Lasership should be banned by all retailers. They have horrible service as 90% of the packages are never delivered and they tell you to contact the retailer for a credit. I believe the drivers are inexperienced and most likely stealing the packages. Out of 6 delivery's I only received 1 package and that was after calling them for 8 days straight. I have filed complaints with the retailer and will not longer order from them until LASERSHIP is removed. They are a low cost delivery company for a reason.

Whoever does the delivery hiring for this company should be fired, I can't believe these big reputable company's like Walmart and Amazon use these morons consistently. They have no regard for the customer, I live in a public building and 9 out of 10 deliveries they just throw my package at the front door, not to mention I live on the 1st floor and my door is the first door you see coming in the building. Amazon has replaced so many packages you would think that would make them take light of the drivers they are hiring. They also always lie and say delivery attempted when NO ONE came near the building. I became so disgusted that it made me not order on-line as much because these managers of the companies are

Garbage

Ordered a package from Kohl's. Gave right address and they delivered it to wrong house. Horrible company! Even Kohl's was reluctant to refund me for the missing package. Be careful who you order from! Anything saying Lasership avoid like the plague this company has a reputation of being garbage.

This company sucks

This is the worst delivery service ever! They keep sending my packages back to the original distribution center that it came from instead of forwarding it to where it's supposed to go. They obviously hire people that can't read or follow simple instructions. They always leave it in the wrong place when they do manage to get it here. Must be cheap for businesses to use I guess. You get what you pay for.

It doesn't get any worse than Lasership!. I guess there drivers are stealing the packages. I never received my package, they stated that they attempted delivery. I will make a formal complain to a manager or supervisor.

Unprofessional
June 28, 2021

Lasership was to deliver my package on Thursday... It is now Monday and no package. I called in and received nothing but attitude from the girl I spoke with. I have no idea how this company is A rated when there are so many complaints. The website Comparably has them rated F which is more appropriate. I needed this package for an out of town trip that i am now home from. Had to spend over $100 a second time to have them for my trip. This company has a horrible culture and even worse reputation.

Suck

Ordered some apparel from nhl.com and they use these guys to deliver it and I get an email saying it's been delivered to my apartment, and I get home and there's nothing here. A couple hours later one of my neighbors that lives in the other building dropped it off at my apartment so I guess whoever was delivering it didn't know their numbers.

Marked my package as delivered when it was not. Signature was an illegible scribble and the package didn't even require a signature. Says it was delivered to the person, Sherry. NOT how my name is spelled. I came home from work immediately after package marked delivered to retrieve it…not there. They said they investigated and then just closed it! I am done being taken advantage of by crappy companies. There is a petition to close this company down on line. PLEASE sign it!

Horrible Experience
October 22, 2022

Ordered from Jcpenney and part of my order was shipped with LaserShip. I never heard of this company until now. I received a delivery exception; my package was misrouted an entire State in the wrong direction. My package traveled an entire State overnight, however my package is now delayed for another week and the tracking hasn't updated in almost 3 days. Of course these are the two items from my order that were somewhat time sensitive. Extremely frustrating Jcpenney would use such an incredibly slow service when my other items, from the same order nonetheless, were shipped and delivered via UPS.

The world needs more sweet & patient people like Victoria! My package was delivered to a non-existent address & is still MIA at this moment. But Victoria was so friendly & seemed to genuinely want to help me figure my situation out. Before her I had called Free People who essentially told me "Sorry, not our problem, you have to call the carrier." To go from that conversation to her was truly night to day - even after being on hold for 25 minutes > :) Give Victoria a big raise & protect her at all costs!

TERRIBLE

I would give this company 0/5 stars if I could. I read these reviews and held out hope that maybe they would surprise me. They did not. Every review you read is the utter truth. This company is awful. I called their customer service team. They were clueless. My package was two days late. I finally received a notification that my package was delivered and even with photo evidence!... The house in the photo was not mine. In fact, I don't know whose house it is. After all that, the bastards stole my zara jeans.

Every single time they fudge the delivery date. It arrives they list it's out for delivery. It never moves from their location 3 to 4 days later. Why is Amazon using LaserShip? We are prime members I live in Staten Island. There's huge warehouse. Why are you using LaserShip? They don't deliver. They destroy the boxes and better yet they come to your doorstep take pictures of the product and then it disappears. Unfortunately, I refuse for a package to be delivered from LaserShip from Amazon. I now call Amazon up and tell them if you are shipping my product through LaserShip. I need to know now because I will not place my order they all lying sneaky private company. It's an embarrassment to Amazon, and they are abusing their Consumers

I own a business but I ordered my older girls stuff from Hollister laser ship lost my package no answer as to how or why and kept saying it is going to be delivered and never was absolutely never use laser ship pay extra for 2 day shipping customer service was absolutely useless gave me the run a around for days

Poor customer service
August 31, 2020

My package was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday and when it did not arrive I called on Thursday and spoke with management and she told me to "get over it because my package was coming." The next day I spoke with another lady she stated that she would guarantee delivery of my package over the weekend. Here it is Monday and I'm on hold because now they can't find my package that was confirmed to be there three days in a row! Hopefully the company I ordered from drops them from their shipping options. I will never used or order from anyone who ships with this company ever!

For almost 3 days in a row, I've been receiving notifications informing me that a"Delivery was attempted" at 7:29 PM. I was sitting in my apartment during that time and NO ONE buzzed my intercom. Today I get a call from the delivery guy telling me to buzz him in, mind you, I'm at work, and I can buzz people in remotely from my phone. I tell him to just leave the package in front of my apartment door. He tells me he can't do that because "He may get in trouble." He never left the package.

I am so disgusted right now. Getting deliveries from these clowns is like pulling teeth.

I encountered one of Lasership delivery drivers today, and WOW! Rude is a nice way of describing her. This was not a home delivery it was to a business, she was very unpleasant and unprofessional, loud and obnoxious!
Please think twice before paying for their services. And reading all the reviews sums up what I feel. STAY AWAY!

This is indeed the worst service ever. It happened second time. I do not know why Warby Parker uses this service. Although I specifically leaved delivery instructions, they could not care less. They left the package with my reading glasses at the front door that is locked. And they did not send any update. Truly disregarding people's money!

Horrible Company!

I order a weekly meal delivery service through Freshly. For two weeks in a row, my package was marked as delivered, but lo and behold, there was no package at my front door! I cannot understand why a meal delivery service would use these crooks. These meals are safe to eat as long as they are refrigerated within twelve hours after delivery, otherwise, the food is spoiled. I hope whoever stole my meals got a nasty case of food poisoning!

Incompetent

Due to their lazy deliveries in the past, I've had many of my packages stolen. They'll simply throw or just put my packages in front of my door. Without even notifying me. For the record I live in an apartment complex, so it'll be extremely easy for someone to walk by and simply steal it, which has happened.

I have complained to Amazon multiple times, but they say they don't have control over which carrier delivers the package….EVERY time Lasership is used my package ends up missing! They do not follow delivery instructions and the drivers may be stealing the packages themselves!
