I placed an order with Kohls department store to be shipped to my home address. I had three items which were taped together with packaging tape and the address label was attached to one of the items. Did you run out of boxes? Was not happy that I received my delivery this way.

They lied about delivering the package. It said the package was left in front of the door, but there was nothing there. I can't believe this company is still existing. This company deserves zero star.

I order online ALOT, I have had the companies use lasership four times and EVERY TIME it has been something wrong. It's unbelievable. The first time i came out of my high rise to see my package OUTSIDE and it was torn through, two times it randomly never showed up even though they claimed they left it with me & today I found my package ripped through in my garbage! The kicker is I WORK FROM HOME and I have cameras! So they have lied every single time about leaving the items with me

Laser shipping said they delivered my package and said it was left at my door in actuality they took a picture and then left with the package. When I called the customer service number they said that they would open a 2 day investigation. However they said that they would notify through out the investigation and nothing has been said.

As the title says, they marked my package (Midnight Navy Jordan 4s) as being delivered to my front door on Sunday at 9:41am ( I was home so all day, this wasn't the case). Reached out to their Customer Service, they were were very unhelpful and redirected me to Nike's Customer Service. Nike had to issue me refund me for these sneakers as they were a launch and no longer in stock. When I did my research about the company and asked around about the experience of others with this courier I was appalled. Clearly there's an integrity issue with the staff, address and correct it immediately. I might just contact the Better Business Bureau.

Your delivery people are lazy they left my package in the apartment lobby and someone took what I brought instead of bringing it to the door they just left it didn't give a dam who got it then email me and said my package was delivered by who your drivers are careless

Can you just please close LaserShip your just not good at delivering anything (LaserShip try anything else)

Sombody delivering for this company has been telling others of deliveries that are shoes or sneakers and has them stolen. I had a pair stolen today. There have been multiple issues with this in my building and area. There is a camera and they go right for the shoes. Meaning they know it's there. Avoid this company and whoever they hire to work for them.

Their delivery service is very terrible. They don't deliver your packages properly or either u don't get your packages at all. It seems like some of their delivery guys steal packages and label it as being delivered. This company is the worst and I won't advice anyone to ship their items with them unless you want it to be stolen.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!

I was definitely nervous after reading reviews referring to this company. One thing I will say is my experience was the complete opposite of what I read. I was able to track my package thru the entire process. I was kept up to date on where my package was as well as when it arrived at my nearby facility. I chose pickup instead of delivery only because I live in an apt building. The staff was very sweet and helpful and the fact they were already expecting me when I came in was a plus. My order was scheduled for delivery nov 7th and I was able to get my package nov 5th.The dayton ohio location I will recommend and give a thumbs up for sure!

This is the worse shipping company I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this shipping option to my worst enemy. My packages always become delayed even if I do overnight shipping. If I could vote zero star then I would.

I had a package that's was supposed to be delivered by 5pm told them this it got delivered after 7 which I couldn't get cause of business being closed. I called them on phone got a bunch of attitudes and told there was no supervisor I could talk to since the guy I was talking to wouldn't answer my questions then this guy hung up I called back and was given another lady this time and she helped me and this package was meds which was something needed I swear worst shipping service ever

Large order of candles from Bath & Body... no show. Chalking it up there with the MANY other orders never received by them (and/or OnTrac). SO many Bath & Body shipments not showing up or showing up shattered. No Honeybaked Ham for the holidays. No Anthropologie orders. I honestly don't understand how the companies put up with this. You better bet I get my money back... so SOMEONE is getting free goodies! (Yes I'm talking to you LaserShip and OnTrac). Utterly ridiculous!

Service Is disgusting, drivers stealing packages. How you leave Maspeth at 11:07am and deliver at 11:08am. Building had security that driver has to sign in also has cameras on every floor and on corner by my apartment no driver signed in or seen on cameras. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE LASERSHIP.

I ordered few dresses on Fashion Nova for my birthday. Few days later lasership show that my package was delivered which was not actually the case i called them to get a proof of delivery and those stupid idiots told me they don't have any proof of delivery to show me. I went to back fashion Nova customer service to complain it seems like they don't wanna do anything about it they told me the package has been marked delivered so they can't do much for me. This is ridiculous how can a big company like Fashion Nova deals with lasership full with a bunch of thieves‍ I'm so mad and disgusted right now because i lost my money

Tracking of package shows as "delivered, left on front porch" however the package was never delivered. Received a call that package was being held at hub and I could get when I returned from out of town two days later. Well those two days later, I was told that the package was now lost and cold not be found at the facility. The box was from Nike so I guess you understand why it is now somehow "missing" I do not understand why this company continues to get business.
