I bought several lipsticks and lip liners and never received them. I contacted Customer Service and they responded 2 weeks later "to wait it out and see". Really? I am out $200.00 and asked for a refund. They sent me the link that "refunds were not allowed and all sales are final". I never got my Kylie makeup and no refund? Customer Service is rude and won't help. As the old saying goes..."I guess they think money grows on trees". Don't bother with Kylie products. You will regret it!

I bought several beauty products from Beauty Store Depot. They take your money and you wait 20-30 days before you get your order. I have talked to the owner/Heaven and always an excuse. They charge your credit card and then you wait. And wait... The savings are not worth the wait. DO NOT BUY FROM Beauty Store Depot. You might NOT ever get your order! Excuses & lies is not how you treat a customer!

I bought a very expensive lash product from Dermstore. The Box was opened when I got it. I called 8 times to get a refund or replacement. They did not send a replacement and after 14 days, I called again. They lied to me each time and said it was "on the way". I never received it and called again. Repeat and still no replacement. Asked for a refund and they won't issue a refund. They took my money and I am stuck with $150.00 used/opened lash product. DO NOT BUY FORM DERMSTORE! What a NIGHMARE!
