I have never dealt with such bad customer service! Samantha was accusing me of stealing a package that I never received! Apparently they must not know who the carrier was that actually delivered the package she said it was delivered by FEDEX but I got an email saying LASERSHIP and when I told her the carrier she calmed that she never hard of that company. Anyways I had given the carrier instructions to where to put my package since I wasn't going to be home and they did totally the opposite of it so my package was stolen nowhere to be found and when I contacted customer service Tara email me saying that my package was actually delivered with a picture attached where my package was on my front door. But if I didn't see my package to wait 6 business days that sometimes it could be delay or sometimes marked as delivered. But they weren't listening to me After me telling them that I couldn't find my package where I had instructed the carrier to put it at! They still insisted on me to wait 6 business days sooo I did, I waited patiently thinking maybe it was delayed. But I just kept thinking but why send me a picture of the package sitting on my front door. So I again Contacted customer service and this time is where Samantha got really rude. She said we told you to wait 7 business days like I should of known that. I realize that I needed to wait one more day before emailing them again. I realized that I contacted them a day earlier. Six business is what Tara told me but At that point I just wanted a refund this was a gift for someone and here I am with no package and customer service accusing me of steal my package. So when I asked Samantha for corporate phone number she never gave it to me and then a minute later she refunded me my money back but unless I filled out a sheet of paper saying I never received my package until I filed that out I couldn't get a refund or they assumed i had my package of they didn't receive the sheet of paper. Sooo I filled it out. But I ended up calling customer service after that experience online. I called not knowing that I was talking to the one and only Samantha she said she would past my complain to corporate but I doubt it. After dealing with all of this I'm never buying anything from Kylie Cosmetics again. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
