I never received my package. I put in several calls to this organization each time a rep telling me I would have my package in 2-3 business days. Those days never come and this was a gift for my grandson. Very disappointed. Will NEVER use this place again
Never encountered such blatant apathy in a shipping company. Zero accountability with employees. Zero integrity. Zero quality in anything that is Lasership. It should be renamed "Laser $#*!" Because that is the epitome of this company.
Absolutely horrible! They lied and said a delivery was attempted. I have been home all day waiting for my package. If they don't want to do their job, fire them and hire someone who will.
The worst company ever! They continually "lose" my packages every single time they're used as the shipping company. I order from fashion nova, and never will again as long as they keep using lasership. What's the point of ordering clothes when most of the time they don't get to you, and if the items are reshipped most are sold out, so you don't get what you originally ordered. They should be out of business!
Everytime I check the tracking and see it's this company, I just call ahead for a refund because I NEVER receive my packages!

I would like to find out prior to purchase if a company is going to use them and not buy from that company. I ordered from American Eagle and not only way my package a week later than the original delivery date but I was pulling up to my house when it was be delivered and the guy had his busted $#*! mini van in our drive fumbling around with his scanner in one hand and a cigar and my package in the other. My clothes smelled like $#*! as I'm sure every thing else in that van did. Cut to a few weeks later I see the same guy at the gas station pumping gas while pulling packages out of the van and reorganizing them on the ground. Doesn't seem smart or safe. And now I wait for two other packages that are approaching the two week late mark.
We have cameras set up on both porches and haven't gotten any of our last 3 items delivered.
One from belllilly and 2 from fabletics.
They have almost the poorest rating of any shipping company ever.
Will never recommend them to anyone!
I placed an order on Nov. 20th it's December 9th my package has been delivered 4 times I've been calling and calling I finally get to a rep and he's rude keeps telling me my package we be delivered in the next 2 business days it's the weekend so it won't be delivered the weekend. Also they've been telling me that for the last 3weeks it was being delivered the following day. I asked to pick the package up from the facility it is currently at and the replied and told me that I couldn't go pick it up. I knot hats an option because my cousin had this same issue with them and she was able to go get it. That's an expensive package and no help from this company I hate this company and recommend no one use them.
Absolute worst shipping company that I have ever had to deal with. They never post updates and make no attempt at delivering packages. I had two packages that were supposed to be shipped to my house. First package stated that it was delivered and left at the "doorman sign". Mind you I live in my own house and I definitely do not have a doorman, nor is there one anywhere close to the area. The next day the second package said "attempted delivery but business was closed. Update with business hours". Now why would I need business hours for my home, that I was at at the time of this shipping update. When reaching out to customer service they said that they were "investigating" it. The very next day they said that they concluded their investigation and that they see on their end the package was delivered. So basically what they did was look at the same tracking page that I was complaining about it in the first place. Something I could have easily done myself. Nevermind the fact that THEY brought it to a business somewhere and not my address. They took absolutely no responsibility and said to look outside for it or contact the seller.
I don't know why this place is still in business. Or why anybody would even use them. Apparently I'm not the only one complaining from the company I purchased through. More than likely they're not going to be using LaserShip anymore
This company should be called "steal a package" instead of lasership. They love big packages as it guarantees the delivery driver some money since they probably get paid $2 a delivery, they literally are the worst delivery company I've ever encountered. They said delivered while my camera shows nobody delivering anything, please forget about trying to contact somebody about it either because nobody will help you. They are scammers, please do yourself a favor and never use this sorry excuse of a company.
Stole my package. Marked delivered at 3:45pm at only 2:15pm. Apparently, they can time travel. No delivery person ever came anywhere near my house. I don't know of anyone who has had a package shipped by them and actually received it. Customer service is useless and tells you to place a claim with the seller. With all of these negative reviews, I have to wonder why anyone uses them or how they are still in business. Now I have to hope that I can get the stolen Christmas presents here in time.
Every day my expected delivery date gets adjusted... to the day before. I have no idea why Kohl's continues to use this carrier; everything else I ordered at the same time (or since) has already delivered (USPS, FedEx, UPS), but this one package remains in the wind.
Lasership is awful. Everytime that pops up with tracking for any order I'm immediately ticked off & know I will not recieve my order. Every order will sit in either Groveport Ohio or diamondale MI for weeks without any update. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A COMPANY BECAUSE U WILL END UP REPLACING MORE THEN WHAT YOU PAY FOR THEM. The once or twice I have had orders show up its a month after its sup. To be recieved & the box has been re taped & items are missing. My personal opinion employees are going thru taking what they want & holding boxes because they know company will replace them. Currently I have 5 packages sitting Ohio since Nov. 23rd. Ps. I have to give it atleast one star or it won't let me submit but just no its 0 outta 0 for me.
Every time I order something and I see LaserShip as the carrier, I'm disappointed. I'd say about 90% of my packages are delayed. Their tracking is also terrible and never accurate. Once again, I'm in a situation where a package I ordered 2 weeks ago still hasn't arrived. I ordered multiple items from the same store within the last 2 weeks, all using different carriers than LaserShip that have already arrived.
Retailers - please stop using this company!

I have several outstanding complaint case numbers with Lasership because: their delivery people DO NOT notify the homeowner with a doorbell ring or door knock! I have ran out and confronted these clowns when they toss packages on people's stoops & take a WORTHLESS photo and run away! They WILL NOT RING THE BELL, despite ALL of my complaints! Neighbors have had boxes & large envelopes stolen and tossed on the ground - I have found several, and returned them to my neighbors! Lasership REFUSES to respond to my complaints with an EXPLANATION of their delivery instructions, or any excuses! Lasership is TERRIBLE! Can I give Lasership ZERO stars?
Once your package gets picked up by then kiss it bye bye. Customer service is no hell, your tracking info will never update.
I have been waiting for a package for almost 2 weeks and still nothing. Bath and Body Works used them
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.
