There are so many negative reviews and they are all legit. My package never arrived. I had to contact Zara for a refund and call customer service to make sure I would get an actual delivery business. They kept asking for additional informational. I literally drew a map. Color of door. (Keep in mind that I order EVERYTHING online) and they just kept saying they needed additional information. No one picks up the phone. Wort company and non existent customer service.
I'm waiting 2 packages from 2 different stores and both are late, more then 20 days in one and 1 week the other. They don't answer the questions, don't update the track shipment, nothing. Macys and Kipling need change the delivery service company.
11/21/2021 order information created…. 12/02 package received in lasership facility in la Vergne TN…. 12/05 package received in Groveport OH…. Needs delivered to Beech Grove IN…. Estimated delivery date was 12/02…this is a package from Bath and Body works…when order was placed, they sent 1 bottle separately through UPS, that was received on 11/24…so, After second lengthy conversation with Bath and Body works they are refilling my order, however, some items are no longer available…. Lasership has them I guess…. Contacted lasership via online customer support, they can't respond for 48 hours? I suggested to Bath And Body works that they investigate this company because others are complaining online about this same situation. Someone has a lot of Bath and Body Products that are now no longer available online…..
This delivery service is the ABSOLUTE worse! I cannot believe Nordstrom would allow its reputation to be tarnished by utilizing this shipping company. There are never any updates, delivery dates are NEVER correct, and packages are "lost" constantly. I wish the consumer were able to choose their shipping provider when an order is placed.
A simple Google search of LaserShip reviews will tell you all you need to know about the shipping service. Heck, their BetterBusinessBureau page has a 1/5 rating from more than 500 reviews. How so many retail giants continue to utilize these frauds is astounding to me. I had a package marked as out for delivery one morning. Twelve hours later, it was said to have been delivered to my door. I checked my door within 10 minutes of that update but found nothing. Even better, I have a Ring on my door, so to say that it was delivered is nothing but a lie. Like so many other complaints have stated, either the couriers they use are completely incompetent or, more likely, those couriers are simply thieving packages while marking them as delivered, and they're doing it on LaserShip's dime at that. Save yourself the nightmare and avoid any company that utilizes these idiots at all cost.
To put it simply they suck! They recently started delivering in my area and I still haven't recieved a package yet I live in an apartment complex and they literally left my package by the elevator at the height of building traffic 8am! And nike over advertising on their boxes does not help each time I tried to call the delivery guy back he blocked my number only reason I know is because I called from another phone horrible company and shame on every company still using them despite the horrible reviews
I bought a pair of limited Adidas sneakers and they were shipped by lasership. After them "being out for delivery" they were delayed. 4 days later, they claimed they were lost and adidas had to refund me my money. Some lasership driver is 100% wearing my sneakers for free.
Lasership lost my package - it's a question of when, not if, this company will go under. Beware of this company and stay away - totally untrustworthy.

I have two packages from two different online stores, both are going on two weeks behind! I had an expected delivery date of yesterday, today I get on and it says " delivery information will be available once received" both packages ordered before Thanksgiving. In the future if the company/ store uses them for delivery, I will NOT be ordering.
I ordered a PS5 from Walmart.com and they used Lasership to deliver. The package sat in Laserships warehouse for 2 weeks and then status changed to out to delivery. Out to delivery/delayed was the status for the next 4 days! A robotic investigation revealed they cannot confirm possession of my device. That generates a refund from Walmart and all investigations close. I filed multiple complaints as this was clearly stolen and doesn't seem to be any consequence for this happening.
I hate that these companies use Lasership. Everytime I make an order & I see its this company. I automatically know its going to be late or go missing I'm currently waiting on 2 packages that ofcourse they chose to use Lasership. They are both 5 days late & have been sitting in their warehouse. Which is less than 10 mins from me. But I cant pick it up. I just had Walmart replace a order that was shipped thru them. The replacement came days before the original order. If I could give this place minus stars. I would They suck!
I bought some clothes from Nike.com on November 23rd, 2021. It is now December 3rd, 2021 and the shipment is still under EXCEPTION. They lost it and won't cop to it. This place is trash.
My delivery from Nordstrom Rack was being delivered by LaserShip. LaserShip "claim" them delivered it but my Ring doorbell proves differently. Neither Nordstrom Rack or LaserShip will stand behind their service. Both point to each other as accountable and I, the customer, am out the item and cost of the item. Both have horrific customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Their tracking isn't even close to being accurate. LaserShip... talk about a misnomer. You might as well not even attempt to track a package. Just wait about a week more than they say it might take and hopefully it will get to you. PFP service!
I will not recommend using there service they don't deliver on time. Packages always seem to get lost!
This company is the worst they shouldnt be allowed to deliver two times my bags have gotten stolen or they leave it god knows where just horrible i tell my companys now do not deliver with them i hate them
Every week I fight with the food company the uses Lasership to deliver their boxes. They are 2 or 3 days late or never deliver. So, the food gets thrown out. Why this company uses Lasership is a mystery. I love the food but cant take the hassel of poor to no delivery. Following their tracking is a joke. I sit here today and my box is 2 days late. Food will again get tossed. So sad.
LaserShip was contracted to deliver a package from a company that I purchased something from online. At the beginning of the order I wrote to LaserShip giving concise directions to my home and the specifications that the front of my house was under construction, and to put the package behind the garage. LaserShip sent an email stating my package was, 'On the front porch', which was physically impossible. I contacted them right away, they lied and wrote my package was delivered, and conveniently refused that the email I'd written, which they acknowledged receiving, was no longer valid! There is no customer service by phone; the number I called is an endless cycle which prevents a person from leaving a message or speaking with a person. Either my package was stolen by the driver or delivered to someone else, and in either case my identity was compromised with my name and address. This is the FOURTH time LaserShip has either stolen or misdelivered my order, and I have complained back to each company who hired them never to use them again. I will never knowingly have anything to do with them. They are criminals and should be forced out of business.
Nov. 15 4:31pm, the company I purchased from sent me a congratulations, my package has arrived. There was no package. By 5:45pm, the tracking details indicated that the package WAS DELIVERED at 6:04pm, a time in the future! So I kept checking my porch, listening for a vehicle in my quiet neighborhood, never getting a package at all that night. Suggestions on store's site told me to wait a few days, ask neighbors, and sometimes the packages are delivered later that the tracking indicates. Nope. Never got it. Ever. They had the correct address, confirmed with store I purchased from. I should've driven 15 minutes away to pick up my merchandise rather than count on this lame Lasership (never heard of them previously). If I ever hear that a future purchase of mine will be shipped by Lasership, I will be certain not to order. How can you tell the store to tell me my items were delivered at a future time? Right there, that's a scam! Can I rate them a ZERO for NO DELIVERY?
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.
