal agent noticed that they were trying to steal my money (it was pretty obvious as they didn't do it the smart way at all!) and decided to give reason to me and give me the money back. Lazada's customer service has been very bad from the first day to the last one. They have been lying to me, each CS agent giving me different reasons for those delays, and then tried to keep my money. I talked with Fatimah, Steven, Ashal, Farid and Jonard and some more agents, all saying different things. Then they have not been able to unlock my password after so many requests. I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy in Lazada for those reasons. If there is a problem with your delivery they become tricky and try to keep your money even if you haven't received the product. You'd rather buy on ebay, for sure.

Placed order 15th June, no response from till 30th June after multiple chat request from me asking for update. No REPLY!

Note LAZADA: you have no customer support at all! Do you think your ROBO chat CLEO helps? Who gave this CHAT idea will help your customers inquiry? Get a better analysis and restructure your system! Is to you also LAZADA please improve your system, be responsible to your customers.
I waited 20minutes in CHAT queue to get the support team to response, and guess what I get " dear customer since you never response for 30seconds the system will end the CHAT" do you really want us stare at monitor without bilking our eye? You call this a support?
Read all the negative feedback LAZADA and improve. Don't let a bad seller bring down your name. I lose my trust with you LAZADA and millions of peoples have the same feeling too.

Note to Seller: if you want to do business in online platform/e-commerce be ethical in this line, be responsible to your buyers. Don't just keep quite if you don't have the item in hand and don't keep quiet until the system cancel the orders. PLEASE RESPONSE AND UPDATE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Note to Buyers: don't waste your time as I did. You will be blind folded and pray to GOD that you will receive the items soonest with good condition.

I bought a sennheiser CX300 headphone from a vendor in Lazada, and receive the product promptly. I open the packaging and found that the product was definately a fake sennheiser.
I have the exact same model and could do a direct comparison. I return the product through poslaju (which was painless) and drop a negative review to highlight to the other user that the product sold was fake. I receive a phone call from Lazada and explain to me that they take fake product sold by vendor seriously and would refund me the for the return product. I was impressed at first.
Its been almost two months now. At the 45 day mark, i check on the return and found that i was never refunded for the return product. I check the the vendor product page, which i left a negative review and was shock that my review was removed. All that was left was 4 & 5 star review.
I was not happy. I talk to their service personel on the website chat enquiring about by return and my deleted review. She told me that i should be refunded in 30days. I told her, it was already 45 days.
She mentioned she will look into it and will get back to me in 2 days. I posted another negative review on the vendor product page again. 10 days has since pass. I sent lazada another email and did not received reply on that.
The second negative review on the vendor page was also delete.So from what i can tell, Lazada is not honoring its return policy and is protecting the sale of fake product on their website.
Review about: Sennheiser Cx300.
I liked: Easy to use, Simple shipping, Simple payment.
I didn't like: Fake product, Product sold not as advertised, Customer service and return refund, Dishonesty by deleting my review.
