I've had it. Nine times out of 10, when I order from a company that uses LaserShip, they mess it up! Several times, their driver has not read my ZIP code, and delivered my packages to someone who has my same 4th Street address a good 20 miles away in a different ZIP code. At least two times, the driver has reported a package delivered, but it was not, and I have to place several phone calls to the local LaserShip office to try to track it. But, we have to conclude that it was lost. The customer service person in Pittsburgh is always nice and apologetic and tries to help, but obviously the system is broken beyond repair and LaserShip simply cannot get the job done reliably.
LaserShip just can't get it together, and I am sick and tired of it. I will no longer order from companies that continue to use this terrible service. They need to go out of business - how can they afford to be constantly replacing packages they lose? Please, merchants, use the U.S. Postal Service or UPS!
Even when they do actually deliver to the right place the time is screwed up.
For some reason they think it's ok to deliver at 12:15 AM (I did say AM), without notice.
It is unacceptable. I won't order from Walmart or Chewy anymore because of them.
First time they threw my package in the yard and a dog got it and tore it up. Second time they didn't bother to knock at the door (which the front door was opened or ring the door bell they just tossed it on the porch like a piece of trash), now my package hasn't shown up at all and it's only 30 minutes away and has been for days now. The chat reps are idiots and I'm tired of it. I don't know why fashion nova continues to use them for shipping but looks like I'm gonna have to stop shopping with fashion nova altogether.
I had the super of my building check the cameras and everything, they never delivered my package and it says delivered, apparently amazon or laser ship can't do anything about it so there goes my $155 purchase. I rather travel 2 damn hours for my package than let laser ship deliver it ANY DAY. Customer service is such a disgrace, they hope anybody ugh.
Our company Isagenix has been using laser shipping for the delivery of my products. I normally would not write a review but after the horrendous service or lack of service from laser delivery, I just have to! I have ordered my products from my supplier and they were never delivered. Laser shipping sent a picture of my products on the front door but it was not my front door items lost.
Secondly, I called my company and they resent my products I watched the delivery individual drop the package on the ground, and powder and liquid were coming from the box, said individual threw and I mean to throw my package back into his beat-up white van and he sped off. Three days later my package that was ordered a second time was delivered and the pics attach show their condition, no need to continue just see the pics.
Laser shopping gets an F for failure all the way around!
Not sure why they can look up an address and see they are 15 miles from the address they need to get the package. I will really have to be desperate for a product that ships via them in the future. Horrible service and not transparent at all with information.
They are simply horrible. After being informed that they delivered my packages to the wrong address, they continue to do it! I will NOT deal with any companies that use this company. Has been going on for years and companies still use them. Attorney General's office will be notified of this incompetent company.
Large order of candles from Bath & Body... no show. Chalking it up there with the MANY other orders never received by them (and/or OnTrac). SO many Bath & Body shipments not showing up or showing up shattered. No Honeybaked Ham for the holidays. No Anthropologie orders. I honestly don't understand how the companies put up with this. You better bet I get my money back... so SOMEONE is getting free goodies! (Yes I'm talking to you LaserShip and OnTrac). Utterly ridiculous!
I never received my package that I ordered from Lulus. Lasership said they left it at my front door. They provided no proof of picture taken at my door. They have no live customer service operators. Making a claim takes 30 days. What a joke! Zero stars
Got a message via Walmart that my package has been delivered to my front door. Go outside to check and it's nowhere to be found. Had to go through the trouble of contacting Walmart for them to reship my stuff, but they could only reship some items. So, I then tried to get in touch with LaserShip customer support and they never contacted me back. Found out that they delivered my package to the wrong address. Terrible delivery company!
I ordered an item a month ago and it has been at their facility less than 30 minutes from me for 16 days. It has not moved I am not sure why anyone would use this company especially a large business. I will not order from the company that used them ever again.
After not getting my delivery from the NFL SHOP I found out from their site that Lasership makes their deliveries. So I tracked my package with them and received a bizarre torrent of texts. Today they texted me that my the package was out for delivery. Great? Right? Nope. Another text stated that my address was inaccessible. Whatever that means. I live in a house and get packages from Amazon, UPS, and USPS every day. No problem.
This company is terrible. They never ever deliver anything to your door if they do they don't ring your bell and will leave Things outside. Things pop up missing all the time and they are always a day late. Then they lie say delivery attempted when no body shown up literally at all.
I was told my item was delivered but I never received it. Both the seller Fashion Nova and lasership offered absolutely no no assistance. They keeps referring me to each other like a ball game. Absolutely disgusting how I spent two weeks s going back and forth. No resourse for my missing item.
Only twice have I had to deal with this company. Both times the packages either ended up at the wrong address or lost.
One of those two times I was able to locate the package on my own on a local community Facebook group. It was delivered to a house on the other side of town, street name and house number was completely different then my apartment's address.
Second time was told it was delivered and left at my front door. Again, I live in an apartment complex on the 3rd floor, all packages go to the mail room. I even put that in the delivery instructions. Sent their customer service a message and was told I'd hear back from them in 3 days.
I will not order from a company that uses LaserShip.
I ordered a package from J C Penney. Well Lasership stated that the package was delivered. I have video cameras at my front door and front of my house. No one made any deliveries on Dec 9 2022. I called LaserShip and the person at LaserShip stated he check on package. Later that day he said package was delivered and there is nothing LaserShip can do. I called J C Penney they said I had to file a police report and that I had to email them the police report before they would replace or credit me for that purchase.
I do not know how this LaserShip is in business. LaserShip are either losing packages or stealing them. Better business bureau you will be receiving a letter from me
Too bad they don't give negative numbers. Ordered a product from Nordstrom's it never showed up. Called Nordstrom's and they said it had been delivered and signed for. Nope. Delivery date coincided with a delivery from FedEx... yup got the FedEx but not the Nordstrom package. The fact they lied about the signature means they stole the package. I guess I should feel lucky they didn't see the FedEx boxes and they didn't steal them too. IF you see that your goods are going to be sent via LaserShip tell them NO.
My delivery expected date changed 5 times by this company. They have a contact info but never responded back regarding my shipment status. I live in NY and package was picked up in NJ by them 10 days ago, still have not received package. USPS, UPS, and FedEx normally deliver within a day of pickup. Totally unreliable.
The company tracking service is fraudulent and their customer service non existent. My expensive orders from REI were sent through this service and I have received none of them. The tracking claims that it was left at my front door, but no delivery attempt was made as I was home the entire time and I have video recordings which show no delivery person from this company whatsoever. I created customer service tickets for both my packages with this company and its been 2 days without any responses.
My package was supposed to arrive on December 4th and when I contacted the facility in Pittsburgh they told me my package was stolen and that I was basically out of luck. I am trying to find out what companies use them so I can avoid buying anything from said company. 200 dollars worth of stuff is gone.
Answer: I've never heard of these thieving criminals that are LaserShip before this past day. Wally World never used them for us in Detroit. No tracking # for 2-day shipment all day. At 8PM check the order, says it was "delivered at front door at 1PM". Yet I was working in my yard at 1PM and I can definitively state that there were no delivery people at my house, or even on my street. I was in my front yard, so not possible. But if you look on here, and at other sites that use them such as VitaCost or Sephora, those packages probably have more value than the hair dye and dog food they stole from me. Packages from those co's are chronically stolen. So how they're still in business? No idea. But I'm all for BBB reports and contacting the State Atty General on these criminals.
