My tracking number showed my package was delivered at my front door, as it was not. Customer service claimed it was accidentally scanned as delivered but was still sitting in the warehouse (which is 20 min from my house). 2 days later I called customer service to check on it and now it has disappeared. And I'M the one who has to take the time to call for a refund. None of the representatives were apologetic. Nordstrom's I'm disgusted that you still work with laser ship after all the terrible reviews I have read. I have a feeling drivers are stealing packages.

I have a porch. It's literally two steps away, but instead of taking the package and putting it on the porch, they left it sitting on the stairs in the rain. There's no barriers whatsoever from the steps to the porch. There's no reason whatsoever to do something like this. There are other packages from other carriers on the porch, but this company couldn't be bothered to climb those two little porch steps. Lazy and incompetent.
I now have a soaking wet box of soaking wet clothes. If you don't want your merchandise ruined, don't use this careless and unprofessional shipping service.
Item came a few days early. I was told by email that it was delivered in person. They always leave my package by the mailbox instead of bringing it upstairs. I live in a 16 story bldg. I call the customer service all that they say it's not my fault reach out to the store where the items where purchased. I don't know who they have working as their delivery person. Terrible. Do NOT use them. Lied and said they attempted delivery. Everyone was home and delivery was not attempted. Also said more information was needed. The address is listed... what more do you need?! We have had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx, UPS and USPS. So I would love to know what this magic additional information is that is needed to deliver our package. Since Laser Ship has a 1 star rating, I am questioning if we will ever see our package. This was a Christmas present which makes the non delivery so much better. I would give them zero stars but it won't allow me to do so.
Lasership has mis-delivered 2 packages of mine in the last 6 months. It's like their drivers don't give a damn and deliver to whatever house they want to... either that or they're all blind. Their claims team is a complete joke... they say they are going to investigate what happened to your package and send a driver back out but that's a lie. They also lie to the companies shipping out the packages making them believe that customers are actually receiving their packages and lying about not receiving them. I'm starting to think the drivers are stealing the packages.
I ordered something and Lasership was responsible for delivering my package to me. I did not receive my package and not only did I not receive it the confirmation email said I signed for it. Luckily I have cameras in my building to prove that lie and dispute those charges on my credit card. I find this company to be low budget and I hope I never have anything else "delivered" from them. What a horrible experience and waste of my time
I am missing almost $500 worth of merchandise from three packages. I asked the company to please only deliver when there is a person at home, but they haven't honored it. The package I received today, which was missing three items had been slit open with a knife, then the plastic envelope melted back together. The box I received several months ago, had been slit open through clear tape so a hand could get through and merchandise removed. LaserShip takes absolutely zero responsibility, and I did have to find a company to get $250 worth of merchandise back. I do understand that it is not the company's responsibility when it comes to theft or mail fraud, but LaserShip has absolutely no response. I do hope there is a civil suit filed in the near future. I have filed mail, fraud, with my attorney, general, and with the FTC.
They delivered my bath and body works candles, put me on the ring-a-round for 4 days unable to deliver it for reasons unknown. I'd be home and they wouldn't ring the bell. I had to give them delivery instructions THREE times. They finally delivered it after the 4 day delay…and of course my candles are broken. I don't know what kind of company this is, but they are absolutely trash.
This company was used to ship my package. It is a recurring shipment with an address that is correct and not at all difficult to find.
Laser ship decided against my wishes to ‘deliver' to the leasing office instead of the address on the label. I say ‘deliver'. Because I have never received that package. Laser ship's answer when questioned is ‘call the seller we delivered.' Well no you did not and I want to know why?
I had two deliveries in two days that Lasership delivered to the wrong address. Not only did they not deliver to my home, they shipped it to a business. Detailed directions were left for them on their website, but they still could not get it right. Not the first problem we have had with this company. How can a business whose sole job is to deliver packages get it wrong so often? Pathetic
I received my package inside the time frame. The problem was that while tracking the shipment they wrote that they will deliver sooner and than this has not happened. Then calling them no one replied.
But at the end they delivered the package on the time frame. So I am happy. Just hope they will manage better notification to customers so they won't panic.
If details on shipment where perfect I would give 5 stars.
I highly recommend Nike tear up their contract with this company. My package was to be delivered on Monday, the company stated they did not have access to my home. I assure they have the correct mailing information. Tuesday my package does not get delivered yet again - they say my address was not correct. What they read back to me, I have never heard that from any of the other representatives I spoke with prior to this call. I then get told my package will be delivered Tuesday at 9 PM. Once it is not delivered as promised, I call again & they again tell me my address was typed incorrectly. I believe the shippers are thieves & stole my husband's Christmas gift. I am so disappointed in this company. I truly hope Nike stops their contract with them as there are many unhappy customers.
I am extremely disappointed with lasership. I had three packages carried by them. Two were delivered correctly and the other delivered to an address that they added more to. I am requesting that package be redelivered and they insist they cannot help me even tho it was their error. They take no accountability for their actions. The answers they give are very generic. I am truly disappointed and will be sure to let everyone know that they are not reliable nor are they willing to rectify their own errors. Will never use them again. How can you take it to the wrong address and then not care. Shows they don't care about their customer. Messages received.
This is my second time expecting an order from Bath and Body works and it was left outside of my apartment complex, not in my building but outside of a building with 11 different apartments inside. What dumb $#*! driver would do that? You pass the office to get to my apartment building. Really?
Marked my package as delivered at front door. Nothing was there. I was home all day waiting for my package. No delivery person ever came to my house. I can see out front. Plus they did not take a picture like most companies do. I went out as soon as I received a delivery message. Thinking it was odd because I saw no one. Then thought they must have delivered to a neighbor. Nope! Now I have to wait 72 hours for them to do anything about it. If they do at all. Beyond Mad!
Every time this LaserShip delivered my package on wrong address they don't have common sense to follow the delivery address details they already made a mass then when you try to contact them they don't have any accurate answers they don't care about that customers package this company should be shut down their services or they have to teach their delivery guys some lessons absolutely worthless
Twice in one week my package was stolen back to back and they said they deliver it;when I have cameras and no one came to the building with a package
They claim they're investigated within 10 hours they said Investigation ended. No one from customer service even reached out to try to discuss the problem. So when you see LaserShip as your delivery carrier watch out!
I wish i can give it a 0 star. There reliability is horrendous, i don't think there is one time I've used them and my delivery came in time, and whenever they don't it says "they tried to deliver the item" what does that mean u cant drop it off my house?! Dont use this company for delivery. EVER.
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.
