Lasership, hands down, the worst package delivery 'service' I've ever experience. Amazon continues to use them, they keep screwing up my deliveries. Latest, tracked package, says delivered, wasn't. Called Amazon, cancelled order, received full refund.

Nothing left in the front door not in the mailbox. I have never heard of this company so either the company hires someone who has no idea how to locate precise address locations and need further training OR something very suspicious is going on given the thousands of 1 star reviews being left by other customers.

Worst Shipment Company
September 15, 2021

Everytime They Deliver To Me They Never Ring My Doorbell, Or Knock On The Door. If They Shot Delivering At 9pm Why Would They Send Someone In A Unmarked Van To Deliver My Package At 11:45pm… On Top Of That They Threw My Package Up My Steps From The Pavement. I Hate This Company With A Passion. All DRIVERS NEED TO BE RE TRAINED OR SOMETHING. They Really Disrespectful!

Every single time!

This company is beyond terrible. If vendors would specify they will be shipping via LS, I would not make the purchase! Tracking stops mid shipping, no updates, no delivery! No one has any explanation where is the package. Earlier this summer my delivery was missing. The company had a picture of the package in my lobby, but my HOA had a video of the person delivering the package taking the photo and the package with them! UGH! How are they in business?!

Ordered from Reebok and I've had no prior issue with shipping on their end (usually through USPS or Fedex). I've ordered >$1000 of merchandise from the seller throughout this year and last. No surprise that as soon as they use LaserShip to send my order... it never arrives. Going on two days past delivery date and their terrible website really offers just as little assistance as those "delivery drivers". Why ship with a company that's literally been sued multiple times, both from employees, and the government as well. They got hit with the RICO in 2014 for illegal distribution of cigarettes and were indicted by the GOVERNMENT! Crooks, but at the end of the day seems like those employees must be smoking some mid anyways, so maybe it's just fitting.

This review won't be marked as a verified purchase, but just know I wouldn't waste your time, let alone mine writing this, if I genuinely didn't have something to say about this wack company and I know when Reebok ships via USPS and FedEx this NEVER happens.

Lasership is probably the worst shipping company. They lost my package. They said it was delivered at front door but when I checked there was nothing there. I have tired to contact them but they are not responding. Lasership need to hire competent workers to deliver packages. This is the worst company ever.

The company lies about having delivered packages. Says it delivered a package to a part of the property that a deliver service cannot access. Poor customer service. You'll never find out what happened to your package as they are too backed up with complaints. If you want what you ordered, hope that the company from which you order does not use this service.

I can't believe these asswipes are still in business. I bet the drivers are stealing the merchandise. I am not sure why a reputable company like Nordstrom is using these thieves. I ordered an expensive item and firstly it was delayed and then said it as delivered. I checked my cameras and the driver was no where to be found. Breaks my heart that Nordstrom had to refund me the money. I hope they go out of business.

I've only had three or four packages out of hundreds that have been marked delivered and never arrived and they were all shipped using LaserShip. I have cameras all around my house and each time the status changes to delivered, but there was no delivery attempt even made. I check all the footage up to 2 hours before and after. Their customer service is a joke. No contact number and only once have I received a response via canned email to contact the retailer.

Never received packages
September 13, 2021

So this is the third time that an order I purchase has gone through laser ship. And none of the packages have made it to my front door. To me it's absolutely funny to see the timestamp of 10:41 AM and I went outside at 10:45 and there was nothing there. There's no such a problem in our neighborhood as where we live is in a secured gated area with only five houses. The second time was at a delivery time of 5:40 PM and we were sitting down at dinner with a clear view to the front door that was open and we never saw anybody approach our front porch. Keep in mind that after waiting over a week for it to even get through sorting in Hyattsville Maryland. Are they keeping it for themselves or what?

There was only one attempt to deliver my package which was on a Sunday. I called on Monday and gave detailed information and was told my package would be taking of hold. I have talked to 5 different people which 1 called me from the Memphis branched. Still a week later and it's still on hold and I'm waiting on a called back. This is the worst delivery service available and I HOPE companies stop using them. They are not reliable!

I live in an apartment complex and this company left my package in the mail box area where everyone has access to it and someone stole my package and another time I ordered lasership left my package in the back of the apartments under a tree! How in the hell are they so careless! We pay for our stuff and expect them in a timely manner. I just wish this company could shut down! It's costing the big companies more than helping out! And I can never get anyone on the phone… the worst delivery company in the world…. I'm expecting something from ulta tomorrow and I just seen it's getting delivered through lasership and I'm already worried that they might leave my package somewhere unknown ughhhhh. I wish I could give negative stars. Unfortunately I have to give at least one to be able to post this. The worst delivery company ever

I ordered something and Lasership was responsible for delivering my package to me. I did not receive my package and not only did I not receive it the confirmation email said I signed for it. Luckily I have cameras in my building to prove that lie and dispute those charges on my credit card. I find this company to be low budget and I hope I never have anything else "delivered" from them. What a horrible experience and waste of my time

Don't bother

Can not even describe in words.
They abandoned the package.
You don't know it is delivered or not, you need to figure it out and will find it is outside, any stranger can take it.
Amazon should not use this company.

Worse delivery service

I sat in my car and watched the delivery person throw my package up 9 steps to my front door. I had issues when they delivered chewy also, not sure if chewy caught on to the terrible service but now I get my deliveries from fedex. Hopefully kojls picks up on the the bad service also.

Always an issue

First time they threw my package in the yard and a dog got it and tore it up. Second time they didn't bother to knock at the door (which the front door was opened or ring the door bell they just tossed it on the porch like a piece of trash), now my package hasn't shown up at all and it's only 30 minutes away and has been for days now. The chat reps are idiots and I'm tired of it. I don't know why fashion nova continues to use them for shipping but looks like I'm gonna have to stop shopping with fashion nova altogether.

I'm literally going to stop placing online orders with companies using this carrier. They are always many days late and state they made delivery attempts when they didn't. Never have these issues with other carriers

This company is horrible

If I would have known that the children's place use laser ship I would haver never placed a order. They are try to say that a delivery was attempted and they had trouble locating my town home. I live on a regular street, no codes no issues, hell if you Google my address it takes you right to my front door. I hate this company and for the life of me I cannot understand how are they still in business. Now the children's place won't get my business because I refuse to do business with companies who hire shady companies like laser ship.

Horrible Company!

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! First they deliver the package to the wrong facility which delayed it. Then today they deliver it to the wrong house. My package says delivered and left at front door, wasn't my front door! I call customer service and they have no intention of helping you at all! He sounded like a robot that said the same thing over and over again. "Someone will contact you in 48 hours!" I leave for vacation in 2 days without my package because some stranger has my clothes! If they were a reputable company they could help same day. A truck was just in my area, why can't it be contacted. Or they should take pics like Amazon does and May be I would recognize the house. They suck! They are mean and obviously can't do their job!
