Terrible Courier

I ordered an Epson 4 Pack for my printer from Amazon. The courier delivered to the right apartment, but the wrong address (building) - never received it! The replacement Amazon sent out, it's still sitting at the same place for days. At my request, Amazon sent me a refund. I don't know why Amazon uses them. Maybe because of Prime. It's all about money!

Wow. Just the absolute worst

This is the third delivery from laser ship I've had from various retailers. The first one I did not see on camera but two items were broken. Then I got an item from Nordstrom, and an item from Saks off 5th avenue. Both of those packages I have video of the delivery person literally throwing it onto my porch even though there's absolutely no reason to do so. I could not upload the video because it is only 11 seconds long, but I was able to save frames that show the throw in progress. My porch is easy to access, I have a wide sidewalk with no hindrance and there's absolutely no reason for them to hurl it. It's like they are doing it for fun it's disgusting and these people need to be fired. Just gross and disrespectful.

I recently ordered a pair of work boots from the timberland outlet store in Jackson nj. I was told 3 to 5 days for delivery. Order was placed on a Saturday. Text messages led me to believe that my boots were shipped and delivered. On Friday when I got home I could not find my delivery. I contacted lasership in Dayton nj. Gave the rep necessary information to find out why my delivery was missing. Well they got lost during shipment and they still sent the messages they were delivered. So as far as am concerned now this will be my first and last time this delivery company will be used by me. If I have to depend on them for shipment I will choose something else to avoid dealing with them ever again. To loose my order and not have the decency to notify me TRULY SUCKS! I will absolutely continue to deal with timberland and avoid having anything shipped! So my negativity is NOT directed towards timberland. Just Lasership.

I ordered a multiple item package from Patagonia and never received it. Patagonia was very good about re-ordering and re-shipping asap but used LaserShip again and I didn't receive it a second time. They were all Christmas gifts and it's very upsetting and stressful. I hope Patagonia never uses them again. It reflects badly on their company even with great customer service it doesn't help when you don't get what you ordered.

Extremely bad company. Mishandling package, delayed 5 times, no tracking update for 3 weeks. As other customers complainted, their internal staffs steal the packages since nobody can access their warehouse storage. LaserShip is supposed to be the last mile shipping carrier. Normal delivery time should be within a couple of days. Not three weeks!

This is not a real company. Most likely this is a fake company or running a scam! Beware!

My package was sent to a different lasership company in Vancouver Washington instead of Portland Oregon. And they lost my package in transit. Would not consider this shipping company ever again. Poor customer service and stupid tracking service.

SCAM! I'm wondering what LaserShip delivery people are doing with all this supposedly delivered packages. They mark them as delivered/left at the front door(on the street). If you try to contact them to let them know, you are encouraged to call your shipper immediately. What shipper has to do with the package that was lost/stolen by LaserShip?

Where is my psckage
October 23, 2022

Package said it's been delivered about 5 minutes after they put in on the truck to go out for delivery. Called Nike and they said this company marks all packages delivered when they get to your city. It's been two days and I still don't have my package and it's so frustrating that it says it's been delivered. Mind you it was supposed to be delivered on the 19, it is now the 23 and I still don't have it. Worst shipping company ever! Now if they deliver it I won't even know when it gets here and it can potentially get stolen because it's already marked as delivered so I won't get notified.

I live in a senior secure building. Tracked the package from Walmart and it was supposedly delivered on 8/11 at 7:00 pm at my front door. No call from the security call box, no package anywhere. I went downstairs around 9:00 pm when I saw that it was delivered and checked outside. No package. This is not the first time I have had problems with Lasership. I wish Walmart would find another carrier who actually delivers.

Listen to the reviews - if Lasership is delivering your package, you might as well consider it a lost, and add 10+ days to whatever date it was supposed to be delivered. At the end, you'll get your package via UPS or Fedex as a result of a refund (Item Lost) from the original business. Someone within the company is making off with all of this "lost" merchandise, and in return, we the consumers are paying for it in higher prices. This is company is the definition of scam, and service of what you see in Third-World countries.

Should be called "Laser Shi*"

So, here I am sitting at home waiting for my first delivery from Hungry Root. I see via the tracking it is in the next town. Well, my home is on google maps and it should be all set to arrive...hooray!

Nope...Laser Shi* just texted me that they attempted to deliver my meal plan for the week but could not deliver it! Really, I am HOME!? My address is on google maps, mapquest, etc...and no one even called me! I think maybe NO ONE TRIED ANYTHING and you are not a shipping company but instead are full of shi*!

Worst company EVER!

If I could give them a zero I would. Their drivers are basically thieves because they can get away with it. They know the merchant will be on the hook for the merchandise they take. They sent me a text alert that my package was left at my front door. I just happened to be home right then. I go to the door no package. I called their customer service and it was like someone answered their house phone very unprofessional very unconcerned. I called the merchant and told them I won't order from them again if they are going to use this delivery service

Package Not Delivered

I am not sure why companies are using Lasership now because they are the worse. This is the fifth time that they failed to delivered my packages and claimed that they did. I have a feeling that the company hires drivers without conducting background checks so they can pay them minimum wages,

Wrong Address

This company seems to delivery wherever. This time on someone else's porch 600 yards away and last time by the mailbox on a rural road 500 yards from our door and sight. Anyone could have stopped and picked it up off the side of the road. Definitely not like UPS or FedEx.

Worst delivery service

I ordered from Ulta and Laser Ship tracking said my package was delivered at 6:57 PM at the front door. No package on my porch, yard, or anywhere. This company is a joke. Ulta is too expensive to be playing around with a fly by night delivery company. This is complete BS.

Lost another package

If I have a problem with shipping it is always LaserShip. This time they lost a package of food from Thrive Market. 7 day delay, then when I checked the status again it listed it as lost. They didn't even inform me, I had to go check it myself.

Confirming this is a scam company. I called them because their tracking said a package delivered to my front door that never did. The lady I talked to put me on hold to call the local distribution center and they told her they already opened an investigation on it. Why would they open an investigation on something they said delivered before I even called to complain? Obvious scam. Do NOT order from any online company that uses them. For me that site was fanatics.com.

Absolutely terrible

My tracking number showed my package was delivered at my front door, as it was not. Customer service claimed it was accidentally scanned as delivered but was still sitting in the warehouse (which is 20 min from my house). 2 days later I called customer service to check on it and now it has disappeared. And I'M the one who has to take the time to call for a refund. None of the representatives were apologetic. Nordstrom's I'm disgusted that you still work with laser ship after all the terrible reviews I have read. I have a feeling drivers are stealing packages.
