Been waiting forever and they just keep lying on the updates on tracking. They've posted they've made two delivery attempts which is 100% false. Would never recommend using Laser ship for any reason. They suck so extra!

I ordered from Kohls who sent my items through Lasership, they then tell me my box is damaged which i think they actually lost it. Why would you send a damaged box back to kohls all that was in it was a pair of sneakers nothing breakable?

Why is this company still allowed to be in business? Literally every single package I order that ends up being delivered by Lasership is days late. Every single time. Now of course they're using the latest storm in the northeast as the reason why. BS! All other packages I order were only a day late. Now my packages being delivered by LS is currently 3 days late. Mind you every day I get an "delivery attempted" email which is a complete LIE! Why does Amazon still use them is beyond me. Something needs to be done! Customer never picks up the phone. I've never even received an email regarding complaints on missing packages. Instead, a package that's missing for days randomly shows up at my door when I open it. Not even a knock on the door. These ppl are unprofessional from top to bottom.

LaserShip does not deliver packages on time and lie about your package being delivered. Customer service is no help at all. I asked the person I spoke with (by the way was hard to understand) how a package can be scanned, loaded on truck & delivered in 2 mins. There facility is not next door to my house. I was also told that since it had been more than 3 days (4days to be exact) they could not investigate why the package was not delivered. I would not recommend this company for shipping anything.

I have notice many companies are using this carrier. Hungry Roots food service uses this carrier and my food orders are never on time. I have orders arrive a day or two later and the packages are warm where the food is no longer edible because the ice packs have melted. Today I track my shipment from Fashion Nova and it was scheduled to deliver yesterday, however the label is showing that it was created but not shipped. Im under the impression that the driver forget they have packages get home and then deliver the next day.

With all of the negative reviews posted about this company, why would reputable companies like Kohl's or Hello Fresh even consider utilizing them?!? Cost is probably the answer, with the expense ultimately resting with the consumer who either doesn't ever receive their merchandise or having the delivery severely delayed. This is my second experience with Laser Ship, both of them being very poor. The first was 3 years ago when they failed to deliver my Hello Fresh on time, & you guessed it, by the time I received it, it was all BUT FRESH! I spent hours on hold with their "customer service", only to be hung up on several times. The second time was this week, & had I known Kohl's was using this company, I would have ordered through a different website. I placed this order 11 days ago, the item sat in one of their Jersey facilities for a week, when the final destination was only 36 miles away (it even took a little side trip to another facility & back again). What? A better descriptor would be to change the last letter of Ship to T. They don't even deserve 1 star.

After not getting my delivery from the NFL SHOP I found out from their site that Lasership makes their deliveries. So I tracked my package with them and received a bizarre torrent of texts. Today they texted me that my the package was out for delivery. Great? Right? Nope. Another text stated that my address was inaccessible. Whatever that means. I live in a house and get packages from Amazon, UPS, and USPS every day. No problem.

Lasership should be banned by all retailers. They have horrible service as 90% of the packages are never delivered and they tell you to contact the retailer for a credit. I believe the drivers are inexperienced and most likely stealing the packages. Out of 6 delivery's I only received 1 package and that was after calling them for 8 days straight. I have filed complaints with the retailer and will not longer order from them until LASERSHIP is removed. They are a low cost delivery company for a reason.

I don't know how they are still in business! I ordered 3 packages from VS different timing and your telling me not one was able to reach my door and then contacted them for each package and was told they delivered it to the address that I gave them! I know mistakes happen but how does all 3 disappear. Then I called Victoria secret they resend the orders out and for some reason FED EX is delivering my package not lasership and WOW I ACTUALLY GOT MY PACKAGE! But wait it gets better I order from fashion nova and it ended up at lasership and AGAIN MY package goes missing! Please explain to me how any other delivery place can get to my front door but lasership can't? Seems sketchy every time a package of mine ends up there they go missing ridiculous!
