I have dealt with Durham Lasership Center on four separate occasions now. The service has always been less than helpful. They have yet to be able to correctly deliver my packages and instead I have had to drive to their distribution center. In addition, a MONTH ago they lost a package of mine and neglected to give me a tracking number. I called multiple times and no one would help me without a tracking number which I tried to explain to them I was not given. I finally received an alert from them and not to my surprise it said the package could not be delivered. Not once did they apologize or take responsibility for the lost package.

Totally unreliable, dishonest, unhelpful, unresponsive, and all around disgraceful.

Why do merchants contiue to choose the lowest cost shipper? I blame the merchant as much as the shipper and will discontinue business with companies choosing to ship via LoserShip.

They marked my package delivered last night as of 754 pm. I was home, nothing was delivered! How do you mark it delivered when it's not delivered

I came to this website after experiencing some problems and discovered I was not alone. I ordered a PS5 off Walmart and LaserShip was the shipping company. Four days in a row my tracking said delivery attempted but failed. We have a Ring doorbell with a camera. No one came to the house. Then I got an update that the package was damaged and returned to sender. I will not shop with Walmart if they continue to use this company. It was the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

Guy in non descript station wagon threw my package on my front porch and then proceeded to drive on my front lawn instead of turning around in my driveway. Caused significant damage to my lawn.

My tracking info says delivered but I have no received my package. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for about a month. I have not been able to get in touch with anybody. I have put in multiple claims on the webpage and still have not got in touch with anyone. These were clothes for my daughter. I need help and I am being completely ignored.

Honestly, this company is a joke. Be careful when ordering off of Amazon as the seller may ship using them. This is my second time dealing with a seller who used laser ship and my package is again late. First time it said it got lost but was scanned into their building. Package was either stolen or they were to lazy to drive across the city to deliver it even though they were paid to do so. And yet again my package is late after being scanned into the building, soon to disappear into oblivion. Company is terrible and I can't see why any seller would use them. Not only do you lose stock but your out on the money too.

Finding a number to contact customer support is a pain and the online help just has you input the tracking number and it gives you the same info as if you were to track it on your own. Company needs to be investigated and shutdown. Can't even add proof of purchase because items never arrive.

At the time of writing this my package is a day late and the last scan was 36 hours ago with no update or explanation.

Compared to some other reviewers I feel lucky in that I do eventually get my packages that are shipped with Lasership. They do, however, always make one or two fake delivery attempts before actually coming here to make the delivery. I suspect they just accept way more packages than they can actually deliver, so they fake delivery attempts on half of them to give themselves an extra day. To be honest I wouldn't even mind if it said "3 day delivery", but that their business model includes lying to customers (package receivers AND shippers) is simply unacceptable. I have complained to Amazon. I am in NYC

I placed an order at Sephora on August 28. It should have arrived September 1. It never came. When I told Sephora, they reshipped the package... and used LaserShip again! The order was shipped on September 15 and has went from VA to NJ to NC, back to VA and has supposedly been in NC since the 19th, but I don't think it's ever going to make it to my house! I never want to do business with any company that insists on using this crappy shipping service again!

I ordered items from Carter's and NEVER received my package! I contacted customer service for the shipping company the same day and they basically told me that the package was marked delivered and a photo was taken but would not let me see the photo! The representative basically told me that a manager would have to contact me in within 2 DAYS in order for me to see the "photo". They opened up an "investigation" and nothing is happening. I am highly dissatisfied and I honestly feel that whoever delivered my package stole it!

If I could give a double zero no stars I would. Avoid the scams at all cost. They kept changing my date for delivery and the time. I just hope this does not happen to any one else.

Today was my third failed delivery by this company in the past year. First it was Sephora, then Fashion Nova and now Amazon. The value for each order has ranged from $60-$350. Every time the package is either stolen, "lost" or fake attempted. Today they delivered only half of my order 5 days late and said that they could deliver the said, ironically larger and more expensive item, due to needing more delivery instructions yet the second smaller box OF THE SAME ORDER was delivered no problem. With Sephora, I ended up just getting a refund because they were holding my package in the facility for no reason due to delivery issues. The Fashion Nova package to which I paid for 2 day shipping for New Years ( ordered before Christmas) was not delivered until 2 weeks into January. This is the shadiest, worst delivery company I have ever seen. I cannot believe companies would continue to subject their businesses to such terrible partnerships with ZERO HAPPY CUSTOMERS. Additionally, contacting or calling Lasership is a complete waste of time as they provide no answers or when you start asking questions that are too difficult, they just hang up in your face. I work in logistics and understand things and exceptions do happen, but this company is a scam and should be sued.

I had 4 Under Armour orders all shipped at the same time. The were shipped the12th of Sept to be here by the 15th. Two of them got to me at the specified time. One of the shoes they sent were wrong so they sent the right ones out on the 16th. The two orders I am waiting on shipped the 12th are MIA. One updated it went past our house and was misdirected to a wrong city. The other order has not updated once since they picked the package up on the 12th. They were coming from NJ and I am in VA. Low and behold the shoe order they sent as the correction that was shipped on the 16th is out for delivery today and the other two orders are still floating around out there. I will never buy anything from a company that uses Lasership. I did not know about this until it was too late.

I get monthly packages shipped out of Jacksonville, FL I should get it the next day doesn't always happen.

Either they deliver packages to wrong addresses or they are stealing them because whenever I am supposed to get a package from Lasership, it says "delivered" according to tracking, but no package or truck ever arrives.
