I ordered a product from them. It came in with a dead battery. I was given the option by the customer service rep to have them get me a replacement battery or send the unit back. I said get me a replacement battery. The batteries for what I had purchased from them are $170. They stated it would be about 3 weeks for the battery and it would be about a month it I had the unit replaced. Well a month goes by and after a number of phone calls stating they were waiting on the battery, I'd had it. They said it would be another week. I said sorry folks you've had all the time you've needed. Next I get an email that said they couldn't get a replacement battery, send the unit back. They said parts are not available. I stated, that's a lie. You can go to best buy and get them without an issue. They stated that's their only option. I said, no it's not. Credit my account the $170 for the battery and I'll get one myself. They said, that's not an option. I stated, but being without the product for another 30 plus days is? They simply kept saying sorry, I apologize. What an absolute joke.
