This is foremost the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with, first of all I have never heard of them, they came all the way to my house and didn't leave my package@ least that is what they sed... I hope in the future that I will never have to deal with them again...

Marked my package as delivered at front door. Nothing was there. I was home all day waiting for my package. No delivery person ever came to my house. I can see out front. Plus they did not take a picture like most companies do. I went out as soon as I received a delivery message. Thinking it was odd because I saw no one. Then thought they must have delivered to a neighbor. Nope! Now I have to wait 72 hours for them to do anything about it. If they do at all. Beyond Mad!

This is the worst delivery company that any retailer can use. They didn't deliver packages to my address even though tracking stated DELIVERED. Furthermore, when I open an investigation with them, they could not provide the proof of delivery or picture of front doors where they left my package. Every time I called, I heard SORRY but nothing was done to help with my issues. Also, when I asked to talk to the manager, I was told that they could not transfer me and hanged up the call. This is is JOKE not a reliable delivery. Courier.

Really? First throwing the package then dancing in the driveway. What ever happened to being professional?

Yep, said it was delivered, not true! They posted some random photo of a front door, not mine what a racket, never order from Columbia outerwear as they use laser ship! All for a $15 sweatshirt

They have had my package at their facility for 9 days now and have not even attempted to deliver it. There is no way to get in touch with them. Emails go unanswered and the virtual chat is a joke. At this point I am assuming the driver stole or lost my package and won't fess up to it. Everyday the delivery date says the day prior for delivery. For example, today is the 23 and the delivery date was updated this morning to the 22nd. Nothing about this company makes sense.

On 9/19/2022 Laser Ship has stamped 2 packages were delivered to my home address after 10am and after 1pm. Neither package was never delivered. I have ring camera and no one ever came to my home nor made an attempt to deliver my packages. Apparently these drivers are lying or this company is not able to full full its job/obligation. The only feedback I keep getting is contact the seller but the seller apparently paid Laser Ship to deliver my package. All I want is what is rightfully mine and that's my package. I do not like giving bad reviews to any establishment but if the company is not trying to assist or fix the problem I will share with others my bad experience. A ring camera does not lie. It provides live recording and audio of all contact and activity. No one ever delivered my package on 9/19/22. Again I just want my package.

They don't even look for your address just walk off with your package and make you go threw a long process to get your belongings back unprofessional

Seriously, how is this company still in business? Look at all these 1-star reviews! This is the second time my Bath and Body Works shipment has gone missing from the Flint, MI location. Over $200 worth of products! How is this not THEFT and prosecutable? I filed a complaint with the BBB and my next step is to contact the Federal Trade Commission. Their business license needs to be revoked! Don't bother contacting their customer service because that's handled the same as their shipping... POINTLESS & PATHETIC!

I tried to attach photos but apparently they aren't big enough. The pics were of the shipping "timeline" and how LaserShip claims they tried to deliver a package from Flint, MI to Oxford, MI (about an hour away from me) in THREE minutes LOL

I ordered 2 items from fashionnova. I got a notification that my First item ******* - 1LSCY2H0011GRU9 was delivered on the 12th of Sep, it never arrived on the 12th of Sep, but arrived on the 13th.

Second order ******* - 1LSCY2H0011K0DO said delivered and has a picture as delivery evidence. This picture corresponded to the First order. The camera at the house showed that only one package was delivered, no other delivery was made.

My annoyance is that both the shipping company and fashionnova are pushing me around. The shipping company is sending me back to fashionnova, fashionnova is sending me back to the shipping company.

I need a very good lawyer because these 2 companies are messing with my head. The orders I made was not cheap either.

After this experience, I will never purchase items from fashionnova ever again, until they stop using LaserShip.

I have been having issues with this company for over 4 years. Every time I place an order with a company and they ship with this nonsensical carrier, there is an issue with delivery and when you contact them, there is no resolution.
There is no supervisor that you can speak with and they are always escalating issues and never resolve them.
Old Navy, Amazon, Bath and Bodyworks, Nordstrom and other companies need to stop using this company as they are never consistent and always returning people's packages to the sellers.

The delivery person left my package on a radiator by a public mailbox and then marked that they left the package at my front door. When I went downstairs to check, it was gone. Stolen.

How hard is it to just do the job you signed up for? You have one job. One! You don't have to speak to anyone or interact. Just leave the package at the door (preferably without throwing it).

I reached out to Lasership's customer service and they told me that "it says delivered" and that they did a full investigation. How do you look at this image and then tell me that it looks like the delivery person left it at my front door.

They just don't care. And they refused to interact any further. The seller I ordered from wasn't any better. I hope Lasership goes out of business.

I was trying to re-route a package I ordered & LaserShip told me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller & they told me to talk to LaserShip. When chatting with a customer service rep, they did not try to help me in anyway and ended the chat while we were in the middle of the conversation because they decided they did not want to speak with me anymore, The agent's name was Tiara and if it were up to me, I would never ship or order a package through LaserShip. You really can see a good company from a bad company when you have to speak with their customer service and LaserShip has some of the worst customer service that I've ever come across. Zero stars from me, negative if that was even possible.

I have had them for deliveries from Kohls and each time it asks for address detail which I provide and then they send it back to Kohls! Kohls says they can't choose who delivers. I have never had issues with UPS or FedEx. If it can't be straightened out I will no longer be able to shop at Kohls.

Lasership is a joke! They can't and won't deliver your package! They are not capable of delivering, nor have any intention of getting your package that you paid for! To you! Any company that uses them as a delivery carrier should be ashamed of themselves. Making people angry by anticipating the package that they all (Lasership and the company you purchased the goods from) know will never reach its final destination. And the customers are left waiting for the refund of the product that these jacklegs never tried to deliver to you. Or the drivers have no mental capacity finding someone's address with today's technology and SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, which no other delivery carrier ever needed for my house!
