Probably one of the worst courier services out there. Everything from delivering packages to updating information on their website is completely trash. Delivery statuses get updated for the wrong days, there always delays every single time. Hopefully someone in Lasership can read these reviews and learn a thing or 2 from other services out there.

UPDATE 12/5/21, unfortunately they lost my bath and body works package.

Two deliveries, both lost, dropped at the wrong apartment. I had to drive to every building searching. The address was completely ignored.

That a company is allowed to operate but I guess retailers are stuck between a rock and a hard place and Lasership is taking full advantage of it... Ordered sneakers from Nike.com and I know I will not begetting them 6 days after delivery date... Nike representive knows about problem but can't do anything just fish in a pond... told him that I would give another few days and call back for refund on Friday... I did place another order exchange but he said that order did not get picked up by Lasership so I should received the other sneakers. So Nike is fully aware of problem like other big retailers.

Attempted delivery has never happened to me before ever! I've ordered so many things before but I have never had lasership ship to me. Normally UPS or FedEx I do not recommend lasership they end up losing your package and I had to call customer service on the site I ordered from just for them to re send it out but FedEx sent out the second package with no problem! If you look at lasership reviews there all bad. I'm not a person to normally comment on sites like these but it's ridiculous especially if so many people have had this happend.

I stayed at home the whole day to wait for my package. At 8.49 pm, while I was already waiting in front of the building for 10 minutes, I received a SMS stating package delivered to me. The delivery person must have signed the delivery him-/herself with my first name which I never do. Do not trust Lasership!

PS: Calling Lasership customer service after I received the SMS and complaining and threatening to go to the Small Claims Court to sue either the delivery person and/or Lasership, my package was - miraculously - delivered.

I ordered from Victoria Secrets on 11/18/21 my order was sent to laser ship where it's just sitting never moved and no one knows nothing there they are just there for a pay check because they don't care if the consumers get there packages the worst company I hate this place I wish they would disappear.

I get a perishable food order weekly. The food company started using LaserShip 4 weeks ago and that is when my problems started. The first two weeks they left my order roadside even though they say it was left at my front door. I contacted customer service each time and after the second week the head of customer service called me and told me not to worry because he was going to fix this issue personally. Well he did a nice job! The last two weeks they didn't deliver the package at all! The food company said that LaserShip was too busy. Sorry! I have left messages for the head of customer service numerous times but he has never contacted me. I am going to switch food companies to one that doesn't use LaserShip because I really have no choice.

Yesterday, I noticed a white car at my garage. I opened my garage and saw it was a lasership car and they just left without dropping my package off. So today they did deliver it, at 5 pm but the thing is I have a pretty long driveway and they left it at the street beside my garbage can. Claiming to have dropped it off with me and actually faking my signature for it. I can not see the street from my house so it could have EASILY been stolen or thrown away with the trash.

After reading multiple and multiple reviews on laser ship I truly don't know how they are still in business. I ordered an expensive order from VS was supposed to be delivered but instead it was stolen by the laser ship employee. My tacking said they needed my address so I gave them my address once again and was told it would e delivered in 2 days instead I woke up to it being said it was delivered at 6:30am. We have cameras and no it was never delivered. The tracking said it was in New Jersey at 630am and then delivered in TN same day at 6:31 and that's clearly impossible. They are stealing packages and nothing is being done about this. They need to be shut down and prosecuted.

I believe this company is in a scam with Jersey Blooms "Blooms" and other so called webstores that are scammers. This is judging from the other reviews. My story: I ordered flowers to be delivered Nov 27th, I got a notice it would be delivered Nov 30 and Now Dec 3. No one is answering my calls at Jersey Blooms AND no one is answering my calls at Lasership. I got an automated message from Jersey bloom to contact Lasership and Lasership has no contact! Buyer Beware! This seems like a store scam and a courier scam!

My delivery expected date changed 5 times by this company. They have a contact info but never responded back regarding my shipment status. I live in NY and package was picked up in NJ by them 10 days ago, still have not received package. USPS, UPS, and FedEx normally deliver within a day of pickup. Totally unreliable.

Lasership is the worse company I have dealt with. I regret when I order from Amazon and see they are using Lasership. I might get 1 out of 5 packages with Lasership, I fill a report and they send a confirmation number and that is it, nothing else, I still don't get my packages, no nothing. AMAZON SHOULD STOP USING THEM. I HAVE LOST SO MUCH MONEY!

Twice I ordered an item from amazon, they used lasership as the courier on both occasions lasership updated their system to "Item delivered". When I contacted amazon they said the delivery person click Item delivered by accident. Lasership needs to close shop and shame on amazon for condoning this behavior.

Every shipment I every get shipped threw you guys from Walmart or any other merchant ends up getting delayed you need to up your game cause I'm thinking of never ordering from merchants that you service that's called bad business

They are SUPER bad at delivering packages. I waited days on a package that they said they delivered but they had not. I refuse to shop from any company that uses Laser Ship.

My package from Banana republic was sent out since 8th November.
I was told via tracking that it was on its way. I waited and waited and eventually my tracking indicate that it arrive at 12noon at my front door well guess what I was home all day and no god darn package came.
So who holds this company responsible..

LaserShip steals all your packages. Stop ordering from fashion nova. LaserShip delivers for Fashion Nova so once you order from them you will not get your package and when I tried to contact them they told me I'm not getting a refund. I have cameras all around my house I also have a delivery box next to my front door. My camera never showed anyone coming in my yard on the day the package was delivered. Everyone was home, the door bell never rang. This company have all thieves for employees. Something has to be done to stop them. I lost $93.96 in merchandise. Please can the BBB stop them or investigate this company. HELP.

This company has repeatedly either not delivered &/or lied about the non/mis-delivery of my Amazon packages. I've had to have Amazon flag them as not to be used for me in the future.
