Worst Delivery Company Ever

Worst delivery company ever! They always f*** my delivery…they delivered to a wrong address toke a picture of it that was delivered and they marked as it was delivered… made a claim, someone was supposed to get back to me within 2 days, none one did and I got an email from them after 5 days …. I hate this company, idiots working there. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding 1LS***. Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist.

The Laser Shipper company that uses JCP is not safe, they say that they deliver the packages and it is not true, in my security camera there is no evidence that they went to deliver the package.

Thieves. Unprofessional. Unresponsive.
The tracking showed 8/22/2022 "processing at local facility" at 2:12 pm. Then the tracking showed "Delivered" ONE MINUTE later at 2:13pm!
The tracking never included the required statuses of "preparing for delivery" or "Out for Delivery ". Just jumped straight from processing to delivered in one minute. No proof of delivery photo available. No text advising Out for delivery- which I opted in to receive. We were home and at the front door all afternoon. No box was delivered. Their CS is useless and their "investigation" was a joke. Reporting this to BBB. Retail value over $500.

They can't do their job at all, and they don't even bother getting back in touch after opening an "investigation" of a package delivered to the wrong address. I had to verify my address FOUR times, and gave SPECIFIC delivery instructions(only after they marked my package as delayed, and not even sure WHY, because I got no answer for that either!). They couldn't even follow the directions, NOR deliver it to the CORRECT address! It wouldn't have been so bad, except they delivered my package to an address(which I FOUND by luck because of my fiancé recognizing the porch) which was OVER 15 MINUTES away from me! Biggest kicker is, the address that my package was delivered to, well, it's not even CLOSE to being numerically identical to MY address. I live on EASt side of my town, and that address was over 3.4 miles on the WEST side of town. Did they bother to notify me? Nope. They just took a picture, and then stole my package(took it back with them after marking it delivered). They had the description of MY home, and they still delivered it to a house that looks absolutely NOTHING like my house(pictures provided of MY house, which is a white mobile home, and the proof of delivery picture, which shows a red brick house). Absolutely DO NOT use this shipping service!

Worst company ever!

I have had nothing but issues from this company. The first delivery I ever got from them was a glass bottle that the driver decided to throw out the window of his moving vehicle. This time they say they delivered my package but they haven't; this after saying they needed a gate code. I have no gate on my property, it an open driveway with a huge open yard. I have no doubt the have stolen from me! Nordstrom needs to use a different shipper!

My package has shown out for delivery for 4 days now! Then it will update and show that it's still in Virginia. Customer service is unhelpful, stating looks like it's out for delivery and will be there today. But won't look further into it when I state that it's been saying that for 4 days now and then will show that its in another state. I'm over it.

Just like everyone else, I'm pretty disgusted by this "company" and I have no clue how they haven't been shut down yet. I ordered some stuff online and apparently they used this service, I hadn't ever heard of it until I got this notification saying they were unable to deliver my package. No reason given. My package just mysteriously vanished. I've seen lots of stuff saying employees steal the packages and I believe it because why would my package vanish when I've ordered TONS of stuff online over many years and have never had anything like this happen?

Had two different shipping companies arrive at my place at the same time, Fedex and lasership. Fedex delivered their package, but lasership, said they couldn't deliver their package at the time? Doesn't make sense but this isn't the first time lasership has done this. I swear I believe the driver just doesn't want to get out of the vehicle, especially if you have more than one box. Sad

***I have once again my package is lost! They, LASERSHIP said that they delivered to my front door and needless to say it was not at the door. This has happen NUMEROUS TIMES. I order from FREE PEOPLE often and more than not my shipments have been messed up. Delivered to wrong house, not delivered at all can't find it-LOST! They are horrible. This last order they said that Free People didn't put my number on the package. But after talking to Free People they said it was on there. So what In the world. This company- needs to close its doors. ****** PLEASE FREE PEOPLE STOP USING THIS SHIPPING COMPANY! They are not a dependable company. Do not use!

I have screenshots of where the carrier "delivered" my package according to their tracking page, pictures of my mailbox. The mailbox that they delivered it to is NOT my house or my address and it is very obvious that it's not my mailbox. Also, the carrier said they dropped the item off at the front porch, which clearly is a lie according to the picture because it was just dumped off at some random persons mailbox. Who does that?! They didn't even take the time to place the item inside the mailbox, they just left it sit in front of the mailbox. When I reached out to lasership, they told me to contact the retailer. The retailer couldn't do anything for me because lasership "confirmed delivery". The picture looks like it was delivered, but NOT to my house or the location they said it was delivered to. Now I am out of my own money because of a piss poor delivery company who has to be completing fraudulent activities because they aren't delivering packages to the right spot or where they say they are leaving the packages. Red flags everywhere! If anyone wants to start a lawsuit against them let me know because I'm so frustrated with them that I'm ready to take this company down! The sooner the better

Never received package

Package was marked as delivered but never received it i contact company and I was told to contact seller, this was the second bad experience I had with this company... the first time I never received my packages and was told by the seller that laser ship Warehouse was robbed and I was not going to receive my packages This is not a dependable trustworthy company.

Delivery came fast, but item was sent to the wrong location. They even took a pic to confirm the item was delivered, but that also confirmed that it was not delivered to my home (even though the correct location was listed on the item). When I tried to contact both the seller and Lasership, they kept reiterating that the item was confirmed to be delivered. No one would even look at the pic that their delivery person took to see where it was delivered. I was advised to report the item as stolen because they confirmed it delivered. It fell upon deaf ears once again when trying to explain the my item was never stolen but was never delivered to the correct location. I paid for shipping with the expectation that my item would be shipped to me, but I had to take it upon myself to go to a strangers home my to retrieve my package.

They delivered my package to the wrong house. Delivery picture sent to me wasn't my front door. Contacted them and they said contact the seller. The seller has nothing to do with their driver not being able to read address numbers. They screwed up and are trying to pass the buck. Any future deliveries coming from them will be immediately canceled by me.

YET AGAIN I got my package delivered by these people. Left it at the wrong house, AGAIN. Luckily the people who got it reached out to me and I was able to go get it myself. Honestly, how hard is it to read AN ADDRESS? Clearly, it does not MATCH. How are these people still in business? Every person I ask that got their items delivered always says there is always some sort of mess up. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. See your stuff being delivered? CANCEL IT. You probably won't get it anyway.

Lasership ether

Nike apparently uses lasership. I ordered from Nike and the order didn't arrive on time. I checked order status and it said there was an "exception" because lasership wanted more details about how I wanted my delivery (i. E., on the porch, on the side of the house, etc.). When I clicked on something to fix the exception it never updated my preference (front door) to permit delivery. Then the form I kept trying to use to update the exception said to contact the retailer aka nike. I contacted Nike and they said I had to contact lasership. In addition to this just being annoying why tf does lasership need to know the exact location of where my package should be placed. They have my address so they can put the package in my damn lawn bushes for all I care so long as I have my package, which I still dont. Here's to hoping I can speak to someone and get my package a week late. Nike processed a full refund for this hassle and I'm still not even sure if I'll get the shoes I ordered. Ugh!

Don't trust thus service for your delivery. We had the driver dump yes dump our package at mailboxes we don't even have a half mile away. The postal service informed us 3 days later since it had been laying there. Contacted customer service and their response oh you didn't receive you package contact the seller. Our complaint was that the package should have been delivered to our home.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DELIVERY YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE DISSATISFIED.
