First time user, very sad with service. 9 days when promised 5 to 7 business days. Has been an hour away for 3 days. For what? Save yourself high blood pressure and have a blessed day. Use usps.
Horrible company. Full of liars and thieves on all levels. Company deserves to be put out of business asap.
Our corporate office has been ordering from Staples for several years. After the local Staples started using Laser ship, we have noticed packages saying they were delivered and they were not. IF Packages show up, it's a week or 2 late when it is suppose to be a next day delivery. We are not using Staples as much as a result of the careless "no service" logistics.
Not sure why they can look up an address and see they are 15 miles from the address they need to get the package. I will really have to be desperate for a product that ships via them in the future. Horrible service and not transparent at all with information.
They should change the name to Lazy $#*! to better reflect who they are.

Had a order that was to be delivered yesterday. Was home all day, have a driveway alarm that said no one entered. Yet, laser ship said they tried to deliver and were unable to.
The they don't deliver the packages right they say it's delivered it's not even at my house or in my mailbox I like to know where my package went I called the customer service and there's someone that does not speak English and I can't understand what they're saying I asked them to put someone on that speaks English and they just hang up on me it's a big scam don't know why they're using this bootleg delivery service I would not never use them I feel sorry for whoever loses their packages through this company this company really sucks
Daughter purchased a pair of shoes through Hey Dude who used LaserShip to transport the package. Received email stating package was delivered. It was not! Two week and nothing but canned emails saying they are working on the problem. Terrible

I want to meet the driver. I'll give him my address and he can show me where he delivered it. What a joke! On the truck at x time, 2 minutes later, delivered. BS! They deserve to be sued into non existence!
I have camera's around my house. They show the mailman, me going out, coming back... no lasership. Tell the CEO to call me. I'd love to talk to him. I filed a complaint against them and told the vendor that they can never use them to ship to me again. I told them... look at their reviews. 1.2,1.3 out of 5. Time to clean house or... laser their facility!
This company was supposed to deliver a package from Urban Outfitters to my home. The package contained several items of men's clothing and was a gift. But the package never got here and there is NO EXCUSE for it. My house number is listed on my mailbox and the front of my home.
This company told UO that they had delivered it to my home, and they also had a photograph of the delivery. Anyone can see that photograph isn't my home, and the order form DID have my correct address on it - not a mistake. My security cameras capture every single vehicle that passes my house, and there was NOT a delivery vehicle that day except for a UPS truck at 10am. LaserShip wasn't even on my road at all!
Too bad Urban Outfitters didn't use UPS this time. They have always been reliable. This was the first time that LaserShip was scheduled to deliver anything to me and they failed miserably. They either didn't deliver it at all, or they delivered it to the wrong address. Either way, it's their failure, and they should take responsibility instead of lying about it. My address is EASY to find for anyone who is looking.
I wouldn't send anything through LaserShip, and I am going to request from all of the online companies that I order from that they not use them to deliver to my address.
Received an email package delivered I had been sitting outside the whole time no package delivered sat and waited still nothing but at this point all these missing packages on these reviews why are they letting this company still deliver if they keep stealing
Do not use this ignorant excuse as a company, bs bs bs company, they lie about delivery and have a $#*! load of excuse, how do u leave packages in the lobby, then send a pic, stupid ignorant people, BBB needs to pull their license and close this $#*! ran buisness
I've never had even a somewhat decent experience with these people! If I could control not having them deliver my packages, I sure would! 1 month waiting on a package, it was routed to the incorrect facility 3x! Unbelievable! Do not use this company!
Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with Lasership, and my fear is that it won't be the last. I had two separate shipments this week, from Nordstrom. The first package was incomplete... meaning there were items missing. The second shipment was also missing one item, and the other two items were damaged because someone clearly threw the package, and shattered a bottle of oil (hair product). I've had several other horrible experiences with Lasership shipments from Ulta and Kohls. This is beyond frustrating, and completely unacceptable. Some of the items can't be replaced because they're now out of stock. I don't want a refund. I just want the items that I purchased. I really feel that these huge corporations should reconsider their accounts with Lasership, as their carrier. I've never had issues with UPS, FedEx or the USPS.
Very dissatisfied with the shipping services as I made a request to update my address but it was still delivered to the wrong address and because of this I lost my package.
If I could give it no stars I would have. Let me first start out telling you that they loaded my package on their truck at 2:58pm in Maspeth Queens and supposedly delivered it at 2:59 pm in Staten Island same day. Their customer service representatives are so stupid they couldn't see that it was next to impossible to have delivered my package in one minute. I had to report them to the BBB in order to get a response from their head office in which he was just as stupid and said basically they lost my package. No investigation in their driver who obviously stole my perfume from Victoria Secrets. They have to be the worst delivery service around and yet companies use them to deliver. They must be cheap. But look at the quality of service, terrible. Beware of anything getting delivered by Laser ship, they are crooks.
LaserShip failed to deliver my order from Old Navy. Guess their shady delivery drivers needed elementary school uniforms more than my kids did. These companies need to eliminate all business with this company. They are thieves and frauds. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and will be looking into a class action lawsuit as it appears almost anyone who orders with a company that uses this service has been harmed.
They would receive a zero, if I could. They are the most lying, inconsiderate, irresponsible, and thieving company out there. CUSTOMERS BEWARE if you can find out what delivery service is delivering your package you better. YOU do not want these IDOITS to have your package in hand they will steal from you and the company covers up for them. They say they're not responsible for your delivered package that hasn't been delivered that they steal. And all they say is contact the seller. They straight lie and say their doing an investigation which they don't, never contact you back, and don't honor anything they say.
Every time I order something and realize it's lashership delivering my package I get worried due to all the negative reviews but I must say somehow they are the only delivery service that has gotten my packages to me everytime. Right now I still have 3 packages "missing" after being shipped using another shipping company. Also I got my package within 3 days even though I paid for 7 day shipping.
I wish I could do a zero star. Horrible customer service. The delivery man threw my package about 15 feet to my doorstep. The picture of the delivery is where he threw it from. He then proceeded to do a U-turn on my street and drove over my front lawn. All of this was caught on video. At one point all four tires were on my front lawn. I called customer service to file a complain and then sent a message. Never heard back from them.
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.
