I get a perishable food order weekly. The food company started using LaserShip 4 weeks ago and that is when my problems started. The first two weeks they left my order roadside even though they say it was left at my front door. I contacted customer service each time and after the second week the head of customer service called me and told me not to worry because he was going to fix this issue personally. Well he did a nice job! The last two weeks they didn't deliver the package at all! The food company said that LaserShip was too busy. Sorry! I have left messages for the head of customer service numerous times but he has never contacted me. I am going to switch food companies to one that doesn't use LaserShip because I really have no choice.
