Ordered a makeup bundle that included a free bag. Free bag not included. They said I needed to click a button. Then there was deception on the description of the undertones of the makeup. When I received it, the makeup did not blend with my Black skin tone. I can not return the items. That is ridiculous and not a good business practice

They billed me twice sent 2 orders when I saw 2 confirmations I messaged them 6 times no one got back to me when they finally did they basically said tough luck now I have to charge it back. I'm in complete shock they were horrible

This is the worst makeup brand I've ever tried. I'm so annoyed I wasted almost $100 on this garbage. The cheapest drugstore makeup you can find is ten times better. I hated everything I got so much that 15 minutes after I opened the package and tried everything I threw it all in the trash. Don't make the same mistake I made. Oh, and NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED. Enough said!

I bought the lipstick and after using it just twice I threw it away. Color not at all matches the website not to mention that you can't return it. Never Never will buy this brand.

Product received is not as illustrated, over expensive postage for a small item in a massive box, I suggest you check the small print clearfully

Not buying from Kylie Cosmetics again. I was supposed to get some free items with my order, but it was showing in my cart. But as soon as I placed my order two of the free items were gone. I reached out to the customer service to explained the situation and they didn't do anything, not going to send me the items, not cancel the order. As a customer, I'm so upset. Never again buy my Kylie products!

Kylie's comments service is horrible I placed an order before Christmas and I didn't get my order I emailed them several times and they send me pictures and says that package has arrived! But I didn't get it so they are just thinking about making money. I will never buy from them from now on because I have lost a lot of money and they didn't care!

I absolutely love KC's products especially their lip kits and other lip products. However their customer service isn't great. You cannot call and speak to a live person only via email. I updated my shipping address prior to purchasing my order and the site never registered the change so my order went to an old address and ended up with who knows but not with me! CS tried to tell me there was nothing they could do. After going back and forth telling them there is always something they can do to help their customers and they were about to lose one they finally fixed the situation. I had to pay an additional $9 for shipping but am receiving my order. Or they would have refunded my money minus a $10 restocking fee. So, if CS tries to tell you there's nothing they can do, do not stop fighting! You will receive your order! I wish they upgraded their service where you were able to call and have an issue like this fixed immediately before the order is processed. That's my only complaint/suggestion. However, I am grateful that they were able to accommodate me.

Customer Service is totally the worst! I placed my order and realized my address is still the old one, I immediately contacted the customer service and provided a new shipping address and all they told me is that the order is final and changes is not possible. Seriously its $200 order and they are telling me they cannot do anything? I will no longer order on this company, its totally a scam! Wish I can give a zero star!

I've watched their television shows since the beginning. I thought I would try sweet Kylie's lipsticks. That was a mistake. I bought two lip pencils and a lip gel. The colors were rust but online they looked like they were pink/coral. I tried to return them they said the colors on line are just for guidance. They're not the exact colors. And they would not accept return. I just speeded it with American Express. Thank goodness for American Express. I cannot believe this company is successful treating their customers this way I will never buy from them again.

I bought several lipsticks and lip liners and never received them. I contacted Customer Service and they responded 2 weeks later "to wait it out and see". Really? I am out $200.00 and asked for a refund. They sent me the link that "refunds were not allowed and all sales are final". I never got my Kylie makeup and no refund? Customer Service is rude and won't help. As the old saying goes..."I guess they think money grows on trees". Don't bother with Kylie products. You will regret it!

I tried to cancel the same day I ordered and before the order was even put together and was told that cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed, which is absolutely ridiculous! I received the shipment and the lipgloss colors were AWFUL! I contacted customer service on how to return products and was again told that is not allowed. So once they have your money they're keeping it no matter what and your stuck with whatever you received whether you like it or not. I'll NEVER buy anything from this company again!

Do not buy from them unless you know for sure that this looks good on you which of course you won't know till you buy it because they don't take any returns/ or give refunds or exchanges! Which means you are stuck with crap you don't want and will never use and you just wasted money on this company! Better to purchase from Walmart's than make the Kardashians richer! Rip off!

I bought lip pencil and lipstick set in SNOW WAY BAE. HOPELESS! It has no staying power at all. Rubs off as soon as you eat or drink and lasts less than a hour even if you don't. Struggling to complain and return. £29 wasted. I resent her getting rich with this rubbish product!

I just placed an order which I ended up making an error and ordered 2 colors of same by mistake. Saud 72 hrs processing so i attempted to cancel my order and resubmit. I contacted customer service and their response was quote: "All sales are final and the do not accept any returns or exchanges."
72 hours and you can't correct or cancel an order that won't be shipped for several days.
Very sad...unfortunately I will not be a return customer.

Customer service sucks. My last purchase was NOT successful. Did not get my lip gloss. And after 3 attempts, nobody has gotten back to me.

I bought three shades of liquid matte lipstick. The product is so thin that it goes on like water. Should have known better than to buy a product from the Kardashians.

Wish I would have read the reviews. They do not provide refunds. I see why, they would go out of business if everyone dissatisfied returned their products.

I'll stick with Mac lipstick.

OMG who want 5o pay for the name the makeup is so over priced. Same pigmentation as the dollar stor not kidding.

Save you money and buy something else better
