Laser Ship drivers are the worse delivery drivers ever/ obviously don't care where they leave the packages...
Had a delivery driver come in to drop off a package at the office when i told him there was an intercom and he had to call the customer to come down to pick it up or leave it in the mail room he was to busy with a personal call that he left the package right at the entrance of the building. When I told him Laser shipping was the worse delivery drivers he just ignored me and kept walking. What a business :(: ( :(:

A package was shipped through lasership in Orlando, FL. They had received my package on 8/13, last scan was 8/17 and up 8/23 there was absolutely NO MOVEMENT on my package. Lasership tells me today on 8/24/2021 that they cannot find my package after their alleged 2 day investigation. Someone that works in that warehouse stole my package (because they saw it came from Nike I'm sure) and after seeing all of the other reviews I stand firmly by my feeling! I'm going to file a police report for theft, have them investigated AND I'm going to look into a class action settlement! Almost 1k, 1 star reviews about theft and fake deliveries and yet this company is still in business. To whomever you are that decided stealing my package at the lasership warehouse... Just know Karma is real and comes back 10 times!

Where do I begin? What could I possibly say that hasn't been said hundreds, of not thousands of times by many customers that have had their packages stolen by Lasership? Every time they do this. I rarely buy from my online retailer anymore because I know they ship through them. They mark the package as delivered or an attempt and you won't get your package. They'll do it days ahead of when or if they actually tried. Now then they sit and see who complains enough and those people will get their packages. This is my experience. I know to immediately track what I do and say to them because they will take my high dollar shipments and suddenly have an issue with delivery. The cheaper stuff I get. I have reported them to the AG before and the AG said they were ignored. They'll answer the BBB complaints, and if I don't get my packages this time I think it's time to file a police report. Their press coverage is abysmal. Their ratings are abysmal. Customer service shockingly abysmal. They'll deliver to the wrong spot. They don't answer the phones. They lie and make up stuff when they do. Never let your packages out of your sight. Their updates are useless. Track them like a hawk and the millisecond they start, you have to scream to the heavens. This is Clownery. They need to be investigated.

It is the WORST delivery company I know, THERE IS NO WAY TO KNOW WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS. It is already 2 times that the package does not arrive

Doesn't deserve a 1 star rating. I placed an order through fashion nova and of course LaserShip is the delivery company used. I stay in an apartment complex. The delivery driver placed my package outside on the ground in front of some mailboxes and had the audacity to call it a mailroom. The only good thing the driver did was take a picture to show how much of an imbecile they are

One star is being generous! I'm beside myself about my experience with this lazy, crappy company! Last week they delayed my package 3 days after it was shipped on time with 2 day shipping. Today they delivered one of two packages saying the second one had a bad address even though they were ON MY PORCH! The fact that there is no way to get a hold of anyone through phone, email or social is SHADY! I won't shop with ANYONE who uses this CRAPPPPPPY company! SHUT THEM DOWN!

This is the 4th time this has happened where Laser$#*! can't find the package or they reroute it from Tampa to Asburn VA for some reason and it never returns to get to the destination. Theres someone at that facility stealing packages... They should get criminal charges. Is it a federal offense if it's not with the USPS? Whocares this company needs to be dissolved... weakass quality control...

I PLACED AN ORDER AND THEY USED LASERSHIP TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE! THEY TRIED TO SEND PACKAGE 3 TIMES TO GET IT TO ME, NONE OF THEM EVER ARRIVED! THE TRACKING # THEY GAVE FOR THESE SHOWED AS "TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT VALID"! YES. THEY NOT ONLY STOLE MY PACKAGE BUT INTENTIONALLY GAVE ME AN TRACKING NUMBER THAT ISN'T VALID! I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THERE'S NOTHING THEY COULD DO! LASERSHIPS EMPLOYEE'S ARE COMPLETE THIEVES! DO NOT EVER USE THESE THIEVES!

I called because they delivered to wrong address. They where very disrespectful. They hang up on me and when I called back they never answered my call then calls several times after and never says anything. They told me Iied about getting my package, which I didn't get. Then they said I went to pick it up from where it was delivered, which I never did. This is the worst company to deal with.

This delivery service is a JOKE. Never on time, don't update their tracking, say "delivery attempted " because they're either too stupid or too lazy to find your address. I'd give ZERO stars, if I had that option. They sent me an email saying my package was delivered. However, its not at my house, or mailbox. So, where is it?

I want thank migel for the speedy service. Very polite. My package wasn't supposed to arrive for another 2 weeks.

I've been waiting for two weeks for my shipment and still nothing and their customer service is just as bad the never get back with you in a timely manner and never answer your emails they always give an excuse to that their looking into it and never give you a truthful answer. This delivery service is incompetent!

This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have had a company ship via LaserShip. Last time it was Nordstrom and it arrived a full week after I was told it would, this time it came from Kohl's and it was supposed to be here 3 days ago and still has not arrived. Not sure why companies continue to use this company but from now on if I can check and see if they are shipping via LaserShip I will cancel the order and go somewhere else to purchase.

Every package I've had shipped to me through Lasership ends up stolen, despite marking the package as delivered. Absolute piece of $#*! service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I did not like this company at all but after me avoiding companies that used them I ordered through Kohls and Nordstroms and they both used them. I was able to put detailed info for the driver they now take a photo and they all seem very polite so cheers to you for the improvements my packages have arrived in good shape

My package said delivered on their website, lasership.com, and it clearly wasn't. When trying to follow up with Lasership, they said it was too many days past so there is nothing they can do. Where is my item? I requested to have a manager call me to discuss, no follow up. Do Not Use this Company for any sort of shipping/delivery of items.

They left my package at the lobby. I live on the 7th floor. Package was stolen! Horrible company! I had to ask Free people for refund. I can't believe this company is allowed to operate this way.

Shame on NIKE for cutting corners trying to save a buck. Last I checked NIKE has more money than GOD! LaserShip is company with THIEVES PERPETRATING COURIERS... SHAME ON YOU NIKE. I will no longer shop online with you. Make an order and hand the package ( loaded down with NIKE stickers) to thieves who in turn fake a delivery only to keep the package and resale the items on the black market.

I been giving the wrong tracking number a week now and I still haven't received my package. I think this is the worst company ever
