I bought a bunch of supplements from iHerb and expected them in a few days, Turns out they use this shipper called LaserShip. Well My cousin also ordered some of the same stuff I got from that site too and she lives in an entirely different county than I do.

Well we waited a week later and nothing ever showed up so we went to look at the tracking info and it showed that LaserShip tried to deliver it 4 times on different days but gave the same excuse every time that it was "delayed due to weather.". This was odd since it was sunny and beautiful on every single day that the delivery was attempted. My cousin said that on her tracking it also said it was delayed due to bad weather. So what we did was asked iHerb to send out another order so they did and they used LaserShip again for the second attempt, Well guess what they gave the same exact excuse for this package as well. The package was never delivered to my house.

How can a shipper be this bad?. Who decided to use LaserShip and not someone more reputable like the postal service? This shipper has the worst reviews in history and I see why. The stuff I bought was luckily refunded. Just safe to say I'll never be using any website that uses LaserShip ever again.

The only deliver service that always claims they can't find my house, I think their drivers are just lazy. USPS, UPS, Fedex-Ex, DHL, Amazon, Courier services, furniture companies, food delivery, all of them can find my house, but not these lazy, incompetent, useless, lying idiots. I won't order from companies that tell me ahead of time they ship with LoserShip

I have never heard of this company, but I can tell you now that I am NOT impressed. I ordered some items from Bath and Bodyworks. I am assuming that this was the lowest bid for a contract because for the past 4 days, when I am attempting to locate the status of my package, it is telling me that "We're sorry but we were unable to complete your delivery. Please continue to check your tracking for real time updates" what does this even me? Either you can deliver it or not... this was received a total of four times. SO UPDATE. This joke of a company marked my packed as being delivered yesterday. I checked my RING doorbell cam, my RING yard CAM and my ADT (hubby is retired Marine and in INTEL) and I call BS, they LIED! How do they stay in business? BEWARE

They left my package and it got stolen. I reached out several times and I didn't get a responses until after I already handled it.

LaserShip is the worst courier I ever encountered…. Item I bought online was not delivered. I wondered if they even attempted to deliver. First email from them said I was not home when they tried to deliver so they will try to deliver again. Second email said item was delivered and was left on the front door which is a big lie because I am staying at a hotel… LaserShip is a TERRIBLE COURIER! They Should change their name to LASER$#*!!

Lasership is not a trustworthy parcel service company. As soon as you know they are using it, try to cancel or avoid the order. They will not reply or contact you. They will make up excuses, instead of delivering the order, such as: "attempted", "business closed", etc.

This company lies about delivering packages. I am expecting 2 packages 7 items total from Amazon since yesterday. Tracking from Lasership said there was a delay it will be delivered today by 9 pm. At 8:59 pm I checked the status and what do u know its marked delivered. Check my doorstep no package to be seen. This is not the 1st time I've had this issue with Lasership. I wish Amazon would show who is delivering the package prior to your purchase because I surely would not make the purchase if Lasership was delivering.

I wish i could a negative star rating because they deserve a negative 10 or lower. This company is literally the worst shipping company ever created. Their delivery people don't follow simple instructions. I have had numerous problems and packages stolen because they don't use the package room to deliver in my building. A simple procedure that they seem to deliberately not follow every time! They drop the packages outside the building in the street or in the hallway by the mailbox, where everyone walks by even strangers. So I can only imagine who took my packages. Un-F'ing-believable! I hope that Lasership goes out of business soon. They are absolutely deplorable!

Apparently completely impossible to pay attention to street names. In my neighborhood the numbers are the same on some of the houses but the street names are different. Need to look at street names not just the number. My package was delivered to the wrong house and there are 4 houses on my street with the same number so I had to go around the neighborhood to the houses with the same number to see if they got my package. And low and behold the last house had it. Very dumb to have to do that. I know it's also stupid to have same house numbers. But need to pay attention to names of the streets as well. I added a picture for proof of purchase. Just blocked out name and address for safety readons.

Every time anything shipped/delivered by lasership never makes it to my home. They will mark it as delivered then you go check there is nothing. This is the worst shipping service I have ever come across and should go out of business.

This is the worst company to use for shipping. Says it was delivered at 9:30 pm, yet they do not deliver after 9. Package wasn't there!

Marked my package as delivered when it was not. Signature was an illegible scribble and the package didn't even require a signature. Says it was delivered to the person, Sherry. NOT how my name is spelled. I came home from work immediately after package marked delivered to retrieve it…not there. They said they investigated and then just closed it! I am done being taken advantage of by crappy companies. There is a petition to close this company down on line. PLEASE sign it!

This company is HORRIBLE. I've been waiting for my office chair for about 5 days, and every time this company goes to deliver the chair, they say that they were "unavailable" to deliver it. I work from home, so I sat outside and waited every day. There was not even a delivery van or truck on my street. I canceled my order because I was so frustrated. Then the next day, one of the delivery drivers got out of their van, came up to my door, and told me they had my chair. Why wouldn't they just bring the chair up to the door, ring the doorbell, and leave? The delivery driver also did not have a uniform or a nametag. They were in a sketchy white van that had "Lasership" on it. I'm not going to their van with them to get it. The experience overall was very sketchy. I will never have anything delivered from this company ever again.

Too bad they don't give negative numbers. Ordered a product from Nordstrom's it never showed up. Called Nordstrom's and they said it had been delivered and signed for. Nope. Delivery date coincided with a delivery from FedEx... yup got the FedEx but not the Nordstrom package. The fact they lied about the signature means they stole the package. I guess I should feel lucky they didn't see the FedEx boxes and they didn't steal them too. IF you see that your goods are going to be sent via LaserShip tell them NO.

It's sad when you're excited for a package and then they claim they delivered it but never did. This is the second time it has happened to us. It has happened to many of our close friends who chose lazership. This company needs to be shut down.

Hi, first of all just wanted to say thank you for delivering my packaged today despite of having some issue. But very disappointed because it shows that it was delivered to me directly and showing supposed to be my signature on it but I didn't received it personally. It was placed by the gate and the box has dent to it. It damaged the items inside the box. You guys can do a better job. I have some pictures to show as proof below.

Fashion nova needs to stop working with lasership asap! This isn't the first time I had to contact them about my package and why is there issues with delivery! The door was opened downstairs and they still saying ''attempted delivery'' but didn't really attempt to come upstairs. I just don't get it! How lazy can you be honestly? This is your job! You chose this job and the fact you can't do your job right? Is honestly embarrassing. They need to maybe change the workers of the company or something. Or maybe better management?! Or a new everything! Then you give them instructions on how to deliver it and they don't follow them! You tell them call upon arrival and they can't even do that? Yeah worst delivery company ever! They keep this up? They will be shut down!

WORST SHIPPING COMPANY. ORDERED FROM FASHIONOVA AND THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE. THEY ARE THIEVES & LIARS! THEY LIED THAT THEY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, THEN SAID THEY ARE REPACKAGING FOR REDELIVERY ONLY TO GO BACK TO TRACKING AND SEE THEY SAID PACKAGE IS LOST. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THE PACKAGE IS LOST AFTER THEY TRIED REPACKAGING. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AS IF YOU ARE REPACKAGING IN YOUR OWN WAREHOUSE HOW DID IT GET LOST. THEIR STAFF MEMBERS ARE STEALING PACKAGES. THEY ARE THE WORST.
