For the price you pay for their products it's not worth it in my opinion. Their lip kits are so so as they wear off easily. Compared to say Smashbox or Mac their products are inferior to them & much higher in price. I tried their products no not every one but then again I liked their cream shadows a great deal. It's just their matte lip kits that at that price should stay on a little longer then they do. Also they feel very dry on your lips. I won't be buying their Matte lip kits anymore.
So I notice a lot of negative comments about Kylie Cosmetics which kinda surprises me but anyway, my personal review here. I have bought from Kylie cosmetics like 5 times already and I have to say I honestly love the lip kits, i recently bought the kylighter but I have not tried it yet. The lip kits are awesome and i like them a lot. I never have trouble with shipping, i always get it in like 4 days. Shipping is always on point. Quality? I don't complain. I will post a photo of one of the lip kits, this was the christmas edition, "Merry" and then the other photo is KOKO with "literally" gloss on top. I would also like to add that one time they sent me the wrong lip kit color so i contacted costumer service and they replied the same day in less than an hour. I showed proof and all and they sent me the correct lip kit I ordered and let me keep the wrong one they send. If you complain about costumer service from Kylie cosmetics then you haven't see Fashion Nova yet lmfao its 20 times worse.
We have been waiting now for over 5 weeks and still no delivery, not even an e-mail giving the reason for the delay. I have asked for a refund but today have received no acknowledgement. Please don't buy anything from these people.
I've ordered a lipkit 1,5 months ago and still nothing has arrived! The costumer service is just still copy pasting the same meaningless text to me, and they don't let me to cancel my order or to get a refound because all sales are final. And I literally paid for nothing! Worst service I've seen in my life.
Purchased 2 lip kits on 22/10 and came fairly fast for international shipping - 3/11. There were no difficulties with the purchase and the packaging is good.
Absolute nightmare to deal with! They are not professional take days to reply to an email. Items did not arrive! Staff rude... overall a complete and utter let down. After ten angry emails and threatening to send to write to business bureau a replacement sent two months later. Honestly keep your hard earned money easte of time, just another celeb low quality product
So I recieved my Kylie lips kits I really like them they are a bit lighter than I expected the price is still a bit expensive but the feel amazing and does last long the colors a recieved was Kristen, Kourt K, and Posie K I'm now currently waiting for my kyshadows
I ordered one of Kylie's lip kits and before hand I had done some research online about it all and was put off but decided to do it anyway. Im so glad I did my lip kits arrived quickly and they sent the correct colours and I had no trouble at all.
