These photos were published on the website, I went to this house and The owner told me, no package in front of my house, the address is not match with the delivery address. I will report it to the police, 3 packages from 3 different vendors all lost, same carrier maybe same driver. Take care with this carrier company

I've order some stuff from michaels, once I saw that lasership was given my packages to deliver instead of ups, i knew i was in trouble! I just wanted to cancel! The label was printed 5 days before they actually decided to ship it! Once shipped, they supposedly made an attempt to deliver it! After 6 days! COME ON!

I ordered a jacket from Mango and I was surprised to see they were using Lasership! I've had terrible experiences with Lasership. I stayed home all day to receive my package and I received NOTHING! Even though it says it was delivered. How?! No one knocked on my door, no package was left! This is ridiculous! Why are Businesses using this Incompetent Delivery Company?! Enough is enough! I'm beyond upset, I paid my hard earned money for something I wanted and I didn't receive it?! How is this happening?! Leadership should be shut down! Stop robbing people!

Payroll company used them the payroll was suppose to be delivered by 12:00 pm was not can not get in touch with anybody at laser ship and tracking number did not help at all just kept getting a generic email! So frustrating!

Tracking info completely automated and incorrect. Every day for two weeks tracking shows ETA of one day prior to today's date. No phone number to call a human. Never received a human/actual response to inquiries I sent via their site. Horrible experience.

They steal!

Ive been waiting on my packages for three days now and then when i reached out to the merchant they marked it as delivered when i was home allday and not one knock at the door not a car or anything pulled up to my house the box is big to fit in a mailbox. They are the worst company EVER! Need to be put out of business and their employees are the $#*!ing worst as well. What you have a job for if you have to steal and if you not getting paid enough then get another one.

More often than not, LaserShip's "Shipment Progress" updates lie about the actual status of delivery, and the deliveries are more often delayed than being on time. Its delivery people also hardly bother to bring the package to our front porch. Instead, they would leave it at the head of the driveway, on top of the mailbox, or worse yet (as it is illegal) cram it into our mailbox. We never chose them, but the vendor that we order products from kept using them despite our repeated complaints about LaserShip's highly unprofessional and illegal practices.

Don't trust this place
October 12, 2020

I have yet to receive my package ordered over a week ago and nobody is trying to help me. I've left 6 emails over this issue and I keep getting sent my tracking info which says the same thing every time. I paid for 1-2 day shipping and its been over 7 days.

HORRIBLE

There is ALWAYS a problem with this company. It is the worst! I can not stress enough! My packages never arrive on time, they never give an accurate estimate delivery day! I am currently waiting for my package that supposedly It was delivered 2 minutes after it went out for delivery! It's ridiculous!

This is the third package Lasership has mysteriously "lost" in the past year. Five days after the latest package was "Out for Deliver", it has still not arrived. After number calls to Lasership I finally got an email stating, "Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time." That's code for "your package is lost of stolen". Pitiful.

Walmart I should have gotten two packages today! But they only sent me one, and I asked if they had another package, and I got the answer that there was only one. But the system shows that two packages were delivered at the same time! I still signed it! This is a scam courier company, the courier company with the lowest rating on the whole network! Please Walmart Stop Using Lasership! Don't give our products to thieves and scammers thank you

Lost my package and had the nerve to keep sending me updates saying it was a delivery attempt 3 times... i was home for a whole week and nothin ever came... every time i called i got the run around or careless reps. Finally i asked straight up did they loose my package? The man goes. Yea most likely

I was expecting the delivery to my car dealership, our hours are 9 to 7 pm. on their website they stated they attempted delivery at 5:11 which they never did because i was still here. As of today, its been out for delivery since 7 am and still nothing. Poor communication skills and lying about attempting deliveries is unacceptable.

Just plan Horrible service
September 22, 2020

Walmart shipped product on Sunday for 2 day free delivery. After no shipment, I finally got my product on the following Sunday. Seven days later! Customer support was worthless in their response. Last talk with customer service they promised to get back. Never did. I will check next order to make sure they are not used for my delivery.

Their website that gives tracking information defies logic, states it was in Chantilly, Va on Tuesday, sent to New Jersey Wednesday and back in Chantilly, Va on Thursday to still not be delivered to Sterling, Va for another 3 days. Their delivery notifications are either an hour before it's actually delivered or a day or two after it was delivered- there is no in between. Notification did state that the package was damaged but would be delivered anyway, which of course gave me cause for concern. Package arrived with 4 items missing. I will never order from anywhere that uses lasership as a shipping company again.

Your the worst delivery service ever. I hope and will request that you NEVER touch or deliver a package of mine. Your customer service sucks, and having to contact you has been a disaster for almost a month. I thought it was just my package but you all already have a bad rep. LaserShip my $#*!, you all are snail mail, and thieves keep blaming the sender when it's YOU. I'll make sure I post a review about Laser$#*!.

This is my first experience with LaserShip, and I had never heard of them. I ordered some glass bottles of coffee syrup from a major brand. These shipped on Tuesday out of New Jersey and arrived around lunch on Thursday in North Georgia, in perfect condition (they were also packaged well). The package was left at my front door (as most others are, which I prefer). I saw so many bad ratings, I thought it only fair to share my personal experience.

I ordered from Amazon through prime. And 3 days straight they said delivery attempt. I gave a bell # and my phone number to contact me if they have an issue entering the building. None of this was done! I was home during the times they said delivery was attempted. They're workers are lazy and incompetent. Called Amazon and requested not to use them. Unfortunately can't remove them as an option, but they was regulated as a last option. Worst delivery service ever! I wish I can do no stars or a half a star.

Hate it. Tracking is always wrong. It will say out for delivery then few hours later it will say it was scanned in another town so it isn't. Then it is like 5 days of guessing tracking is misleading. Fanatics needs to stop using them or I won't buy anymore. Fantastic customer service only hasn't heard that from me.

Wretched.

Supposedly there was an attempted delivery on Sunday. After many calls to the dispatcher over the course of Monday, I was finally informed, at 7:30 pm, that the package had been located and it was now in "mutilated" condition. Was it mutilated on Sunday morning? Did the driver actually attempt a delivery? I will never know. If you are looking to enter the Twilight Zone, this is the "shipping service" for you.
