Where is my psckage

Package said it's been delivered about 5 minutes after they put in on the truck to go out for delivery. Called Nike and they said this company marks all packages delivered when they get to your city. It's been two days and I still don't have my package and it's so frustrating that it says it's been delivered. Mind you it was supposed to be delivered on the 19, it is now the 23 and I still don't have it. Worst shipping company ever! Now if they deliver it I won't even know when it gets here and it can potentially get stolen because it's already marked as delivered so I won't get notified.

Never get my deliveries

I do not understand how a delivery company can not do their job properly. Everything single time 100% of the time if I am expecting a delivery from lasership it will 100% not arrive. They either show delivered to back door or the photo of the house is not my house nor my neighbors. I live in a townhouse, there is no back door, unless they trying to open my fenced patio and deliver to my glass sliding door that is not the case. It's just horrible. I never wrote negative reviews but this is just unacceptable. Not a single delivery ever makes it.

Horrible Experience

Ordered from Jcpenney and part of my order was shipped with LaserShip. I never heard of this company until now. I received a delivery exception; my package was misrouted an entire State in the wrong direction. My package traveled an entire State overnight, however my package is now delayed for another week and the tracking hasn't updated in almost 3 days. Of course these are the two items from my order that were somewhat time sensitive. Extremely frustrating Jcpenney would use such an incredibly slow service when my other items, from the same order nonetheless, were shipped and delivered via UPS.

I just experienced my dozenth delivery by LaserShip that was delivered to a wrong address. The picture that I received for proof of delivery is not my address. It isn't even the building across the street from me. Their drivers are incompetent with no work ethic. Laziness beyond belief.

Stolen shoes

Lasership stole my shoes from Nike I have video footage of my Fashion Nova package being delivered but not my shoes from Nike. The company says if it said delivered then it was delivered. I have security cameras and vivnt doorbell footage that says otherwise.

Laser ship not even a one star company

Laser ship is a horrible irresponsible and extremely delayed shipping company! I don't understand why brand name such as Timberlands and Barn & Noble ever use this company to ship their products! I suppose to have a delivery on October 18,2022 but never received it and there is no any information on whereabouts it is after 6 days waiting!

If I could give -10 stars I would. Lets just say they should be shut down. They apparently can not read a map! I was told that my address did not exist. I had to sit on the phone with them and help them use google maps. Then they proceeded to tell me that the Route I live on there is no houses just land. (I'm completely dumbfounded at this point! Its google maps! She is an adult living in 2022... how the hell don't you know how to navigate google maps) She then found my house and described my house to me. Then again, I get a text the next day stating need more info... undeliverable. I had to call and use my parents address and she lives in a well known neighborhood that if you deliver in the area you know where it is. Well, not Laser$#*!! They can not find a damn thing. Maybe they should just hold packages and have customers come to them considering their sense of direction is non existent. Needless to say spoke to a manager who was a nightmare to deal with as she was annoyed that I was calling and wondering where my package was. Like she was a surprised that there was an issue (considering their review is 1.04 out of 5) They should be shut down. They are a real "SPECIAL" group of people that own and work here. Needless to say I did not get my package.

This is ridiculous

I have gotten items shipped through Lasership twice now, and both times have been absolutely awful. They always claim that they can't deliver the package (when they don't even try) or that my address is wrong, which obviously it isn't. The one time my package actually showed up the box was super damaged, and it looked like it had been opened. HIGHLY disappointed.

I placed an order with Amazon not knowing that Amazon sub-contracted Lasership to deliver my package. The total for the purchase was approx. $27.00. Lasership stated that they made an attempt to deliver the package. Amazon's policy is to leave the package, no matter what, on the property near the front door as stated in my delivery options and most Amazon drivers take a picture of the package left. Lasership decided that they were not leaving my package according the Amazon delivery policies. Additionally, they left no notification of when they would attempt to deliver my package and I was left guessing when and possibly if I would receive my package. Amazon should drop this delivery service as a viable option because they are not a dependable delivery service period. Their overall rating in my opinion is a big fat ZERO

