Package came, my issue is with the Delivery Driver who sped in and out of our secluded dead in neighborhood. When confronted they acted like they were going to do something about it. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because my package was delivered.

Worst carrier ever
July 24, 2017

Lasership is the worse carrier ever. They document attempts that never happen. Do not even deliver the same they scheduled a delivery, then go ahead and lie and report there was an attempt. Customer service is horrible because they representatives are incompetent and you can NEVER speak to a supervisor. The make it seem like making a deliver is as complicated as brain surgery. ZERO stars.

My package hasn't moved in over a week. When I try to call I am offered to hold to speak to a representative then that option is taken away due to wait times. I submitted an inquiry on their website with my tracking ID and have still not received a response in over 4 days. Several times my estimated arrival date has changed and each time the day comes and goes with no package. How is this company still afloat with service like this?

Lasership delivered my packages some random places outside of the front door. I raised the SR with them and they said they cannot do anything contact to seller.
I wish everyone would please stop using Lasership and use genuine shipping services

Why amazon uses Lasership delivery baffles me to this day. They don't notify you when they've come to deliver, I am always home and I have had packages lost stolen and never arrive because I get no notification of a delivery. The delivery people are also rude and never deliver to my apartment door. I can't tell if they are stealing the package for themselves or never bother showing up. It's ridiculous and if I lose one more package I will cancel amazon prime.

The delivery driver will leave your package at a random person's house, take a photo of said person's house, and claim your package was delivered to your address when you can clearly see by the photo, that is NOT the right address. Never had this issue with other carriers. Something is very wrong with how this company operates.

I hate lasership! Worst company ever! At least 90 percent of the time my packaged is delivered from this company it's lost or stolen. Instead of leaving the package in the mailbox or in front of my door, they leave it in the lobby on the floor. I'm constantly reporting the carriers. They all need to be fired!

Delivery is awful

I've been waiting for two weeks for my shipment and still nothing and their customer service is just as bad the never get back with you in a timely manner and never answer your emails they always give an excuse to that their looking into it and never give you a truthful answer. This delivery service is incompetent!

Two different packages sent by two different online stores (Carters.com and NFL.com) - neither of them arrived. No one answers the "contact us" phone or responds to "contact us" emails (I called and emailed numerous times). Carters.com has already issued me a full refund (Carter's did not give me any problem about issuing a refund). Need to call NFL.com today to get them to refund as well. This company needs to be shut down!

After 11 days of straggling to receive my package, I gave up and asked to return it to the sender.
I have no words to explain how bad they are - every day I need to call and supply 'additional information' for the delivery... every single day for 11 days... and I never received my package...
Customer service is actually worthless - they just will read what you could find on their website for your order status and basically do nothing else.
Nordstrom Rack was using them for their deliveries... the final result - I just stopped ordering from Nordstrom Rack, because I don't have the time and nerves to deal with the shiping with Laser Ship...

I wish i could a negative star rating because they deserve a negative 10 or lower. This company is literally the worst shipping company ever created. Their delivery people don't follow simple instructions. I have had numerous problems and packages stolen because they don't use the package room to deliver in my building. A simple procedure that they seem to deliberately not follow every time! They drop the packages outside the building in the street or in the hallway by the mailbox, where everyone walks by even strangers. So I can only imagine who took my packages. Un-F'ing-believable! I hope that Lasership goes out of business soon. They are absolutely deplorable!

This is ridiculous

I have gotten items shipped through Lasership twice now, and both times have been absolutely awful. They always claim that they can't deliver the package (when they don't even try) or that my address is wrong, which obviously it isn't. The one time my package actually showed up the box was super damaged, and it looked like it had been opened. HIGHLY disappointed.

Ordered from Carters, package shipped on 11/30 and sat in Woburn until 12/13 when it got "delivered" to my house. The status never said out for delivery just magically went from delayed to delivered. I was home and have security cameras and there was never a package delivered. Opened multiple tickets sent messages on Facebook no response. Will never order from Carter's again.

Would no recommend this company. If your package is been delivered my leadership I would have in mind already that the package won't ever find you and you will need to call costumer service of the website you buying from. I hope lasership to shut their doors and stop pretending they are a carrier company. My package was stolen by the delivery guy!

BOYCOTT

If you use them as a shipping method to save im boycotting your business because you obviously don't care about your customers. Or your businesses reputation.

My package of a worth of 558.89 never came.
And has been marked as delivered. And when I request a refund who do you think it will hurt... stop using lasership as an alternative to save money.

Delivery's steal packages

The most thieving and disgusting company I have ever known, the delivery men steal the packages, you send evidence and videos to the alleged managers where the delivery person never left the package and takes it away and no one gives an answer, as if they were all complicit, nor did they return you the money or the package, damn!

They are on strike #2

My first order to be delivered by LaserShip strangely never "was received from the seller". The seller quickly refilled that order and, unfortunately, is using LaserShip to get it to me again. It's been "out for delivery" since this morning and still hasn't arrived. Why do I get the feeling LaserShip employees might be taking packages and not delivering them - is someone post selling or taking themselves? Too coincidental with both packages not making it to me.

I order online all the time... on 3 occasions the company's have used laser ship and in those instances I never receive my products... this company can never find my home and I am truly dissatisfied with their service... when you contact them they say they are glad that you contacted them and someone will contact me shortly but never has in any of the 3 times I have had to contact them... I'm also not happy with having to give them 1 star just to submit this review.

Sketchy company
December 4, 2022

I ordered products from Bath and body Works and they use the sketchy company, laserShip delivered my package to the wrong house, no address was listed. Just a picture of my package sitting on someone else's porch with no visible address. LaserShip does not provide any kind of phone contact and if you try to do the automated chat, they will cut you off in the middle of it stay away this is not a legitimate company.

Ordered my birthday outfits from fashion nova. Package did not arrive on the expected date. Checked the tracking number did not give any information. Checked it the next day, stated it had been delivered at 8:01 pm. Checked my outside cameras, I was coming in the house at that time and there was no delivery truck in sight. Contacted fashion nova they said wait 24 hours. I waited contact lasership they said will resolve within 48 hours. No help from neither company. Lasership sent an email stating they are still working to resolve the issue and fashion nova have not responded even though they state they will help to resolve the issue because they don't refund or replace lost shipment after the carrier states it has delivered. After reading other reviews that pertain to fashion nova, the question is why do they continue to use this company and doesn't want to replace or refund your money. No one has money to lose at a time like now.
