This is the second time this has happened and I don't know why Adidas keeps using them. Lasership is one of the worst. Man, you get some crap email back saying that they're investigation shows the package was delivered. According to adidas, they're supposed to take a picture at the time delivery. They did not. We have a ring camera system that reports anybody in the yard, especially if they come up to the front door. And there were no recordings that day. Adidas acknowledged that they did not take a picture at the time of delivery and then recommended that I call the police. Can I call the police on the lasership? I really like Adidas products. I'll never order from them again because of lasership. Anyone that reads this needs to call their local news and basically bring it up with them. There are enough people that are experiencing the exact same thing.

Sole my sons' Christmas!

I've never even heard of this company until my packaged went from delayed to delivered yet I'm sitting in my living room facing outdoor the entire time! They never even came to my door step let alone delivered anything! Like why is Walmart even using this shady company! This is why I stick to Target! Now Walmart giving me the run around! As soon as it said delivered I called them! I seriously can't believe this is happening

Never delivers

I know when I see LaserShip is going to deliver something, I have about a 50/50 chance of getting it. Honestly, I'm tired of it. I would rather wait a few days for USPS, or FedEx, or UPS. All of these companies actually deliver to me. LaserShip has sent my stuff to other people. The have claimed delivery only to have the item show up a day later. They are impossible to get a hold of to get this fixed so I'm here, yelling at clouds, trying to figure out how I can never do business with them.

Never get my deliveries

I do not understand how a delivery company can not do their job properly. Everything single time 100% of the time if I am expecting a delivery from lasership it will 100% not arrive. They either show delivered to back door or the photo of the house is not my house nor my neighbors. I live in a townhouse, there is no back door, unless they trying to open my fenced patio and deliver to my glass sliding door that is not the case. It's just horrible. I never wrote negative reviews but this is just unacceptable. Not a single delivery ever makes it.

When I saw that lasership was the company used to ship my very expensive jacket from REI, I was incredibly anxious. They have a lot of bad press and the last time a retailer used a company like them to deliver my package, it hung out in someone's car for nearly a month. I only received it after I filed an insurance claim and no one ever signed for it.
That was not the case here. The package was set to arrive today and it arrived today much to my overwhelming relief. So while what others on here are saying regarding this company are likely true, my experience was a delight.
I can only hope that many others get the same service I did and feel compelled to share there experiences here.

This is the worst delivery service ever they need to find other employment. I have been waiting several weeks for a pair on pants to come. It keeps saying delayed. Now they are lying and saying they tried to deliver it twice. I have been home both days nothing stopping them from leaving it on the porch, no gate. They lie and never deliver! DON'T use this service if you really want to get a package to them.

Update at 9:30 the night of delivery, then 9:47 they said delivered. I emailed to start an investigation. They said they will get back to me. 5 days later, no one contacted, so I called. They let me know it's to late I should have started within 48 hours. I said I did, and the customer service said the case is closed, go ask seller for another one.

I was home when an order was to be delivered to me. Lasership didn't even knock at the door. They walked up and looked at it and walked away. There are several people that live in my building and we all were home. Now they are refusing to answer correspondence and deliver the order, despite numerous requests. There is no phone number that matches so that you are able to speak to a live person. Nothing.

I ordered something from Freepeople, I tracked the package from the Shop app, long story short. This company hires thieves that falsified the delivery date as delivered in which I have three camera directions on my porch no delivery was every made. Horrible company
July 5, 2017

Had an important package to be delivered on 06.28. Tracking number show it was left to the front door. I was home at all time, I have cameras that shows no activity at my front door.
Contacted Lasership and was no help.
Horrible company who basically steal packages.

Horrible Delivery Service
November 12, 2021

I work as an official in a courthouse and desperately needed my delivery in a timely manner for business needs. They claimed they attempted to deliver twice after I gave delivery instructions that the court opens at 0830 and closes at 1630. I spoke with customer service twice on the matter, and they said it would be delivered promptly. I received several emails that they would deliver. All of sudden they lost my package.

Worst Delivery Company
July 15, 2022

This company lies about delivering packages. I am expecting 2 packages 7 items total from Amazon since yesterday. Tracking from Lasership said there was a delay it will be delivered today by 9 pm. At 8:59 pm I checked the status and what do u know its marked delivered. Check my doorstep no package to be seen. This is not the 1st time I've had this issue with Lasership. I wish Amazon would show who is delivering the package prior to your purchase because I surely would not make the purchase if Lasership was delivering.

Lazy!

They always say they deliver to your building but never take it to the apartment number. When i get to the unsafe place that they took the picture that the deliveries are done, There is never anything there. In fact i am not sure if its my apartment members that are stealing or their delivery drivers. They never resolve anything even when you call to explain or report a situation. I have stopped ordering from fashionnova because of them and now i am about to stop ulta as well. No one wants to take responsibility of their actions.

They ca make your day go bad in an instance ad kill your hopes if you are planning for a delivery.

I bought on Black Saturday late in the evening online a Bose Bluetooth speaker from Walmart! It was delivered 2 days later at the expected delivery date! Excellent Customer service! Will reccomend this service without hesitation!

TL; DR: My package shows "delivered," but I never received it. Lasership customer service was useless. I hope the driver looks terrible in my new yoga pants.

I was surprised when the Old Navy package I was waiting for tracked as delivered. I'm working from home these days, and my home office overlooks the front of my house. I either hear or see my deliveries.

I contacted Lasership customer support via their "contact us" form and received a response 3 days later that basically said, "we acknowledge you think your package is missing. Contact your seller." Super.

FYI: If you have a missing UPS or USPS package--they provide much better support and (gasp) even additional information!

Anyway, this is my first experience with this company -- and hopefully the. Last. Old Navy resent my original order. I mentioned "Lasership" and the customer service rep sighed knowingly and promised to send my replacement package via UPS.

Awful Service

I received two delivery dates which is a huge red flag. Good thing for cameras which showed no one stepped foot on my porch or delivered anything to my home 24 hours before AND after the said delivery date. I completed the required form to have my undelivered package investigated. Well, their investigation consisted of "our records indicate the package was delivered." Really? How did you figure that outm awful. Not sure how they even got 1 stars. Awful.

Fake Delivery company

Have been waiting 6 days from my package and received email saying undeliverable and now after it being on hold for 1.25 hours no one can give me any information and I do find someone that speaks halfway decent English I think we are all getting robbed from this company let's put them out of business... Contact Better Business Bureau with complaints...

I don't even want to leave one star because they don't deserve it. My package was missorted, delayed, then returned to sender. No notifications, tracking doesn't update in a timely fashion. Claimed to have attempted delivery several times (didn't, i have cameras) The customer service is beyond terrible. Not only are they extremely unhelpful, they'll straight up lie, don't understand business days, and disconnect chats. If you email, you won't get a response. If you're thinking of ordering and the company uses lasership, let me save you a headache, just don't.