Product Theft

I purchased a pair of shoes from Adidas. Adidas shipped them through a company named Lasership. A Lasership driver showed up to my house on 10/9/22 around the 5:00 pm hour. She dropped the box off on my porch, took a picture and marked the package delivered into their system. Afterwards she comes back to my porch and steals the same package. This was all caught on Ring video camera. I have contacted this company several times and they send a robot message saying package delivered to contact Adidas. I contacted Adidas and at first they found this to be funny. They made me re-purchase the same shoes at a higher price than I originally paid. They refuse to acknowledge the company they are using to ship products is stealing from consumers. Read the reviews for Lasership on Google on and on Facebook they are horrible. This in turn is costing the consumer money and grief. Both companies are useless. I have the video as proof! To date LASERSHIP REFUSES to take accountability because they are liars and their business is corrupt! I want something done.

This is the second time my package was stolen by a Lasership delivery person. 2 months ago I ordered from Bath and Body and the delivery person stole my items. This week the delivery person had the nerve to say the package was delivered, used my name, and noted DNS (did not sign). Nothing was delivered. When I got the notification that it was delivered I immediately reached out to Lasership and all they could do is put in a inquiry. This is not my first rodeo with them and I know what an "inquiry" means; NOTHING. My neighbor posted on Facebook via her RING showing a delivery person stealing her package delivered by Lasership. VENDORS BEWARE LASERSHIP HIRES THEIVES. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERIES. Look at all the reviews. We all can't be wrong. I now have to contact WALMART and have my package delivered AGAIN.

I know some places you only have the option of using Lasership. I ordered a pair of Bills shoes off of the NFL website, two days in the package was already damaged somehow and I was told to contact the NFL. This same exact thing happened to a friend of mine last year when ordering from Nike while using LaserShip. Luckily I was able to get another shoe sent to be, this time at 2 day shipping, but not confident I will see those eithers. Nothing but trouble every experience I've had. Good luck to everyone else.

I ordered merchandise from eBay on 09/30/22. Order number 11-*******-******* Seller-espymall chose LS to deliver this package. LS received the package on 10/5/22. On 10/7/22 in checking the status of my order, I saw that you were having issues finding me. I filled out the required information needed, with detailed instructions as to how to get here which included my phone#. Evidently no one bothered to look at this information as I watched the LS vehicle drive by my house without even slowing down. Then I receive another notice that you need more information which you have already received. I shouldn't have to repeatedly give you the same information you have already received. Plus I received no phone calls. 10/10/22 I contacted the seller and advised him of the delays who advised me I would receive my package today. When package wasn't received again, I checked the status of my order only to find out it would be 10/17/22 before my package would be delivered. I have informed the seller I have not received my order and want a refund. I also contacted another agent by chat to advise her that I wanted the package returned to the seller at eBay. Every move LS makes adds 2-3 more days to the delivery of my package. Enough is Enough! Now I will have to make sure on future purchases that LS is not to be used.

Dishonest

This company updated my package tracking as being delivered to my front door on 10/10/22 at 1611. I was home during that time and I received no such delivery. I also checked with neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address and no one had received it. I now understand why this company has such lower ratings and multiple previous complaints from customers.

Absolutely horrendous

It can't get any worse than having a packaged delivery handed off to laser ship. It's been a nightmare for the past 10 days trying to get my order delivered from these clowns. A different story is told every time I called... your package will be there tomorrow. No package. Oh, your package is in our warehouse not sure why it's not moving. Next, your package is with a driver. Don't know where or why it's not being delivered. Yeah, I know why - because this company STEALS our merchandise. Call and complain to the management at your retailer folks, it's the only way to to bury laser ship.

Fast but poor packaging

Ordered collectible Funko Pops from Walmart and they were delivered in a bag and surprisingly that weren't crushed but did have some crinkles to the boxes. Luckily, Walmart has an easy return system.

If i could give them zero stars I would. They claimed to have attempted to deliver, but no one drove down my road. I was home all day and no one attempted to deliver anything. Now they say it will take 2 days to redeliver my package. I called customer service and it's all automated. I'm so furious right now.

Worst delivery service

They lose every single package. When you contact them, they complete an "investigation" and send you an email stating that their records indicate that the package was delivered, and that this concludes their investigation. Obviously nothing has been delivered and they tell you to reach out to the "seller" with further questions. I wish companies would not use them - they're the WORST.
